My husband often relied on Andy's, so I took my 3 wheel walker in to see if they could fix a moveable part that was not working. He didn't have "exactly" what was needed, but searched to find a perfect fix. It's now better than new. Best value! In the meantime I foolishly took a step back and fell. Let me tell you, this staff, 3 men, were sent from Heaven! They helped me up onto a chair, gave me water, and made sure I was stable to go home. My go to store before Menard's, Loews, ect......I love the small guy on the block of giant chain stores. I usually peddle my bicycle there for my needs. I hesitate to post how great this store is for me for fear of it getting crowded when I shop around the aisles. Keep Andy's strong and profitable and enjoy this hidden treasure forever. read more

Stopped by Andy's to pick up some appliance paint and a couple washer hoses. They had the items we needed in stock and the price was fair. The woman working there helped us locate the parts and check us out. Good stuff! It was a good experience and they're closer than Home Depot and Lowes, so we'll be back! read more

Awesome, local, informational hardware store. So glad places like these still exist. Big companies are killing this country and it's nice to see mom and pop stores with superior knowledge and one on one service is still in existence and hopefully thriving. If you shop at Menards or Eat at Applebys you're killing the USA or at least the qualities that made this country great. read more

Their store isn't huge, so its impressive how much they do stock. They are very good in terms of packing in a lot of choices and variety. If you need things like conduit, there is a whole back room that many people don't know about, so if you don't see something (especially if it's larger), ask. Finally, despite being your 'local independent' store, their prices are more than fair, and their customer service is good (returns accepted, credit cards accepted for purchases over $5.) read more

So I found this place because grandpa was looking for an air conditioner cover and after 3 stores I figured I would stop here and they actually had three different sizes. It also didn't end up being the only thing I left with. Old school family service that never goes out of style. One the way our I saw that they did small engine repair so I figured if I needed anything I would bring my mower or snow blower here. Well a week later I tested my snow blower and bingo it needed some repair. I dropped it off on a Saturday with a $20 deposit. By Monday Keith had a quote for me and just needed the ok to order the replacement part. He has two to choose from and gave me the option and prices for both. He told me since it would be a special order it would take a week or so to get the part then a few days to fix. So about two weeks and Keith called with an update. The part wasn't an exact fit but he fabricated a fix for the throttle. He said that he would suggest we do a carb kit and maybe the fuel line. He wanted to troubleshoot/fix one thing at a time, since this old girl was 30+ years old I knew she needed some serious R&R. Well after about 30 days, and well before the snow Keith had everything fixed and for a very very fair price. Please go support this business to keep this gem around. read more

Andy's Hardware is my go to hardware store. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, they will go the extra mile to ensure they are meeting their customer's needs. This is a family-owned business, they have been a part of the community for over 70 years and take pride in what they do. While the store does not appear to be large from the front, they have a large sales floor and back area where they do small engine repair, screen repair, glass cutting and, paint mixing.
