I sent her a message with a few questions and she kindly responded. I made an appointment through her IG (@myhairlady.lm) "Book Now" icon and I was able to choose from her availabilities and book with no problem. Location is downtown at the lofts. I've never been so I made sure I went a few mins early just incase I had trouble looking for the place. The day of my appointment she messaged me saying she was running alittle behind, no big deal. I still decided to come early. I parked at a metered parking close to the building. The tricky part for me was getting in. I guess I went into the side that was locked. Lucky one of the workers from the building was kind enough to put the door password in to let me in. After that I took the elevators up and the loft where the salon was located was easy to find. Beautiful, chic interior with beautiful views of downtown. Lena greeted me and we talked about the style/cut I wanted done for my hair. I don't ever do anything fancy just a wash, cut and style. She took her time we went over my dry scalp issue and recommended products and hair brushes to use. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet. After the wash and cut she dried my hair and styled it with just a hair drier and a boar bristle brush. My hair was so soft, light, voluminous and she styled it beautifully. I loved the outcome of my hair, she did an amazing job. I wanted to take her home so she could do style my hair just like this daily. I had a wonderful experience with Lena. Highly recommend and I will be returning.
