BUYER BEWARE: I bought 2 Groupons. The 1st had several "miscommunications" about them coming to my house to clean. They finally came and did a good job. The 2nd Groupon I bought was for my Mom for Mother's Day. They called to confirm the appointment, and then didn't show up (or call). I called and they said they'd find out what happened and get back to me and I never heard back. I emailed them and asked to hear back by the end of the day and I expected a prompt rescheduling (due to my previous experience) or I would contact Groupon, and I didn't hear back. I forwarded my email to Groupon and *then* they messaged back saying they didn't respond since I said I'd contact them. It's a good deal and worth it WHEN they come. If you have the time and want to deal with a lot of frustration and maybe eventually get your house cleaned, they will do a good job, but I don't know if the price is worth the frustration to me. This isn't a way to conduct business in my opinion. read more

I typically don't submit reviews, however this company has the WORST customer service and follow through that I have EVER experienced. If I could give them a zero, I would. I made an appointment (3 weeks in advance) for my home to be cleaned the afternoon of Oct. 3. Oct. 3: I took the afternoon off at work to be home before my 3 p.m. appointment; at 3:30 I called because no one had arrived or called. The lady on the other end said they came at 1 p.m. and no one was home--and I told her no one was home because our appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. She said she was going to call the team and call me right back. She didn't, so I called at 4:30 p.m. and left a message as no one answered. Oct. 4: No one returned my call in the morning, so I called them at 8:45 a.m. to check the status on my no-show and no-return call the prior day and the lady said she was busy. She apologized and we rescheduled our appointment for 3 p.m. Oct. 9. Oct. 9: Again, I took the afternoon from work to be open the door for my 3 p.m. appointment. Again, no show. I called at 3:42 p.m. and left a message. No return call. Oct. 10: No one returned my call that morning, so I called and left a message (again) at 9:15 am. Again, no return call. Oct. 20: They have YET to return my call. My frustration lies in that fact the first time they didn't show, I wanted my home to be cleaned before an event that I was hosting. I gave the vendor an opportunity to rectify the matter by rescheduling -- and again they didn't show. It's unacceptable that I took time off from work TWICE to make myself available to be home. I want to warn any potential customers to go elsewhere. If they can't be trusted to provide a service or have the basic competency to return a call, I wouldn't trust them in my home. read more

BUYER BEWARE! i scheduled this house cleaning a while ago. I took time off work to be here only to have them not show up at all. I emailed several times to confirm time they will be arriving to no avail. I called several times and no answer. This company is a total scam! I bought this package through living social and hoping i am able to get my money back or compensated in some way. A wasted day off work and money lost in the cleaning and time. I wish i would have researched their company better as i definitely would not have purchased this package at all due to the horrible reviews. Bought a Groupon and they wouldn't honor it based on the size of my house, even though the area I wanted her to clean is all under the 1500 sq ft she gives as a limit in the Groupon explanation. I think based on other reviews that she just doesn't want to honor the Groupons, as she offered to give me real quotes for her to clean my house as she was telling me that she wouldn't use the Groupon. I feel sure that there are waaaaaay better cleaning services out there, services that will have the skills and staff to clean your house if it's over 1500 square feet! Booooo to this one! read more

Total waste of time and money on my end. First they were a no show to on of our appts. we had set. Then I reached out to them since they didn't show up. She argued with me that we didn't have an appointment. I have it in an email from her. Finally they show up to the next appt. We did an up to 4 hour standard cleaning. I should have asked them to leave once they came in and said they would be done before the 4 hours. She left within 45 min. Floors, sinks, toilets, countertops...nothing was done. Only thing that was done was the unloading of dirty dishes from our dishwasher. Who unloads a dirty dishwasher!? Disgusting. The worse part was when we tried to call to talk to them about the issues. We called to try to talk to them about our standards and what their version of a standard clean was. We got nowhere. She was so difficult to talk to. Horrible customer service. I could do a better job cleaning my house drunk and with a blindfold on. Save your money. Hire someone else. The mop head was totally dirty from me cleaning after they had just left. read more

Horrible, unreliable service and sub par cleaning when they show up. We tried them out as a groupon now that we moved and need a new cleaning service. The groupon was for 2 cleaning sessions. The first time they showed up with the owner. It was 3 cleaners for 1 hour to fulfill the 3 hour cleaning. The didn't do a very good job on the one bathroom they cleaned. Spout still had black stuff all over it, there were cobwebs in the corner, the cabinet were not wiped down, the floor was not scrubbed thoroughly, and didn't look even close to what it looks like if I cleaned it myself. My other maid service does all that correctly for $35 an hour. I also had them move the carpets and mop with the rest of the time on the first floor. This was done okay, there were streak marks left and they didn't vacuum the carpets before pulling them up, it's a good thing I do this anyways an hour before the cleaning service shows up. I would normally not leave a review for simply not doing a through job, I'd just take my money to someone who does well. They only cleaned for 50 minutes because the owner said they couldn't clean anywhere else for 10 minutes and they'd owe us 30 minutes next time for the 3 workers times 10 minutes. The review is mostly for the 2nd appointment that was made a week in advance and we got a confirmation for the day before. We had an 11 AM appointment. I didn't pick up a sub shift at work, I pre-cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and packed up the pets and all of their items in bedrooms not being cleaned so they would be secure. At 11:30 no one came or answered the phone calls we made. At 1 we got a hold of the owner who said her workers were suppose to be there and be gone by now. She had no idea where they were and why no one was here. She later got back to us that they stayed at a previous persons house and would not be able to make it there any time that day and wanted to know if we wanted them to come out the next day. No apology and she made it seem like our fault. We told her since we took the day off they could come when they were finished. She said that was not possible and didn't care if we complained to Groupon. Time is valuable, especially if you set aside a complete day to be home, straighten up the house so that all the cleaners have to do is actually clean, and move and sequester pets so there is nothing pet related they cleaners are responsible for. We are looking for a reliable service to help us do the important things in our lives, and setting aside multiple days to maybe get someone is not worth any amout of groupon discount. I'll stick to my $35 an hour regular service. If you are looking for a cleaner the make life easier, this is not it. You will not even get a notification that they cannot make it, waiting at home for hours wondering if your house will get cleaned. read more

My review is frighteningly similar. It appears her business strategy is to confirm appointments but never show, never answer the phone on day of, and take ages to respond to email. Then shift blame to customer. Even though I gave my proper address that works with GPS they never came a d never called. About 6 hours later after having shifted my whole day she called and acted like I was just scheduling now. No! I was a reasonable mad. The she said well I (customer) have to understand that people have emergencies and just don't show. No I don't. She indicated that she sent employees but they got lost and just drove back so she knew that but never reached out while they were allegedly in the neighborhood or well into 5 hours later. She has no clue how to do business. She rambles and says things like I'm INS as in immigration. Not sure what that has to so with upholding an agreed appointment. Thank got a groupon and scheduled...had to wait two weeks for appt. she communicated with me by txt only and even reminded me of appt day before. The morning of the appt I said to call me if they had a hard time finding my place due to one end of my street being blocked off. The were to show between 10am and 11:30 am... They never showed, I txted the owner several times and she never got back to me. I sent one last txt at 7pm and she finally responded stating they showed but the road was blocked. I said I had sent her a txt letting her know this. She said she was in a meeting...a meeting from 8 am to 7pm!! Her cleaners should have their clients contact information and my street is very short they could have parked by the blocked entrance and walked less than a 100 feet to my door. Totally unacceptable, she didn't even offer to reschedule!! I got my money back from groupon. Not sure how Angels cleaning 206 is even still in business!! read more

Very poor customer service and has no respect for clients. I scheduled a home cleaning two month ahead and called to confirm two days before services date to confirm and then a day before the service got a call that their vehicle was broken and cant make it and want to reschedule. I called to reschedule after loosing a days pay check to stay home for their services, the owner or whomever that picked up the call, which happens to be the same voice and person who picks anytime i call was very rude and asked me to go for my refund from Groupon and hanged up on me. i reported the company to Groupon and Consumer satisfaction as i do not think this people understand business and human relations. read more

They actually did a great job cleaning and were super fast, but after they arrived, they charged me an extra $50 for "miles," and claimed we had discussed the fact that they were coming from Tacoma and it would cost extra. I would have remembered having such a conversation. I still felt bad for them, perhaps she mixed me up with another client. So I paid the extra $50 and ended up paying $115 for an hour of cleaning...Poor communication and rude, but if you can be really clear and live in Tacoma, they can do good quick work. read more
