I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

Apparently technician had his own agenda before he arrived. Heard what I had to say and without…read moreeven going through the error codes in listed in the machine he began to rep apart the agitator drive assembly motor,pump and drive. Drive gears weren't broken and intact. He determined the entire drive carriage assembly had to be replaced at a price of close to 500.00. I said I had to think about it since a new machine could be an option. I didn't agree with his assessment plus he induced another issue and caused the machine to be out of balance and shaking out of control. Called him back next day and he suggested I should first replace the part he felt was the problem. At that point I told him not to come back. I called Bobby Flagg to come and check it out. He went through all the error codes and cleared them out then proceeded to run the machine. It ran perfectly and said nothing needed to be replaced. It is now days later and it's working fine. Do not waste your time on C&M service they just take your money for doing nothing.

I'd give then zero stars if I could…read more After waiting three weeks to get someone out to my location, the tech walked in, looked at my dishwasher, closed the dishwasher door and said it would need a new control board at a cost of $600, and that I should just buy a new dishwasher. He was there less than ten minutes and charged me $138.61 for the service call. Being a retired service tech for many years, I figured I'd fix it myself (I didn't really want to, being an amputee on dialysis but after the tech did what he did, I wasn't about to try and call someone else. I ordered a new control board for the dishwasher for $185.44 and installed it yesterday (3/1/24) only to find that didn't do anything, and the problem was NOT fixed (the dishwasher wouldn't start), so I did some troubleshooting, and it turned out one of the wires on the door switch was severed I assume from the door opening and closing over the years. Total cost to repair it? About $0.25. (yes, a quarter - 6 inches of hook up wire and some shrink tubing to reconnect the wire.) It is my opinion he was only here for one thing. To get the service call fee, and not to repair anything. In my opinion, It had all the makings of a scam. In summary, I paid $138.61 to have a tech misdiagnose the problem which lead me to spend an additional $185.44 for a part I didn't need, and as far as I know, the part is not returnable. I spent $324.05 when all I needed to spend was $0.25 worth of parts. If you ever see their truck outside my house, you can assume I've died, because I'll NEVER call them again.
