Billy and his partner were great. We had a blown tire and flat donut and they came out late on Sunday night to pick us up. We were about 35 miles out of town with nothing around except the prison. They were very careful with our car and took us right where we needed to go. They are very professional and made my wife feel right at ease. I have a classic car than is difficult to work on with old/out dated technology. Justin and Louis found a problem with the frame where the lower control arm was attached. I had a recent experience with this company. My son's car was being towed home from Casaday's yard. The driver called me and asked "where do you want the car? I told him "dead center in front of the house, on the street" What I got instead was a car parked the wrong way on the street, well over a foot off the curb and partially in front of the neighbor's home. For this, I received a 66 dollar ticket from the police. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I requested that Casaday towing pay for half of the ticket. YES, JUST HALF! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OBVIOUSLY THEIR FAULT. I received no response to my request. When I called today, I was told that I should have called them sooner to correct the situation. REALLY? These people do not stand behind their work. If my experience sounds like something you would enjoy, by all means, hire these guys. read more

We just got stuck at Yokes on Rd 68. Someone came to help us about 5 minutes after we called. My husband went to the car with him and by the time the kids and I made it outside the van was unlocked. It was cold, so I stayed in the car with the kids, but my husband said the man who helped us was very friendly. read more

Driving my car back from Wall Walla to Kennewick my alternator went out and locked me in side it was 29 degrees out, I was not dressed for the cold and the drivers window was down about 6 inches and could not log onto the internet with my phone due to google a tow company phone # so I was able to call a friend and him call Casaday where they told him being locked in the car was impossible calling him a liar and when he asked if he would go recue me he said he didn't know where Madam Doprian park was and was not interested in looking it up so my good friend called another company and had a ruck their in minutes, What wrong whith people now days ? I would or any of my family or friends have helped anybody in that situation weather I knew them or not and I don't tow cars for a living so due to their one employees that answered the phone on 111/2018 Ever friend that owns a car and their friends will hear about this. That employee ruined Dasadays reputation for me and if any body ever asks me for a tow........they will hear my story, check you logs Casida and see who was answering the phone then and train them how to treat a client, unfortunately they don't seem to have any compation and you cant teach that maybe the should just move on to your competitors they might hwepl run them out of business instead of ruining your reputation. read more

We broke down on the interstate driving home from vacation. We were in our Motorhome and were hauling a trailer. We called several closer towing companies, but they couldn't handle our rig. Another company could tow the Motorhome, but we would have to wait over an hour. Casaday arrived exactly when they said they would be there, quickly hooked up the Motorhome and even the owner came out to tow the trailer as well. That is customer service! read more
