I kind of got lost here for I don't know how long. Soon as we came in, the comely proprietress came over to say hi with a smile. We had a great chat about our favorite authors. If you have a Dyson, make the trip to King of Prussia! After Docs had my vacuum for two weeks…read morewithout contacting me, they gave me a quote that I refused. They promptly called me back (within 5 minutes) and lowered the cost by more than 50%!! I reluctantly agreed, as I NEEDED my vacuum! I called Dyson KOP who stated that I would not have been charged as this was a warranty service and I would have had my vacuum repaired same day!! If i had only known!!! Simple repair (replace a plastic wheel) took FOUR weeks at Docs, no rentals available!
