When I first dropped my dress off, the woman was upfront and honest with me and said that some of the stains may not come out. She said she would dry clean it and if the stains came out then she would get it preserved in a box. A few weeks later she called and said it came out perfectly and then charged me for the preservation. She could have easily charged me up front for both but she did not. All of the stains and dirt have been completely removed and my dress looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with how my dress turned out and I highly recommend this dry cleaners.

The yellow stain is if not as big, probably bigger than it was before what a waste of money I don't care how good the customer service is if they can't get the job done they are worthless to me.
