We ordered carryout pizza and it was pretty good. They had cheese bread that was good as well.

mac and cheese with brisket and bbq sauce

wow. we were staying here in town for the night because our camp elsewhere fell through and we r so glad we decided to stop here before we headed to the motel. might be one of the best places we've been in a while. everything was so delicious, wasn't busy so everything came out super quick. the place too was beautiful with stained glass and stickers. hopefully coming back one day because it was YUMMYYYYY

    Wet burrito, nothing special.

Came in for dinner about 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. Jukebox was blaring, people were shouting at each other just to be able to hear. Whatever, I can deal and kinda expect it for being the ONLY place in Seney. The locals just walk behind the bar and grab their own drinks when staff is busy, or mingling with the guests. We were ignored unless we initiated contact. Never once were we ask "Can I get you something?" or "How is your dinner?" or "Can I get you anything else?" Ordered the burrito, which was OK, nothing special. If staying in Seney again, I'd go back and eat there, but wouldn't make a special stop to get here.

Ate here for lunch with a group of guys while snowmobiling. Awesome slaw burgers. Service was just ok. I will definitely go back.

Everyone here was so kind, we showed up very late and they kept the kitchen open for us and provided some of the BEST food we've had in the UP.

The bar tenders were friendly as well. You can buy cans to go, but be sure to check the dates they were canned if it's not currently on tap, so you don't get a beer that's 6+ months old and possibly sour (we got one like that, but they happily let us swap). Driftwood next door was also great, good flatbread selections.

They have everything I look for in a brewery - outdoor seating that's dog friendly, food handily available, and a solid beer menu. Our bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Super helpful to mama as she tried to decide which beers to get in her flight. They actually have two outdoor seating areas - a nice patio just off the bar and a rooftop deck above the patio. We arrived too late to order from their kitchen but there's a pizza joint next door that looked like it had good stuff too. Overall, good experience, and I'd be happy to drive a half hour off the beaten path to visit again. My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

The gentleman who served us was simply a delight and you can hear his love for his community and this bar when he speaks which made our entire dining experience so much more enjoyable! Food -- My husband ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and it was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and super juicy -- he particularly appreciated that they toasted the bun. I ordered the whitefish basket and was very happy that the breading wasn't overly thick and overpowering, but the tarter sauce was worth writing this review and I could have brought some home with me! We ordered the whitefish dip for an appetizer, which was fabulous, but I'm not sure the chips were the best pairing. Decor -- There are antique tools on the wall that are really fun to look at and guess what they were used for (some we have at home and still use), There's a much more modern boxing machine and games for kids, too. Bathroom -- A little awkward, I'm not sure a wheelchair user without assistance would be able to swing the shape of the bathroom. I did have a chuckle that there's a "men's" room and a just not men's room (it was whited out). Overall, an absolute delight and great place to be able to stretch our legs and get some good food. We don't drink, so I can't tell you anything about the alcohol -- but I hear their Shirley Temples are famous!
