Great place to be! Pros: cheap prices, exceptional work! I got a manicure for $15 or so dollars! I went back and got a set of acrylics for $25! That's dirty cheap but their work was great! I use acrylic nails because I'm a nail biter. That is the only reason why I (a boy) got them. Kelly and her staff were understanding and non judgmental. Cons: Kelly and her employees don't seem friendly but really, they're genuinely good people. They could work a little on being more approachable. Sometimes, they will talk in their language in front of customers and myself. It's sometimes uncomfortable. I have nothing against them speaking in their language but if they carry out long conversations, I feel awkward. I feel like I'm not included in their conversation. Sometimes, they seem like they rush things. People come there to have a good time and relax, so they should take their time to really talk with their customers and get to know them. read more

If you're going to go here.. call ahead and make an appointment with KELLY! That's what everyone told me and I am so glad I did! I had the last appointment of the day.. I was super nervous going in because I had only had bad experience with acrylics and it was so late. She was very patient with me and listened to exactly how I wanted my nails to look (natural). She did not make me feel rushed what so ever, which was surprising because it was so late! She took her sweet time making my nails exactly how I wanted them to look! Which was great! I cannot express how happy I am with my results and she told me that if I'm not still satisfied in two weeks that she would happily fix them for free! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is so dirty. The nail techs are so damn rude. Tools aren't clean either. Pedi bowls are never cleaned. I came in to get a SNS mani and they tried to use the same tools I just watched them use on another client...so she goes and runs them under water. Very nasty! Then try's to use them again. I then refused service because I don't need to get an infection if someone else might of hand one. Never again will I come here! This place is now called cocos. I now go to a much better place called natural nail bar in the same area. High recommend over this place!!! read more

New Product left on cuticles. Free edges left rough. Surface was lumpy & bumpy. Salon Cleanliness: Not clean. My mom and I were looking to bond over mani/pedis, and our usual place was booked. We drove around and stumbled upon this place. Hallelujah! The interior is soothing and spa-like. We were seated immediately in THE BEST giant wonderful massage chairs that don't punch you or poke you in the cooter (see Vie's Nails review), offered drinks. There were two plasma TVs playing the Game Show Network--perfect mindless entertainment for a spa service. There were magazines, and tons of great high-quality polish colors. My manicure was performed in the massage chair whilst I was massaged, sipped bottled water, and soaked my poor feet by Kelly herself. Efficient, relaxing, chip-free for over a week (unusual for un-ladylike me). The pedicure was fabulous and adorable, and I even got lotus flowers with shiny stones on my toes! If I could give a 0 I WOULD!!!! This was the most rushed & pitiful Shellac Mani/Pedi I have EVER RECEIVED. I had a younger girl who was impersonal & HORRIBLE. Rushed thru every second. I sat down after everyone in our bridal party & was finished with a half ass job before EVERYONE. There was still dirt under my nails & I had to remove it with my credit card- NOT ONLY THIS, but my nail edges felt rough/rigid & as though they have not even been buffed. The color is not completely covering my nails on either hands or toes AND she neglected to remove nail polish left on my skin. She completed neglected to give me a massage of any sort on either hand or foot & just performed POORLY OVERALL! If you'd like to take a gamble on this place- by all means- but you will lose out on $50 for a horribly done MANI/PEDI!!!! read more

Very disappointed! I was a walk-in, and they sat me right away. Initially I was impressed with the prompt service and cleanliness. I asked for my much needed shellac French manicure, which was done hastily and not well. Next to no time spent buffing and filing, and messy edges on my French. At that point I was just desperately in need of something done with my nails, so I let it go. Now I'm sitting here 5 days later and 4 of my nails are significantly chipped. Shellac manicures are famed for staying on 1-2 weeks with not a chip in sight. VERY disappointed. I will not be going back. I'll be calling up my usual place (Queens Nails) to have this mess fixed. read more

We were referred by a friend and when we walked I'm we were greeted and immediately seated. We went for pedicures everyone introduced themselves and offered us a drink. I come here for my summer pedicures. I have never had a bad one! They last so well that the only reason I have to come back is because my nails have grown out! I always get a design. Each design has been unique. The staff has always been friendly. The only con I can see is that sometimes they seem a little rushed but always do a beautiful job! I literally just had the worst experience of my life here!! I have never gone to this nail salon before but a lot of my friends go there all the time, so I decided to give it a try. I am a huge nail fail, and never go a day in life without acrylics on. I had called and made an appointment for a full set. When I arrived, everyone looked at me like an alien and asked if I was here for the full set. I said "yes that's me" and I ended up sitting in a chair waiting for 20 minuets. Finally I was able to be seated and the girl asked me what color. I gave her the color and she grabbed something close but not close enough. She proceeded to do my nails... every finger ended up being crooked. My index finger is on a 45 degree slant right now, there is paint all over my fingers, the gel is not evenly spread out, and there are divots in the nail everywhere. The worst part about it is the shape. I asked for a rounded straight edge, square top. These nails are literally nowhere near that. I could not be more upset right now. My father usually always compliments my nails as soon as we get in the car and he looked at them and said "ew, what happened." I have been getting my nails done by Kelly for over a year now! Love how my nails turn out every time.

I took my (well behaved) 11 year old granddaughter for us to get manicures. The both of us experienced less than favorable results. The technician who worked on my granddaughter was very short with her. The color job was not done well. My granddaughter chose a glitter polish tfor second coat. The application of the glitter paint was not consistant. Kelly worked on my nails but she was constantly interrupted by staff and the telephone. Needless to say, she rushed right through my manicure. She left polish on my skin. I don't think we'll be back. read more

I stopped in to Kelly's for a polish change on my toes. A very polite lady directed me to one of the stations and prepared to paint my toenails pink. First, she had to remove my blue polish. She did not get all of the blue polish off, but she proceeded to apply the pink polish. She also went off one nail and painted my skin pink. Very sloppy job. read more

Today I went to get my nails done with three of my friends and we were VERY disappointed. The people were extremely rude and pushy. They filed my friends Arcylics down to almost nothing, made my other friend BLEED (then laughed at her instead of apologizing) and when I showed the woman a picture of the feather I wanted, she did her own "version" of it which was just lines and glitter. I came in and everyone seems very friendly, I was seated and a lady came up to me and started to take off the set that I had on and as she was taking them off I noticed that she was trying to get it done fast and she was pushing too hard with the grinder thing and it was getting really hot and I told her that it hurt and she continued to do it but also was apologizing Ashley did it instead of fixing the problem. then she used a tip of a fake nail to get off the remainder of the old nails like normal, but she was ripping into my skin and I told her it hurt and she continued to do it on top of apologizing again instead of fixing the problem by taking her time instead of rushing like she was doing, she ripped two of my nails while she was trying to get the fake nail off and both those fingers obviously started bleeding and she said that it was because she didn't know any other way to get the nail off and basically it's always painful according to her to remove an old set of nails, I had told her that I had never experienced it to be painful to that extent and she continued to say basically it was my fault for getting a new set put on. another gentleman approached us that worked there and he asked if she had hurt me with kind of a grin on his face, & I replied yes, after I replied yes she chuckled and made a joke that I had started tearing up because she had hurt me multiple times and they both chuckled and I felt very uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to leave. shit like I said kept apologizing but I felt that it was not sincere and obviously she kept doing it so she must not have been that sorry. You can see blood from where she ripped my nail under the New set she put on smh one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I will never be going back here. I suggest anyone looking for a really good nail job and friendly people to do your nails, go to Elegant Nails in green bay, they are the best that I have ever been to in Wisconsin and I wish that I would have taken the time to drive the extra half hour to Green Bay instead of stopping in Appleton. read more

Had appointments for 5 people the Saturday before Mothers Day for all the girls in our family. It was the worst mani/pedi ever. Failed to shape nails, work on dry hard patches on heels, push and trim cuticles, clean under nails. Paid extra for acrylic polish and within 5 days was coming off. I went back to discuss the issue wanting money back but left without a dime. Yes they offered to fix but with all of us having issues this wasn't an option. I am out $160.00 for myself and mother.
