It was my first time getting a lash lift. I've gotten a tint before (they didn't offer lifts where…read moreI went) so I had an idea of how this appointment would go. I did have an early appointment and since having never been here before I arrived early so I wouldn't be late. They did open their doors a little early before they actually opened. I didn't want to be that customer/client who tries to get in early so I just waited lol The woman at the front desk was super nice and helped me check in and let me know that Katie would just be a moment while she prepped her station for me. I had been up since 5am and really didn't want to fall asleep because I wanted to know what the process was and what was being done. Small chit chat didn't keep my attention so I did almost fall asleep. The service was fine? I guess? My lashes on the left eye like didn't take? Not sure if it was because of how it was done or the product that was used? The right eye seemed to work fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put on mascara to really see the difference. I followed after care instructions to a tee! Didn't touch, didn't put on make up for over 24 hours, didn't have them touch water, didn't sleep on my face... The next day my left lashes were pretty much flat compared to my right eye. Ugh. I did get a follow up call to see how my lashes were doing but I was at my bridal shower so there was no way I was gonna stop partying to take that call. I did follow up with them that Monday about how they turned out. They said I could come in so they could fix it for me. I thought, oh wow awesome! They asked for a time that would be best. I said it would be cutting it close for 3:45pm since I get off work at 3:30pm but they said they'd still take me if I got there no later than 3:48pm or something. So they put me on the book for a lash lift fix and I get the email to confirm. So that day I was scheduled, I HAUL ASS because I know time is money, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything. What. Why have me drive out there to tell me that? This could've been a phone call. I get they need to see the lashes but... this could've been communicated to me beforehand. I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. And then I was told I could come back in the recommended 4 weeks, but I'd still have to pay the same amount... lol why would I pay for a service that didn't work the first time? They offered to comp $20 but that was after I asked. It's just shocking they don't stand by their product. I have gotten my hair done at multiple places (I've moved around a lot), nails done at multiple locations and they offer to fix that service and comp it (if there's anything wrong, which is rare but at least it's offered) And those services are much more expensive than a $70 lash lift. It was really shocking. Take what you will from this review, but I will not be coming back.

I was placed on a regimen of five protein drinks per day plus numerous drugs. About two weeks into the procedure I began to develop severe pains in my legs and my feet. I called the office every day, crying and complaining. I was told that this was a part of the process of developing strong muscles. I decided to stick it out. In February of 2014, my legs and feet were in full neuropathy mode. He told me that by April, I would have complete restoration of feeling in my extremities. By April, my situation was much worse. I was beginning to lose the ability to walk. It cost me $16,0000.00 to eliminate the harm this man did to me. Do not seek his services.

The pain got to the point that standing and sitting for any length of time was very uncomfortable. The pain I experienced never let up. Not even when laying done. After many doctor visits over many years all ending up being told it was ALL in my head or having procedures that relieved zero pain including a full hysterectomy. I started hours of researching once again. I came across Dr. Russell Imboden in St. Charles, Mo. I had visited his website several times over the years. I was looking at the stem cell therapy. Lucky me AND my daughter who had started working in his office eventually mentioned my pelvic pain to Him. His first response was I needed stem cell therapy. I was not convinced until after my first visit. I was in so much pain I had decided to to try one more procedure. I was ready and willing to just give up and live with the pelvic pain and adjust my life style before my visit with Dr. Imboden. He told me the stem cell therapy would relieve the pain and I would get my life back. He was extremely confident I'd be pain free. The day of the procedure I was very nervous and still not convinced it would relieve my pain. After the procedure I was still apprehensive if it would really work. THREE DAYS LATER: I started to notice I was feeling very little pelvic pain. Relief I hadn't felt in years. One week later there was no pain. One year later I still am PELVIC PAIN FREE!!! I continue to live a full active life style. Something I never thought would happen until speaking with Dr. Imboden. Life is good at 56!!!! Thanks to Dr. Imboden and his staff!!! I will also say the staff is amazing too!!! Thanks to ALL of you!!! One more thought: I'm a boater and have fallen 3 times on the same shoulder causing tears and a fracture to my shoulder. My first thought was stem cell therapy and no surgery. I could not lift my arm up at all. Within hours after injection I was moving my arm up over my head. No shoulder problem at all months later IT WORKS!!

I had an appt Sunday 7/26/26 with Toni for a regular massage. My first conversation in the room…read morewith her wasn't great. I asked if she used anything with lavender and she said no but she could. And then listed off extras. I said oh no I want to make sure you don't use it because I'm allergic and I can't breathe well when around it. She kind of snapped at me and said well you don't have to tell me things you don't want. (Well I do if I want to breathe). When the massage had barely started, the therapist snapped at me and said my breathing was wrong. Multiple times. She said act like you're blowing bday candles -then after I did she said "yeah not like you're at a 6 mos old bday party, a real one" she was yanking my arm and said something to the effect of -everything I'm doing is necessary I'm just waiting for your body to catch up. Snapped at me for not relaxing my arm multiple times. One of the times I said well you're yelling at me so kinda hard to relax. Any time I did something "right" she said THANK YOU with attitude. After she did one arm and leg she lowered the bed and turned the lights up. She said if you want to finish your session you can roll over. But this isn't happening. I said yeah agreed! And got up and left crying. This all happened within 5-10 min. The whole thing was wild and it felt like I was at a physical therapy appt and I was in trouble for not doing work on the area at home! When I was leaving no one was the reception counter. I called when I got home and the receptionist already knew something had happened I guess because she apologized. Said she was talking to her boss on the phone right then and would call me back. She did and said the co-owner would be calling me the next day (Monday) Monday came and went and I heard nothing. Got a call from Kelly the manager and she apologized and said she wanted to offer me a free ADD ON to a massage I purchased. I said no and hung up. Oh and she also said she was going to go ahead and not charge me for Sundays session! As if that was a favor?! Then Jack called and asked what happened and I told him. He said he's not sure if maybe Toni was having a bad day...and said every therapist has their own style. (I don't think berating an unclothed woman for not being relaxed at a massage is a "style". Also asked me if I'd ever had a massage anywhere else before!?! As if I just don't know what to expect I guess?? For the record, I've been getting massaged for 28 years. Never had anything like this happen! It's as if he eas trying to shift the blame to me. (Not to mention I was kind of screwed out of my gift cards doing what they told me to do and now the sessions I had there expired) I'm still in disbelief. I kept waiting for the hidden camera to appear because I thought for sure I was being Punk'd.

They have a monthly subscription, which I wasn't crazy about; however, I did take advantage of a "2 for 1" deal and subscribed for 1 month only to use this. I'd expect around $110-120 for a massage/facial and tip, though. My first massage was underwhelming. I didn't catch the man's name, but it wasn't amazing. I had tons of massaging of my back, but very little elsewhere. He was pleasant, but the massage was mediocre. My second massage was better. I did catch his name, John, and he was very pleasant and very concerned with my comfort. The massage I received from him was great. One thing I'll add: I guess head massages don't happen here. I didn't receive one from either the massages or the facials. Both facials were received from Shayna, and she did a great job. She was nice and paid attention to detail. I liked her so much, she may be the reason I go back in a few months. We will see. I did notice, when I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, the manager's demeanor toward me rapidly changed. I assume it was the manager, as supposedly she was the only one who could cancel my membership. She was very nice until I told her i needed to cancel. She didn't even walk me back to the waiting room, even though there wasn't anyone else to wait on. She wasn't rude, just dismissive.
