This women did my nails and not even 2 days later all of them had a top coat or the glue film coming off of it and one was cracked down the middle. I went back a week later due to distance after calling and complaining and she did my nails again for free, This time she even put a gel coat over the powder because she was unable to do the powder regularly for some reason. . This time not even a day later all of my nails were cracked, falling off and yet again had the tops coat coming off in bubbles. I called this nail salon and said that I was unhappy with the work and feel that the money and tip that was paid for this is unfair to me and I wanted it back. The women stated that she did it for free and would not give me a refund. She was not understanding that it was redone due to poor work and a waste of my money and what is the point of getting it redone if it's exactly the same. This women basically robbed me of my money. Do not come here if you're getting powder because they have no idea what they're doing.

This was a first pedicure here as I usually went to Cozy Nails down the block which is cramped, crowded and glaringly lite with harsh fluorescent lights and where one of the owners Ruby is rude and abrasive in how she speaks to her clients. Additional positive comparisons are that there is no surcharge to use one's credit card at Elegance Nails and one gets a "Frequent Flyer" card that entitles one to a free pedicure after paying for ten. The owner also walked around asking his clients if they were comfortable or wanted bottles of water? All things not done at Cozy Nails, so Ruby, thank you for haranging me and telling me to "find some nice new nail salon."
