They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. Pearla was kind enough to accept me at the last minute, even for a full set of acrylic. She has such a great attention to detail and was so fun to talk to during the time she did my nails. Pearla also convinced me to add a little more personality to my nails and I ended up getting chrome along with the color I chose. Holy moly I was in love when she finished! There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. I know her art and nail work is awesome but I think she can do a lot better if she slows down and take her time. I love my 2nd set nails from her. I gave her an inspiration example of what I wanted. The pricing is amazing as well, and accommodating. Shirley cut my hair and she is the nicest lady ever. She cut my hair to my desire liking, she also shampooed and conditioned it with no extra charge. When cutting my hair, she was making sure it was how I wanted it and would start conversation with me. The vibes were amazing, it wasn't just a quiet, awkward hair cut. She made sure to interact with me and get to know me not only as a customer but as a person as well.
