They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I was very hesitant and more than prepared to just wait it out and go see my regular brow person. My eyebrows were already messed up so I figured they couldn't get WORSE. I made an appointment, missed it and rescheduled for another day. I was that scared to go back. I went in and was greeted immediately by Brielle. She was very friendly and walked me through everything she did before she did it. Nothing was done without my seeing it and giving her the okay to continue. I think she could tell I was nervous. Brielle showed me how to use brow powder to fill in my brows until they grow in completely. She made me feel very confident in her ability to not only help me reshape my brows, but to also work with what I have in the meantime. She was very nice and personable and that alone made me feel a little more comfortable about laying on that table again. Rachel is amazing and made sure to come out and meet me personally and even gave me a few items to take with me to keep my brows maintained. The wax quality is terrible as well it feels like a sticker. She had to pluck most of the hair off and with tweezers that are not precise at all. I am pretty upset as eyebrows really shape the face and I take pride in mine. They are now super thin and i don't like them at all.
