LOCATED WITHIN SHARETEA. I had a hard time finding this place because it's within Sharetea and you can't see the Nivi sign easily from the parking lot. It's next to the Verizon store and Supercuts. Try the Ube Honeycomb ice cream! The deep purple color made me nervous but it's delicious. They let you sample flavors before committing. I got the bubble waffle on the side because it can get pretty messy with melting ice cream. Lots of toppings available. Staff was ok, polite but not enthusiastic. I'll start off with the flavors of ice cream is what my family and I enjoyed the most. We went in the afternoon when we felt it wouldnt be so busy which honestly it wasn't. The staff was not helpful. All the males that were working that evening show the expression "I hate my job". The order board in front of the cashier is only for drinks and shakes I believe. You can not use it to order ice cream. They ran out of the bubble waffle cone, and so that limited us to only being able to order scoops of ice cream which wasn't that big of deal. There are two different registers because in my opinion it looks to be two different businesses in one building. Their is a handful of chairs and tables to sit down once you ordered your dessert. Volume was little louder than I would have expected by the number of people that were inside the store. When my family and I went into the store. Yay, Georgetown has an awesome gourmet frozen dessert shop with international flavors and freshly made bubble waffles. I'm so happy to know about Nivi Artisan Ice Creams! My baby boy has grown up and is soon to attend Southwestern Uni. He loves all things anime, including fun foods of Asia, so bubble tea and related treats are in regular rotation. We just had to try out Nivi during SU orientation and were not disappointed. Know this: it's hard to find in the massive Wolf Ranch shopping center on the southwest corner of IH35 & Hwy 29. Nivi is co-located with bubble tea shop, Sharetea, so look for that signage between GNC and SuperCuts. The order & pay counters are separate, but they do have some menu items that seem to share products (ex: matcha soft serve). During our visit, we had to wait in line & pay twice since we wanted both ice cream and bubble tea. Nivi staff are super sweet and will let you have a sample taste of any of the ice creams and soft serves. I loved their eco-friendly reusable sample spoons. We loved everything that we tried but I settled on a 1-scoop cup of mango ice cream ($6.16) - soooo rich and tasty, full of fresh fruit flavor. Next time, I'll add ripe mango chunks on top. The full menu includes: * 11 premium flavors handmade with a rich 14% fat mix from Wisconsin dairy farms * 4 soft serve flavors including Ube & Matcha * 8 soft serve creations with toppings and swirls * 12 Bubble Waffles, loaded with premium soft serve ice cream * Milkshakes * Assorted candies, syrups, fruits, nuts, and whipped toppings for upcharge What else is special about Nivi? Located in the back of the Sharetea, this little ice cream spot was perfect to cap of the evening. Unlimited tasting available so you don't panic pick the flavor or flavors you want. I tried 3 before selecting the Ube Honeycomb which was perfection. Slightly salty with perfect sweetness and the occasional crunch from the honeycomb, I topped my single scoop cut with waffle cone pieces. I also tried the toasted marshmallow which was divine. The toasted really comes through at the end. The rose pistachio was too floral for my liking. So that was a hard no for me, but all three had the silky smoothness you miss with store bought ice cream. Located inside ShareTea in GeorgeTown in the Target plaza. Once you walk inside, Nivi is located in the back of ShareTea. There are multiple flavors to try from. I got the mango ice cream. It was creamy and had great flavors. The store itself is kind of small due to the fact that it is sharing with a bubble tea store as well. There are a few couches and tables; sadly, the one couch that was free was kind of dirty. It had some stain on it or something, so I decided to stay standing while enjoying my ice cream. They also had multiple toppings as well and milkshakes that they could make. read more

Ice cream is good. Service needs work. Seating area is tiny. Place is cramped. We like to go out and get ice cream in the evenings.

This place needs a better system for the cones and training for workers. The cone was soggy and the ice cream was already melting with added toppings I didn't ask for. The kids were checked out. To get charged a premium price for an order that was not executed well with unwelcoming attitudes from bystanders behind the counter and rushed service is not somewhere I am comfortable ever returning to. read more

The service is great, they always ask you if you want any samples and the flavors are great! I recommend the mango or the birthday cake. Drove all the way to Georgetown almost a 45 minute drive to get soft serve ice cream only for them all to have chocolate and vanilla only. Was apparently the waffle machine was not turning on at 2 o'clock in the afternoon so it was gonna take a while to get bubble waffle cone I also was looking forward to. The lady said that they haven't made any new mixtures that's why they only had chocolate and vanilla when they're supposed to have other flavors not for sure how they got a 4 1/2 star rating right now read more
