The guys and gals here are really friendly and more than willing to help you out with whatever you may need. I've done a fair share of business with them, and I always return because they never seem to screw me over and always have a positive outlook on everything. Although their pricing could seem steep to some, I usually go here for things that I need instantly or specialized stuff that I know they carry. Any other "regular" things like wipers, washer fluid, or engine oil I usually just snag from Walmart because it seems to be just a little bit cheaper. Otherwise, AutoZone has just about everything you could need. Lastly, their ordering is pretty top notch. Many of times I'll need something that they may not have on hand in the store and they'll order it to the store and will either have it there that same day or the next one, at zero cost to you which is incredibly convenient.

Store is getting one star because they know how to open the doors…read more I had a JD48R walk behind in the shop at United Ag wher they lied to me about the issue so they would not have to warranty the work. I picked up the mower from them and took over to Bramlett where I thought they may treat businesses better. They said the Valves needed adjusted and they did it and expected me to pay. This is on commercial walk behind with less that 200 hours and less than a year old. Anything minus maintenance should be covered under warranty almost. They went ahead and let me take it and dealt with the warranty on there side after I would not pay. Mower started a week later doing the exact same thing and I returned it. Over a week into it I called for an update and they lady in service said they have not even looked at it yet, and they are over 3 weeks behind. I got mad, as this is how I make money so I picked it up and took it to another dealer. They pulled the plug and found it to be a head gasket which is a known issue on the FS600 motors in 1 day. Had it fixed and returned in 2 days after that under warranty. The entire time this was going on with the mower, I had a RB400 pressure washer at Bramlett because it was not creating the pressure it was supposed to. Took it in, told them the problems with it, and 3 weeks later they said it was the valves. When they were on the phone talking about the valves were on order and waiting on parts they gave me no indication of price to replace. Today I got a call it was ready to go and its over $414 dollars to fix the valves. I paid under $600 for the machine new, and now they are barely over $600 new. So they got no go ahead and really dont care what the price is they are going to fix no matter what (without approval) and expect you to pay. At that price and the way they were on my mowers, and not knowing how to look and find a simple head gasket leak I dont even know if that is what is wrong. Now writing this letter, I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and probably will not get a response or a solution to this at all tonight. I will leave it at this. If you want John Deere and you live next to Bramlett and the only other John Deere is 3 states away. Make the drive through the other two states to get to the next closest dealer. The date today is 7/26/2021 Call time was 5p.m and now 5:33 which is past their closing time. Stay tuned.

We headed over to NAPA - which thankfully had space beside them to accommodate our truck and trailer and the guys in here were super helpful as we first replaced two relays in the truck and then a third before we found the problem. They brought out a fuse tester and helped identify the issue. They only had one of the first two relays that we needed but sent someone to quickly pick up another from a competitor. Class a folks and service! Now if only we hadn't had a tire blow out and hour later!

Our truck…read morecompletely broke down on our way back home to Florida last December, and we had to drive 8 hours in a rental car to buy this truck because we needed something capable of towing our RV. Our salesman, Brett, refused to negotiate at all. In fact, after speaking with him, we noticed the online price of the truck had actually increased. Thankfully we had screenshots from the day before proving the price change. Even while we were actively driving there to purchase it, we got all the typical pressure tactics: "someone else is coming tomorrow to buy it," "if you buy from dealers in nearby cities you'll get deceived," etc. Brett told us since it was recent a trade-in, their detail crew would get started ASAP so it would be ready for us. After driving eight hours to get there, we were disappointed to see the truck was filthy. It was covered in dirt and had leftover cow manure and hay in the bed. The heavy duty transmission was the most important thing to us because we tow an RV, so despite everything, we still moved forward with the cash sale. When we asked Brett's manager, James what would happen if something major went wrong after we left, his response was: "You just have to hope for the best and not think negatively." Then, after learning we had a YouTube channel about RVing, James said their dealership deserved a shoutout in one of our videos. For what exactly? Selling us a dirty trade-in they couldn't even bother washing and for trying to raise the price behind our backs? We just wanted to finish the paperwork and leave because it was already late and we still had another eight hour drive back to our RV (then a two day drive back to FL). A few hours into the drive, we discovered the heater doesn't work. Later we found the backup camera doesn't work either, and the windshield washer fluid leaks. But those ended up being the least of our problems. Five months after taking our money, we still cannot legally register this truck because the dealership has failed to provide valid title paperwork. We were initially given title documents signed incorrectly, had to mail them back for corrections, and then later discovered the title they provided was not even the most recent title associated with the vehicle! This dealership accepted a vehicle as a trade-in and then resold it to me without ensuring they possessed the proper, current, transferable title documentation. We have filed complaints with the TX Department of Motor Vehicles and the TX Office of the Attorney General. I'm leaving this review to strongly caution others before doing business with this dealership. Do not make the same mistake we did and trust them with your hard-earned money.
