If you're not the only patient of course most critical goes 1st as it should be & there has never been a long wait time. Even at end-of-life for our beloved Maximus. The Dr spent quite a while with us, gave us Al the time we needed & THEY were GREAT & did a WONDERFUL presentation of HIS ashes in a most BEAUTIFUL wooden box & footprint afterwards. Something I didn't realize was they let our primary vet know that Maximus had passed. We hadn't even thought of it yet being he hadn't been there in a bit because of complications & it was exceptionally nice to receive a condolences card from his vet in the mail. Just another really good thing EVCOT does for their patients. THANK YOU for all the things you guys did to help get Maximus almost to his 12th birthday

I've had a week since the passing of my beloved cat Mimosa and time to consider my accusation that…read morewere not for their malpractice, she would still be alive today. I've also carefully considered the arguments made to defend their practice by Dr. Warren who stated that pancreatitis is difficult to treat and often is recurring. I'm not buying what she's selling. They knew Mimosa's history of not eating, being difficult to get medication into from day one. They should have recommended hospitalization from day one. She was eating, drinking and going to the bathroom for them so they sent her home all drugged up. At home she wouldn't eat so I had to arrange a ride and drag poor Mimosa all the way out there again and instead of keeping her, they released her again. The third time it was too late. They fucked around with her delicate condition for too long and there was no bringing her back even after two days of hospitalization. She died in my arms on August 25, 2026. Shame on you. 2026 - Review # 14

I left a five star review so everybody can see how bad this Practice is. This is not just me that they put through. And watch out for Dr. Ricky Wagner My dog came in for a broken back and he said that my dog was stable. Very poor judgment from a doctor he should not be a doctor at all. His poor advice led to death of my dog. Just just for information if you go look at the yelp app, they claim that they contact me in multiple attempts. I want to clarify that they never contacted me once for their mistakes. I spoke to multiple strangers that have been there now that I randomly met and everyone has a bad experience. Hai Nguyen

Beware of this company…read more After an emergency visit, I was given a total at checkout and paid in full. A month later, I was told they had "missed" a $200 charge--an employee "mistake," according to the office manager. When I asked for an invoice, I received a broken payment link with no amount or client ID and no itemized bill. When an invoice was finally provided, the charge had mysteriously increased to $250 with no explanation. A billing error can happen. But failing to accurately total a bill at checkout, then failing to provide a clear and accurate invoice when challenged, is a serious billing problem. Get everything in writing before paying anything. Better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Three years ago I left a glowing review for Cat Care Professionals but unfortunately I can't…read morerecommend them any longer. We have gone to Cat Care for almost thirty years and always had top notch care for our kitties. Dr Cornwell was amazing and the staff outstanding. Unfortunately Dr Cornwell retired and sold the practice. My understanding is a corporation purchased the practice and as with most acquisitions like that profits out way service. Our last check up for our three healthy cats cost over $1000. Before the sale the cost was less than $400. Luckily we found one of the Cat Care vets that started her own practice and have transferred all kitty care to her.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Cat Care Professionals any longer. They will not treat my…read morealmost 14 yo indoor diabetic cat because she has not had a rabies vaccine. I can understand needing precautions, but they denied a prescription cat food through Chewy and won't even do a blood glucose curve and let me send it via email as we have done three times previously in the past 3 months. They saw her in clinic about 6 months ago and missed that she didn't have the vaccine. Once they found that, they cut all care. Oregon Secretary of State registration shows the Authorized Representative for Cat Care Professionals as Peter Jacobson. Per his LinkedIn page, Peter Jacobson is the CFO of Western Veterinary Partners (also noted in the Oregon Secretary of State registration) which, "is a private equity backed company that acquires and manages veterinary clinics throughout the U.S." The care shows it. I'm sure the staff cares, but they were happy to take my money and drop my cat who needs care. I would give a zero if I could. (They were a 5/5 about 10 years ago.)
