Im not someone to speak up or even write a bad review but I literally could have left crying this was so bad please do not go here First time I went here around May, it was a 9/10 experience and that is incredibly high in my opinion. Just came back around June 30th and I wish I could rate a 0/10 absolutely terrible and just like that I will never go back. -Tried TAKING MY change money and deciding how much I would tip her from my change money even though I had already given her a generous 20% tip even after this terrible experience -Rushed my nails making for a terribly unpleasant experience, would take more and more walk ins making my nails more and more rushed literally was not looking at what she was doing -UV gel was BURNING my nails and I said wow ouch this really hurts and she started laughing and mocking me when the pain was over and goes "oh now it doesn't hurt" RUDE -Was asked by two different workers when I got there what I wanted. I asked for a yellow French tip. They said okay okay and I asked multiple times if they could do what I was showing them and I sit down time for color and they didn't even HAVE yellow as an option. I was already so upset I would have gone with a different design or color if I knew they didn't even have yellow as an option -I had to tell her to take her time and do a good job because these were for a wedding I was attending. Disgusting. -My pedicure was AWFUL sloppiest job and only pretended to care when I looked up at my phone at what she was doing. Polish chipped within 5 days The only exception is the owner lady she is very nice and did a good job on my friend the first time I went. She wasn't there the second time I went and it was so unorganized and they were complaining to each other about the clients in the chairs. I have been going to angel nails for years since it opened when Chloe and Ken were there. New management or owners are now there and Chloe and Ken are gone. When I went a couple of weeks ago the new manager gave me card clearly marked as a "100$ gift certificate" that they said they were giving as part of a promotion for new customers. When I went today and provided what was marked as a "100$ gift certificate" they refused to honor it offering me instead 10$ off my service and saying that this gift certificate was given in error and they had a new promotion and this was a mistake - offering me a different card which said 10$ off service. Yet they still have a sign outside the business advertising "100$ gift cards for new customers". I paid them what they asked and left and will not return. read more

I happened upon here by mistake because I was following the GPS, but since the was a dry cleaner next door and a dunkin donuts I thought why not try it. I got a gel manicure. It cost $30. I had one broken nail which they repaired with gel wrap and charged me $7. The UV lamps are strong and had no timer. At times I felt really hot heat and started to think about skin cancer. It was a no frills manicure, meaning they don't soak your nails. They do however give you a nice 3 minute shoulder massage. They were pleasant and did a good job. What concerns me is a did not see any UV sanitation of the tools. Thankfully I didn't have any open wounds but perhaps I wasn't looking hard enough. read more

Hot stone pedicure was amazing! They are clean and professional. Definitely my new favorite nail salon!

Services were excellent HOWEVER the rating is the direct result of a $30 gift certificate balance not accepted due to it being too old (2019). This action has left my local hosts who purchased the gift and myself to seek similar spa services elsewhere. I no longer live in Westchester but visit here quite often. I previously used $100 of this certificate but due to an illness was unable to travel before today. This shop has just lost several loyal customers. read more

If it was possible I would give this place ZERO stars. The lady took my acrylic tips off by ripping them off and she ripped a part of my nail off. There is still a piece of acrylic left on my nail that she didn't take off. She told me they wouldn't soak my nails because it would take two long. I had a 6 o'clock appointment and they close at 7:30, I was the only one in there. when I went to complain they lady who did this told me to leave because she didn't feel like talking to me anymore she wave me on and told me to go or she would call the police. These people were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend going here for anything. read more

AMAZING! I've never been anywhere else since the day they opened years ago! Chloe and Ken are so professional and skilled. All other techs working amazing too! So many color options for everything (regular mani, gel, UV gel, SNS.... you name it!). I always get a gel manicure, and LOVE it - it's durable and lasts for weeks! The most recent time I went to the salon I only got a regular manicure and I'm so impressed - it's well over a week and a half old and my nails are still perfect! My sister got SNS and she's still loving it too! Please don't let all the negative reviews sway you; as a loyal customer for years I have never once had a bad experience at Angel. Also, I saw an earlier review about cleanliness/hygiene - I can assure you they definitely use UV sterilization. read more

This place is unclean and the employees are rough with the customers. Very bad ambience, and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom, claiming it was "out of order" although the employees used it. It is not a relaxing place to get your nails done. They need to work on customer relations. read more

I usually love coming here, the prices are low and they usually do a pretty good job. But today the nail tec "Chloe" during my pedicure was very rough, pretended to push back my cuticle when she really didn't and did everything very rushed and not fully done. In addition, the foot massage was only 8 minutes when I paid for 10. I'm very disappointed with today's visit. read more

Had my nails done THREE HOURS AGO. I asked for a gel fill ,which i have been getting for over 10 years. The guy refused to trip where the nails were lifted and did not puff them out after. He was rude throughout the visit and kept telling me to take all my nails off and get a new set (my nails were not lifted up that much at all) i left annoyed but when i got home and saw the nail polish completely cracked and peeling off my finger i was furious. Oh and he cut my finger and blamed it on me even though I was completely still and did not apologize. read more

Read the google reviews! They are more indicative of the treatment at this nail salon. I've been here numerous times for the decent prices until my gel polish started consistently peeling off after a few days, which has been my experience the last times I've gotten my nails done here. The polish seems almost watered down, it comes off so easily. That isn't my biggest qualm with this salon though, it is the rude and condescending treatment and after my last experience I knew I had to write a review. I will never go back, I'd gone in after my gel nails peeled off within 4 days of having gotten them done. Chloe was very rude and started talking about me to the other technicians, I didn't understand her but I could tell from the awkward glances and the cold way everyone was treating me. I won't go into too much detail but it was one of the more uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. Sitting there for an hour getting my nails done while I could tell I wasn't wanted in there. I truly wouldn't encourage anyone to visit this salon. Getting a mani/pedi or any salon service should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience and at angel nails it likely won't be. read more

I have been to this salon several times when visiting the area. Their prices are slightly less than other nail salons in town. I have only had positive experiences with the staff. They do a good job and are kind. I felt well cared for. My elderly mother has dementia and they did her nails for years and even tolerated some outbursts of anger from her. read more

LOVE this salon!! Everyone says hello when you come in, they remember your name after a few times, and once you become a regular they remember you and everything you talk to them about. Chloe & Ken are amazing along with all the staff. The salon itself is so clean and well maintained. Rarely ever any crazy wait, always accommodating! LOTS of colors to choose from, including gel colors! Massages are incredible and are well worth every penny! I've been to many nail salons in my lifetime and for the last few years this has been my go to salon of choice and recommend it to anyone & everyone! Very clean nice place. Lost of nail polish to choose from. The owner appeared to be very welcoming but her staff wasn't. I got a pedicure & the nail technician did my feet in less than 7min. She brushed over my toe nail with the nail filer as if she didn't want to do them. So, I waited to see if she would go back to filing after they were done soaking but she didn't so, I had to ask her to please file my toe nail. I picked out my polish before being seated & was told that it would be $5 more because of the type of polish & I said no problem. Unfortunately, my nail technician kept telling me & ended up losing the polish I picked, to later find it. I don't know if it was because I was African American in a primary Caucasian salon but the price shouldn't matter as long as my money is the same as everyone else. Anyway, To top it off I was not offered any of the pedicure spa services they offer she just jumped into cut & polish. I'm not gonna add filing because I had to ask. Not a good experience but due to the sanitary, polish options, pleasant/welcoming owner, fair prices & close proximity to my job. I may come back for manicure in hopes to NOT get that nail technician but never for pedicure!!! read more
