So so disappointed about our visit to Andy's today. The service we received by the girl at the drive thru window was horrible. The girls taking our order put into the iPad that we requested a cold bag so we could take home our treats because our son was just getting over being sick and we didn't want the ice cream to melt. Once we got to the window she didn't ask if we were members and seemed irritated that I requested to use my reward. She refused us a cold take home bag and said that they were reserved for people that were taking items home.. which was the exact reason why we needed one. She then let our ice cream treats sit on the counter while she went and got a different bag for them. Once we got home which is only a mile and a half away, everything was melted. It was so disgusting. Our treats were basically ice cream soup, and we wasted of $20! Was in town w my wife attending some classes for work. We took some time to see some of the city. This was great frozen custard. I loved the butter pecan. It was very good. My wife loved her custard as well. I was very happy they had clear windows so you could see the machines making the custard. It is nice. They don't have inside seating but they do have restrooms for customers. The sign said they make their custard very often. I am not sure but it does taste extremely fresh. Great flavors here. Rude customer service for the first time tonight (09/27/2022) We normally come here and I brought the whole family who's from out of town & visiting, but were treated rudely by the gentleman at the window(young man with glasses and longish hair hair) how are you gonna ask "how can I help you?" Then as we proceed to speak, be rudely cut off with "we're closed" and have the window slammed on us, when CLEARLY the hours are posted right on the window and we were there BEFORE closing. Why the fuck would someone ask "how can I help you?" instead of just starting off with "I'm sorry, we're closed" not to mention we had a car full of people ready to spend big here, as my family has never tried it before and I hyped it up to them with another car behind us too. Total lack of training and left a bad taste in our mouth. I will continue to keep posting about this until I get a response because that was just ridiculous.
