Andy's towing provided help tonight. They came faster than expected which was very nice! I just needed a simple jump but my truck was in an awkward place and so Andy and Rick were able to move it safely and easily. I just loved their customer service! My kids were running around outside and not only did they carry on a professional and very personable conversation but his partner Rick even played telephone with my two-year-old with a pack of toothbrushes that was his pretend phone. I can't tell you how sweet it was that they treated all my kids which such respect and didn't bat an eye! Based on the fact that they came earlier than expected, they fixed the problem easily and very quickly and they treated me and my children so nicely...I want to leave them a 5 star review! Sometimes you get people to come out and do a job... A job done well as great! But I don't think you always get people who come out and give it that extra something that makes it a really special visit and makes you want to get on Yelp and leave a 5 star review! :) read more

Andy's Towing was scheduled through my warranty company for roadside assistance, and they completely failed to show up. Neither I nor the warranty company could reach them despite multiple calls -- no answer, no update, no communication at all. When you're stranded and relying on a towing service, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I would not trust them again. read more

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MOENY WITH THESE ASSHOLES!!! I requested roadside assistance at 10:30am through my insurance for a lock out (my car was on with the key locked inside). I got a text from my insurance stating it would take 30-60 minutes. Andy's towing is a 2 MINUTE drive from my house. I said ok whatever, they're probably on another call. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I called them. No answer and no space to leave a message. The time reset to 20 mins, those 20 mins came and went and nothing. I then called my insurance and informed them of how ridiculously long it was taking. My insurance then got ahold of them and told me to give it another 20 minutes. So another 20 minutes came and went and they NEVER showed up. I called Andy's towing again and they sent me straight to the voicemail that was full (ignored my call) I had my insurance cancel the request because it was passed 1pm at that point. I called The Lockshop (in sunnyside) They showed up just 12 minutes after I made my call!! I definitely recommend them instead! If I could give less stars I would ! An absolute POS ! My teen broke down at white pass ski resort , was told Andy's towing would be there in less than two hours , originally they were going to tow my son back to there repair shop . We wanted him towed home , called insurance and they talked to Andy's towing about towing my son home instead and had us pre pay, after 2 and half hours nothing , myself and the insurance tried to reach out to them , was told they are canceling!! My son has been sitting at the bottom of a mountain for nearly 5 hours , its pitch black outside and he on sir of road . Had the tow just not accepted the change we could have got someone else to get him, hope the staff have the life they deserve ! read more

Horrible!!! got the call about 12:30 from my insurance company that andys would be there in 90 to 120 min... 4 hours later still no andys, so I called them and was told they still had not left and they are a hour away from the town where I am. The engine blew up in my car leaving my family and I stranded on the side of the road in 100 heat. They got us to safety and went out of their way to get our Uhaul trailer back to us as well. I'm leaving this review because Marty, I think her name was, was so helpful and understanding during my roadside assistance case. I have USAA insurance, which uses Agero, and if you want to know how bad they are, just look at their yelp reviews. Agero was refusing to pay Andy's and Marty helped me get the issue sorted out. Andy's is very good with answering and following up on calls. They were very clear on what needed to be done by the insurance to get my car moved out of their lot. My car arrived at the collision repair shop exactly as I had left it. Thank you. read more

My van has been acting funny and locked me out after starting it. My insurance company set up with them to come unlock my car. ETA 90 - 120 min. After the 90 I called and asked if they could give me an update. He stared 20 minutes. At the 120 minute mark still no call or show. Called my insurance he told them 10 minutes,when they explained my car had been running this whole time and if they could get here quickly he hung up on them. After another 20 minutes still no call or show up. If this is how you treat customers you should not be in business. Had to call back insurance and get a new ticket in. read more

Better up those review stars! Andy's towing is amazing. My car suddenly started running rough just outside of Toppenish in the mountains with warning lights lighting up like Christmas trees. I was on my way home to Portland from a great weekend in Wenatchee. We limped back to the Toppenish Autozone and replaced a couple of easy parts to no avail. It was a Sunday and I had no choice but, to get a motel for myself, my wife and my dog. We spent the evening searching for mechanics and tow companies and in the morning eliminated all possibilities of an economical solution. That is until I got a hold of Andy's towing. I got right through to Andy who patiently listened to my predicament. When all possibilities were exhausted and everything pointed to getting my car and family home to Portland as the best option Andy couldn't have been more prompt! His driver, Rogelio, was there in 20 minutes loading my car as I checked out of the motel and we were on the road before we knew it. We got home to Portland early enough in the afternoon to unload my car at my home and drop it off at my trusted mechanic. During the long trip Rogelio gave great conversation which made the ride pleasant and interesting and made the time go by quickly. Rogelio unloaded my car as I described my story to the mechanic and in no time I was back in the comfort of my home getting things back together and making follow up calls. I had called 5 other tow companies that morning, one didn't even answer and the other 4 were neither attentive to my predicament or committed to prompt action. Andy's blew them all out of the water. I hope I never have to go through that again as my car is generally very well maintained and runs exceptionally well, this being the first time I had any kind of trouble with it, but, if I do and I'm anywhere close to that area I'll be calling Andy's Towing. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Completely awful. My car broke down and I called my insurance to send me a towing company, unfortunately got Andy's towing. 90 minutes wait, called to see where they were 60 minute wait and then called again... 20 min wait. I finally looked up reviews and figured they weren't coming. I was already stressed and upset about my car. this company just made it so much worse. If your insurance company matches you with them, I'd call and get a new towing company. read more

I left the survey only because Andy's Towing in Sunnyside WA did a really outstanding job. Both gentleman had been working in the heat all day in a hot tow truck with NO AC, apologizes several times for being later than expected, immediately had my vehicle unlocked (within minutes) and just overall insane nice during the whole experience. They even reminded me that I left my purse on the ground as they saw me returning to my apartment without it!! read more

My keys were stolen while my vehicle was parked in a parking lot, and our insurance company arranged for Andys to tow our vehicle. They were supposed to be there to tow it to the dealership to have the remote reprogrammed at 12pm on a Thursday. We used our spare key (that unlocks but doesn't start the vehicle) to leave the vehicle door unlocked so Andy's wouldn't have any issues towing it. Fast forward to Saturday evening, we were feeling odd that we hadn't heard from the car dealership, insurance company, or Andys. We decided to drive to where the vehicle had been to be sure it was gone and had in fact been towed as planned. Low and behold, it was still sitting there, two days after it was scheduled to be towed! Completely unlocked, while someone out there had possession of the stolen keys. I immediately contacted Andy's and asked why it was still there, and was told that there were other cars in the way when they arrived to get it, so they just left without it. I asked why they hadn't bothered to communicate that to anyone, and he could not give me an answer, just sat silent on the line, or said "I don't know". They had no plans to reschedule a tow, to go back for it at a later time -- nothing. They were just going to leave it there indefinitely. Meanwhile, we were paying for a rental car while we waited for this vehicle to be re-keyed. What a joke! Talk about unprofessional and careless. A huge waste of time, effort, and money. They will NEVER come recommended by me nor will they EVER get a penny of my business. If there were the option to give zero stars, I would. read more

They get one star for returning my calls. As for the service, DO NOT USE THEM!!! My experience today went very much the same as others who gave them one star. My Tahoe died while at the doctor. Went through my State Farm app at 9:55am, dispatched tow, ETA 90-120 minutes. I went home and called Andy's to let them know I was not with the vehicle, no answer on three tries. She did call me back, so that's where they get a star. Around 12:35 I get a call to make sure I'm in a safe place and tow on the way, ETA now 20 minutes. Around 3pm my mechanic calls and asks where my vehicle is. What?! I call State Farm, they call the company and tell me he's just arriving. Call my mechanic back, no vehicle arriving, so maybe they meant arriving where my Tahoe is. I call the tow company at 3:15, no answer. She's calls back at 4pm, I ask what's going on, she calls her driver and says he just dropped off a car and is heading over there. WTF?! This is when I look up reviews and see that others have gone through the same run around I have! I get in my car and drive to where my dead car is, and he's just pulling in. I was ready to cancel and get someone else. Then, a half hour after they drop my vehicle off at the mechanic, I get a phone call from Andy's, he says he's here to jumpstart my car. Wow. I have never had such an awful experience with a tow company and I will never use Andy's again! read more

I've been waiting for someone at Andy'seee towing since last Tuesday 5/30 to send me an envoice to me via email, including when I originally requested for one when I initiated the request when I called the 1st time. Both the tow truck driver and the boss man who I've had spoken to on 5/30, which promised me that I would have an envoice no than the next day on 5/31. I still didn't have one. I finally called them again on 6/1, and the lady who answered their phone said that she didn't no about an envoice. However, she did promise me that she was going to call the driver to get the car info and to send me the envoice later in the afternoon either via screenshot or email, but I still didn't get nothing. I called them again this morning, and the gentleman said that he'd put together an envoice and send it to be later on today, and yet again there's another empty promise that wasn't followed through. I called at 7:48pm tonight to find out why they hadn't followed through with their promises of not sending out the an envoice for my tow service. The person who answered my call tonight had hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him that I they promised me this morning that he would put an envoice together and send it to me later today. I've called Andy's towing 4 different days about getting the envoice, but I still haven't seen any. I might have to have my insurance agent call them and get it sent to them so I can get the reimbursement read more

Completely unacceptable service we called around 5:00 pm and they said they would be there in about 90min it is now 10:06pm and they never showed up they told us multiple they would be there in about 20 min and have not showed up and the city is about 10 minutes from my car would never recomendable this service ever! read more

i was waiting since 10:30 am after my tire popped and then they cancelled my tow after 3:30 pm after waiting for ever for a tow. they said it was only 90 mins then 80 mins then 46 then 30. then 40 mins then told me 30 mins and when said they were coming in 15 mins they finally said they weren't coming. They didn't seem to care about my baby and I. I just need to get to work. read more

Horrible service and a straight up liar!!!! Roadside assistance through USAA and 4 hrs later after receiving 5 updates of 20 minute ETA the driver first lied and told USAA that he was on scene. I told the representative that is a lie. Then tells USAA that they called me and needed different cables. Another blatant lie. Bottom line USAA cancelled them and booked me another provider. Just need a jump start on my diesel truck. read more

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! The driver showed up after sitting on the side of a busy interstate for 4 hours waiting for road side assistance to change my trailer tire. He showed up and didn't even know how to operate the bottle jack that was clearly just purchased. We had to climb under the trailer for him to jack up the trailer. After jacking up the trailer for him, he realized that he didn't have the right socket for my lugs so he called Andy (the owner). Andy told him to just leave us here instead of sending the driver down the road to get a socket that would work. Instead of getting upset, I called Andy myself and told him how disappointed I was that he would just leave us stranded so he could go make money off of someone else instead. He apologized and asked if I would be willing to wait while his driver went and got the socket and I said yes and thanked him for helping us out. 2 minutes later I got a notification saying that my service request had been cancelled. Needless to say, I'm PISSED now and of course this two-faced lying coward won't even answer his phone. I hope you find this review before you get caught up with this useless human being. read more

I called for a tow truck at 10:31 AM they told me it would be 1208 before they could get to me it is now 2:09pm and they're still not on their way. I have called 3 times in 4 hours for an update and I'm asked do I still want the service and told the driver is on his way. Considering their location is 15 minutes away I don't think he was ever on his way. The dispatcher told me it was not her fault they have other stuff going on. I highly suggest you use a different tow company. read more

I was told Andy's Towing would be coming to get my car when it left me stranded on the side of the freeway. Progressive Roadside assistance said at 6:15pm that the tow truck would be there in 90 minutes. At 8:00pm I called Andy's towing to get an ETA and could get no answer. I called Progressive and they could not get an answer from Andy's Towing. It took another half hour for Progressive to decide to call another company to come get me. They called 24 Hour Towing and Recovery in Grandview and I got a new ETA of 20 minutes. They were there within 15 minutes to get my car. Thanks to Andy's Towing I spent 3 hours on the side of a busy freeway in my broken down car. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, call 24 Hour Towing and Recovery instead. Andy's Towing is unprofessional and obviously do not care about their clients. read more
