My kids were running around outside and not only did they carry on a professional and very personable conversation but his partner Rick even played telephone with my two-year-old with a pack of toothbrushes that was his pretend phone. I can't tell you how sweet it was that they treated all my kids which such respect and didn't bat an eye! Based on the fact that they came earlier than expected, they fixed the problem easily and very quickly and they treated me and my children so nicely...I want to leave them a 5 star review! Sometimes you get people to come out and do a job... A job done well as great! It was 8 p.m. and we had no cell service. A kind stranger stopped and let us use his phone so we could contact our roadside assistance. It took quite a while as apparently there were several emergencies that night. When Tyler (our tow truck driver) finally came, he very efficiently got us all hooked up. It took some time as he had to drop the driveline. We rolled into Toppenish about 1:30 a.m. exhausted but when he went to the address our insurance company gave him, it was an empty parking lot. Toppenish is not the safest town to be in, especially at night so Tyler called his boss, Cody and asked if he could bring us to the tow yard in Granger for the night until we could arrange for repairs the next day. We stayed over and a kind Auto Zone employee brought us the truck part we needed and we got out of there around 3:30 p.m. It was really nice to see that there are still so many good people in this world.
