When I questioned the front desk girl (who looked about 12 years old) she finally told me she would ask a nurse why I was there so long. The waiting room filled up three whole times and completely emptied out. Three times! I was the only one there still after three full rooms of people came and went. So, I asked the young kid at the desk again, after she promised she would ask a nurse as to what the incredibly long wait was about. A man came out of the back room and began berating me for asking about the times. Yelling with his arms swinging around, totally unprofessional and talking down to me with some B.S. street talk, like I was On the corner trying to buy a stolen watch or something. I just had to leave. No respectable human would sit there after that idiot came out and yelled at you. I still haven't had my eye treated, I just left there and I'll have to go in the morning elsewhere. I will be calling those ignorant whack jobs supervisors tomorrow. I'm not a complainer and I kept my cool the whole time, even when I left. Do yourselves a favor and never step foot in this bucket of crap. This place should really hire folks who have an I.Q. higher than the common house fly. The staff were cursing and the gals at the desk just sat and flirted with the security guys all day. I can't believe this place is a hospital and even exist. Someone should get this behavior on film and definitely document how they treat patients. Don't go there for any reason! You've been warned- swim at your own risk in that filth. If you do go there , you will be worse off when you leave than before. I've never seen a medical facility with such low reviews on Google and yelp. How is this place even in operation? The The folks that run the front should be fired immediately and the doctors should be ashamed of themselves for having such low life's represent them. Also, I'm curious why the "Community R" on yelp here who is responding and representing the hospital, only replies to the good 5 star reviews. All of the poor reviews on here, which are way more than good ones, they aren't responding to. I dare you- respond to my review, but I know you won't. Because you're guilty of neglect at this facility and you have absolutely no defense. Guilty folks always hide.

I call bullshiviki on that especially when it takes an unreasonable amount of time book an appointment. Dr. Baidu has set a standard that his staff can't meet. While I appreciate efficiency, I think flexibility is a missing element and then his staff has to take the brunt of dissatisfied patients. Dr. Baidu needs to learn leadership and management versus dictating standards that are unreasonable and have a significant negative impact. I am accountable for being 7 minutes late. I find that a 10 minute window is reasonable. 2 minutes is misguided. I personally think that this physician is a disappointing model. If a patient must endure a 2 plus month delay in getting an appointment, surely the Practice can communicate the precious nature of his minutes and seconds. FYI, restaurants give a standard +/- 10-15 minute window. A banner should go on the website that highlights the 2 minute demand. Very disappointed in Marin Health, who on average takes a delay from appointment time of more than 15 minutes to actually be be seen by a Provider. Marin Health is under resources to begin with (most Providers are not taking new Patients). I'd say Marin Health Executives need to pay attention to their business.

Never in my 60+ years has a doctors office told me to go away, as you know, usually you wait. I'm in extreme pain and sitting in the parking lot as I write this. They operate in 20 minute increments so why couldn't the doctor have given me a 15 minute visit, it was only a verbal face to face anyway with hopefully a pain prescription. Why are they jamming people so closely together? To maximize every dollar out of patients and this zero tolerance for five minutes late is like some Catholic boarding school rule out of the 1800s. Very very unreasonable when it takes weeks or longer to get an appointment and you're in pain. If you're looking for empathy this place isn't it, you're a number on a chart! I've seen the doctor in the past, I'm expressing no opinion on him personally but this new policy stinks and no notice was given we must arrive early or we're punished like children. As I discussed this with the embarrassed employee in reception a woman in the waiting room chimed in and said "you should see how bad their reviews are" as she looked up from her phone with a distressed expression (no kidding). I'll look elsewhere for an office that isn't treating us like sheep. Oh, and I recall last time I saw Dr Naidu I had to wait about 15 minutes but I guess that's okay. Forget the value of my time as a business owner and a schedule of my own. I'm not rescheduling I'll move on to a kinder and more competent office and skip the conveyer belt.

The staff has been consistent and responsive - well beyond most Dr. Offices. Previously, I had cervical fusion/decompression surgery and lumbar decompression at UCSF. Every day I wish with all my heart that I'd gone with Dr. Su for those. It's hard not to blame myself because I'm convinced if I'd gone with Dr Su initially I wouldn't be left with cervical chronic pain. Dr Su's approach is to do the most minimal surgery because you can always do more, but can't correct surgery that shouldn't have happened. In my case, this lumbar fusion and reconstruction Dr Su did on November was to correct the first aggressive lumbar decompression at UCSF. I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and feel like I'm getting my life back! Nerve recovery has been difficult and painful, and the staff has been incredible at addressing it. For the first time I feel like I'm part of a team working to heal me. Shout out to PA's Connor and Julie, and Anna and Bruno for back office support. One more thing to consider...the practice consists of several high quality doctors that offer supporting procedures adjacent to surgery.

Review for Dr. Naidu and Dr. Su…read more Apologies for the delay in writing this review--but my gratitude has only grown with time. Thank you, Dr. Naidu, for truly changing my life. One of the things I appreciated most was how honest and transparent both you and Dr. Su were with my prognosis. Your directness allowed me to make informed decisions without false hope, while still feeling heard and respected. You didn't just prescribe a path--you listened to my concerns and worked with my choices. The main reason I chose to fly from Los Angeles--despite the costly flights and hotel stays--was because you believe in starting with conservative care before jumping to surgery. That meant everything to me. Although Dr. Su thought my lower back MRI showed serious issues, he still agreed to try epidural injections first. Thankfully, I only needed two. Those injections gave me my life back. Before meeting you both, I had been off work for six months. Every provider I saw in L.A. pushed for surgery. As a nurse, I've seen patients come back years later with even more pain after surgery. I know surgical techniques have evolved, but I wasn't ready to take that step without a team I could trust--and I trust you both. Just three weeks after my first injection, I returned to work. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, and I was finally able to do it again. Thank you--truly. My husband got his wife back. My kids got their mother back. Before treatment, I looked and felt ten years older. Now, I feel like myself again. I had been managing well with just Tylenol and ibuprofen for the occasional mild pain. But I made the mistake of seeing a chiropractor recently, and everything changed. My MD ordered a new MRI, and now both my neck and lower back are flaring up again. So--my next visit with you is already booked for August, flights and hotel included. I'm hopeful once again. Lastly, Dr. Naidu--thank you for fitting me in on my first consultation. When I look back, we laugh now about how I begged you to give me that first injection right away. You told me to be there at 8 a.m. because you had a small gap in your schedule--but what you didn't know is that I was already parked outside your building by 7 a.m. I wasn't going to miss that appointment. Best decision I ever made. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Dr. Su--I'll never forget when you looked at my MRI and said, "Oh no... your back is messed up. The epidural won't give much benefit." You had such a straight face that I thought to myself, Oh no... if he can't help me, I'm in deep sh--. But despite that, you still advocated for me. You spoke to Dr. Naidu, and he gave me a life-changing injection. THANK YOU. Just two injections--and I've been doing well ever since! Please, don't give me that look again when you see my MRI this time. Words alone can't express how grateful I am. Thank you.

Initially, we also considered Spring Fertility Center in SF due to many recommendations, but after our first visit with Dr. Joy Brotherton, we felt confident that MFC was the right place for us. Dr. Brotherton treated us as individuals, not just another case or a number for their statistics. She took the time to explain everything about IUI and IVF, enabling us to make informed decisions. Because I was running out of time, we decided to pursue IVF. Throughout the process, the entire team was incredibly supportive. Linda at the front desk, the administrative coordinator Maria (who handled all the insurance matters), and the nurses--Isabel, Ginger, Lia, Jennifer (and others)--were all so sweet and caring. I have very difficult veins to work with, and Isabel was always patient and approached it with a great sense of humor. I only interacted with Dr. Uzelac a few times, but he was kind and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Brotherton was exceptional--she always responded to my emails in less than 24 hours, and she was always open to hear my suggestions on the treatment, it felt like a two way conversation, this rare to find when dealing with doctors. And the clinic answered my calls promptly 95% of the time with immediate and helpful responses. In a long and stressful process like IVF, that level of communication is invaluable. After two egg retrievals, I am now living my miracle--pregnant with my first child. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding Prya, the first insurance coordinator I interacted with. Unfortunately, she was rude and made me feel like I was a burden. However, after I brought this to the clinic's attention, they reassigned my case to Maria, who was wonderful and handled everything perfectly. Overall, I am so thankful we chose MFC. The entire staff made this journey special and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Their very warm, welcoming, unpretentious, and professional initial consultations separated them from the other clinics I spoke with. Before I entered the clinic in person I already had a rapport with a staff member who was a phenomenal guide. I was elated to see that the rooms were made perfectly to provide a comfortable and serene environment (Like, they seemingly hired a psychedelic interior designer/therapist with the goal and experience to create blissful and beautiful surroundings). The guides and the medical staff are all top notch and EVERYONE there is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and invested into their client's direct and long-lasting wellbeing. I would have been happy with the experience from a strictly medical (I.E. the infusion itself, direct monitoring, and after care), that combined with their invaluable and integral therapeutic services set CIT into a different level than other clinics (I've spoken with friends and family about other clinics and they were impressed and envious of the level of care I received). I have struggled with anxiety and depression for all of my adult life and ketamine therapy with CIT has been much, much more beneficial for my mental health than years of trying a plethora of different psychiatric medications and traditional therapy. This review is being written eight months after my initial sessions and I'm planning on returning to CIT for another one.  One of the things that made me hesitant to try ketamine therapy was my history of having many "bad trips" with prior psychedelic experiences. I sought out ketamine therapy for my anxiety and depression and to work on personal issues (PTSD, grieving the recent loss of a family member, social anxiety, etc.) so the thought of having a psychedelic experience was slightly unnerving considering past trips I have had. The infusion method of administration is great for a individualized doses and provides the benefit of being able to increase dosage during your session. The medical staff was amazing and compassionate and were able to help with emotional state and every time it began to feel overwhelming (I requested higher dosages after the initial infusion) but the guides themselves were stellar in helping me navigate any level of anxiety I had and always brought me back to a calm state and truly made my sessions not only therapeutically beneficial but actually enjoyable.  CIT is a wonderful clinic and highly recommend them to anyone interested in ketamine therapy.

It's not a pleasant place that can also be confusing. After a number of years with different providers I was unhappy with the results. Fortunately I was referred to Dr. Robert Savala in San Francisco and his assistant Dierdre Jo about 15 years ago for interventional pain management. Within no time it was apparent that I was dealing with the right people. My chief pain complaint was lower lumbar, from L-4 to S-1, with significant and crippling bouts of sciatic nerve problems. After a thorough evaluation we agreed that Transforaminal Epidurals were the most likely procedure to yield good results for me. The decision was made after a strong collaborative approach, where he listened to me outline my complex medical history for as long as it took, and he then thoroughly outlined possible approaches and we agreed on a course of action. I'm happy to say that the results were excellent, and every time I've run up against another episode we repeat that same process as needed and keep getting good results. Finally, as for collaboration, his assistant Dierdre Jo is a huge part of the process from start to finish, getting me in to see him and then into surgery centers as quickly as possible. People typically only write reviews if they're either really pleased or really not pleased, and that's true here. Real chronic pain is bad enough to live with, I've seen and been treated by the best, and I've never met anyone I'd rather work with than Dr. Savala and Dierdre Jo.

I was instructed to go to a third-party vendor for blood work, while my husband, who is white, was able to have his blood work done on-site. This immediately made me feel as though we were being treated differently. That feeling was reinforced during a meeting with the marriage counselor. She was rude and unexpectedly asked whether we were prepared to raise a mixed-race child. In 2025, I was shocked that this would even be a topic of discussion in this setting. Combined with the consistently slow response times, we ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere and in the city. When we informed the practice of our decision, the response was simply, "Okay." No one asked for feedback or seemed interested in understanding our concerns. I cannot say with certainty why we had this experience, but as a person of color in a mixed-race marriage, I left feeling not safe, uncomfortable and unwelcome.
