WOW - I had some Amy's Ice Cream delivered because I was stuck at the house. I got the cold pressed vanilla with three toppings. Everything was carefully, individually packed in a sealed temperature bag with a small freezer pack in it. The flavor and quality were premium! There were even two spoons and a little brochure with directions on how to properly mix in the toppings in with the ice cream. I was very impressed, and I will be back. It has been a few months since I last visited Amy's ice cream and this is my first visit to this location, but it was far different then my prior experiences. Normally staff is very interactive and adds a lot of fun to the customer experience. This visit the staff was almost comatose. Instead of the normal warm, welcome and greeting. I got a stare when it came to time to place my order. I went with my standard small Mexican vanilla with strawberries... And the only question was do you want them mixed in? Absolutely! Was my reply. Food wise - The Mexican vanilla ice cream was up to standard, the amount of strawberries was in considerably less than normal. Overall, a disappointing visit. The time my visit 30 minutes before closing may have contributed to the experience, but that is not normally the case with Amy's. Other locations always rock, and it may just be an off night for this location - I will try again now that I'm in this area more regularlly. read more

I loved my Golden Crunch ice cream, from Amy's. It had toffee and chocolate. It was delicious! Everything was very clean, it was a bit loud but only because more people kept coming in. Service was very good and the girl who waited on us remembered all the details on each one of our orders. She also offered us samples which came in very handy as we had never been to an Amy's before. Wow!! Great ice cream!!! Four of us ate enough ice cream for 7 people ! Starting with the smallest appetite, the mint chocolate chip was pronounced to be delish! The rest of us really proved that Amy's knows how to provide! The Amy's virgin had Oreo ice cream with hot fudge, pecan praline sauce, and coconut. All in a waffle cone! She needed a cup to catch the overflow! Two of us had Belgian chocolate ice cream with Reese's cups chopped in! It was so terrific! And the fourth person had hot fudge on top of her chocolate with Reese's! Heavenly. Our scooper was friendly and terrific. Make sure your employees check the register before checking out a different customer!!! I got charged for an order more that was not in our party of 4 . When going inside one of the employee had attitude and tried to give us a free ice cream card instead of refunding what was not ours. How is it that the employees do not know how to do a simple refund, it should be one of the comon basic trainings for a register. It took more than 15 minutes to recieve a refund by the time they finished our ice cream our order that was over $30 was completely melted did not get to enjoy our ice cream. read more

Lot of good flavors and menu could be overwelming if you don't know what you want. Just ask for sample if you see a flavor you're curious about. I'll have to comeback when they have pistachio but my first visit was good. Service is friendly and there are plenty of seats inside. Stopped by Amy's ice cream on a hot summer day and the Oreo ice cream actually saved my life. It was super delicious with Mexican vanilla (I'm not entirely sure how that differs from traditional vanilla but that's what the menu said and it sounds kinda fancy). When we arrived there were far fewer flavors which was a tad disappointing but it was fine. There were about five flavors that were gluten-free so I was able to get something. I had the Mexican Vanilla and my friend had the Belgian Chocolate. I really liked the vanilla flavor as it had a very unique flavor, maybe a floral-based honey? The store is a bit smaller but there are tables to sit at and the staff was knowledgeable about what they had, let me try a small sample and then were able to flip scoops into the air and into the cup which was pretty neat. I guess my comment is that I paid $7.50 for basically whipped coffee milkshake! When the lady rang us up I looked over to the container that she used to make the shake and there was enough for at Least a half glass of a milkshake. So what do they do with that? The only thing Amy's needs to work on is how they handle a busy rush. We waited in line for over 20 minutes just to get some ice cream. My husband got me a delicious ice cream cake for my birthday. Every one loved it. We also have gone here for ice cream and it is delicious.

Worst customer service EVER! The workers just stood there and were not helpful. They did not give me what I ordered and when I told them it was the wrong thing the didn't do anything about it. It was overpriced and didn't even taste good. The employees were overall not helpful, not informative, and kinda rude in my opinion. I will never be going again. in this amy's, none of the employees had hairnets and me and my friends all found hair in our ice cream more than once. the parlor was decorated nicely, however all of the employees seemed to not want to be there. also, they did not listen to my friend's order, she asked for a small, but they gave her and charged for a large. read more

I was surprised with selection of ice cream flavors are limited and basic. Why have oreo ice cream when you can just add oreo mixins. i got the brownie sundae in which the brownie was hard and stale.
