My billing is usually simple but if there's issues I reach out to the office manager and it's handled quickly. Bathroom nearby and waiting areas in hallway do they come get you when it's your turn. It's not a turn and burn to rush patients in or out either so if they run a few minutes behind I give them grace because I'll get my time with them. All visits are booked online, they email you a summary of what you talked about and will send prescriptions to your pharmacy. Now if it's a med that you take each month and your pharmacy says they reached out and haven't heard from them, best to shoot them an email.

She is intelligent, caring, and kind, and has a good sense of humor, though she is extremely professional. She makes every effort of truly listen and involve you in decision making. She is open-minded as far as considering and recommending a variety of treatments. Her assistant is also very good. The PMG practice, while pretty large and subject to the problems of a large practice, does a fine job of being available and responsive to its patients. I left Dr. Reay and PMG when I moved, but would not hesitate to return if I move back to the east side.

I visited the Emergency Room at Adventist Medical Center on June 11, 2026, after my arm pain…read moreworsened throughout the day. I'd been dealing with this pain since Monday, and that afternoon at 2 PM I saw my PCP, who was concerned that the pain, discoloration, and burning/tingling sensation in my right arm, along with tightness and pain through the right side of my neck, he was worried it could indicate a blood clot or other serious things so he put in for a stat ultrasound the next day. By that evening, the pain had gotten significantly worse along with additional symptoms so I went to the ER. Unfortunately, this 3.5-hour visit left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and frankly neglected. The wait to be triaged wasn't long, and the triage doctor seemed to take my symptoms seriously at first. She explained that we'd start by getting "the scary thing" out of the way (an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot) and that we'd figure out next steps from there if it turned out to be something else. She also mentioned she suspected it was likely just a pinched nerve, which felt like it brushed off the concern my own doctor had raised just hours earlier. During triage, I also mentioned the sharp pains in my chest and the tightness and pain in the right side of my neck, and was told that was likely just anxiety by the nurse. The doctor offered to put in an order for ibuprofen so I could request it whenever I needed it, even though I had mentioned it hadn't been working, which I still appreciated at the time. About 40 minutes later, the pain had become severe, so I went to the front desk to ask for the ibuprofen. That request seemed to go nowhere. After nearly an hour with no medication, my husband went up to follow up and that's when they finally called me back for the ultrasound. The tech was apologetic for the time it took and explained she'd just gotten called in from home, which I understood completely. After the ultrasound, I went back to the waiting area, still in significant pain, and asked the front desk about the ibuprofen again. This time I was told the previous receptionist never actually told the doctor and there was no order put in for it, but that there was a note from the doctor and I'd likely be called back soon. Another 40 minutes passed with nothing, so I went back up a third time, still in a lot of pain, and was told there was no response to the request for ibuprofen and there was a not to sit to wait nearby. About 30 minutes later, after I'd been crying from the pain, a nurse finally brought me back into a hallway shaped room, gave me ibuprofen, and handed me discharge papers. I was confused, I'd been expecting to actually speak with the doctor again about further evaluation. The nurse explained the note was simply to discharge me with instructions to use ibuprofen and Tylenol, and to come back if that didn't work. I had already told staff that the ibuprofen wasn't doing much for the pain, and no one addressed the fact that my arm was visibly discolored compared to the other, with ongoing burning and tingling. I was told to follow up with my primary care doctor, the same doctor who had already flagged concern about a possible clot just hours earlier. Looking back, it feels like the "probably a pinched nerve" comment became the lens everything else was viewed through, even though my own doctor had raised real concerns about a clot or potentially other serious reasons that same afternoon. That initial guess seemed to overshadow how seriously my case was actually treated, regardless of what I was describing. In total, I was there for 3.5 hours. Aside from the ultrasound itself, that entire time was spent in the waiting room, no nurse checked on me, and I never got a follow-up conversation with a doctor after the initial triage. Given that I came in with symptoms a medical professional had already flagged as potentially serious, this level of follow-through felt deeply inadequate. I won't be returning, and I'd encourage others to think twice before coming here.

This place is a nightmare. The desk people make you feel bad for even asking if there's a wait…read moretime. Staff members cluster in small groups, gossiping about patients in an obvious way all over the place for long spaces of time. This is probably why they are always behind getting help people come there for. They smirk and make a lot of other passive aggressive faces. Today, I came in as a caregiver with a client and observed a young black girl and her mother being given the runaround for hours. This was a little girl with a stomach issue that had been going on for several days, but they all seemed to think she was just fine and didn't need care. Turned out the mother was lied to by staff who told them the x-ray tech wasn't in for hours when he had actually been there since the morning. They also waited for hours for test results. A guard came up in an intimidating way every time the black mother went to the counter to ask about the wait. This guard had really disturbed looking eyes like he was just waiting for a chance to be aggressive, When the mother finally snapped, they called the cops to take her away. Multiple minority people there said they did not know why she was being forced to leave and said they had also been treated rudely. And, after all this waiting for hours with a mostly-empty waiting area, the billing staff was there in a minute flat once my client was seen because they sure care about making a buck more than they care about the humans in need of medical service. Please, if you have a critical emergency, DO NOT go here, especially if you are minority.

This is a business not a doctors office. They don't listen, think they know better, prescribe over…read morethe counter medications and claim to offer primary care physician services. Avoid them at all costs. The facilities are nice, I'm sure they maintain it by continually requiring unnecessary repeat appointments when your needs are clear, obvious, noted and reasonable. The doctor literally laughed at me and interrupted me when I expressed my concern after he explained he'd be prescribing naproxen sodium (brand name would be like Aleve) as if his 500 mg pill would give relief beyond what I could normally get without a prescription.... I've now gone on two sleepless excruciating nights with nothing to relieve my temporary illness and been forced to leave work early as my symptoms have only worsened with the lack of sleep from debilitating sinus pressure. When I went back the next day the front office woman had advised me to waste my money by setting another appointment with the other doctor... Heartless, uncaring and useless. Just google your symptoms and spend less money over all rather than see these "doctors". In any other country in the world I could just walk into a pharmacy and buy what I needed by passing these people who are nothing more than money grubbing middle men
