I called the main number a few weeks ago and got the complete run around before they finally told me that Florida insurance needed to be done with a local person. I called this office to get everything transferred from Tallahassee. It was about 5 minutes until they were closing and I spoke with Dan Cox who was so understanding and incredibly nice - also very personable. I was really stressed out and he made everything very simple. I needed to transfer my auto to Jax and add renters insurance as I was moving in the next day. It was chaos and he made it very simple and it was well-priced. I spoke to Shannon Olson a few days later. She was also really nice and personable. It was nice to actually talk to the people in my local office and I'm very happy I went with them.
