I've been looking for a more hygienic manicure that didn't require me to soak my hands in water. I was searching near and far from someone to a Russian manicure and I'm so glad i found Natalya! She was very sweet. I made an appointment the same day but i think she might've missed seeing my appointment but they were nice enough to let me come back a hour later because she had a current client. I came back and she got my hands together. I love my nails! They feel and look so natural! I was pretty basic with what I got. I got a cat eye gel manicure. It's the fact that they haven't chipped or broken on me almost 9 days later. I'm a nurse so i use hand sanitizer a lot and they still look good! I would def go back! read more

I'm sorry but if you're asking your customers to pay to SHAPE their nails when they are already getting a gel manicure, you need to rethink your business practice. Because of this alone, I will not go back. Gina did a good job on my nails and she was very pleasant. The owner was very friendly and nice too. But when I paid my bill, it was more than expected. I wanted clarity on what I paid for and apparently I had to pay an extra $7-9 on top of my $36-38 gel manicure! I called around other nail salons to check if this was a thing salons charged for in this area, it's not. So either shape your own nails before you go, or go to a salon where that's not an additional cost because it's pretty outrageous. read more

I have made an appointment here twice for an eyebrow service and both times, I have walked in, showed the front desk my confirmation email, and they told me that their too busy and can't "squeeze" me in for a 5 minute waxing when I have already had confirmed an appointment date and time. Then, both times told me I could come back later that day (3 hours later!!!) This upset me because they are so polite and I love the work they do, which is why I went back a second time. Sorry, thats just not realistic for me, or anyone of that matter. Not a reliable business. read more

After booking an appointment and receiving multiple confirmation texts, i arrived to a nearly empty shop and received a far less than welcoming attitude. The technicians were confused as to why i was there. I was asked to sign in by a woman who fairly barked at me when i approached the wrong ipad to do so ( the register looked same as the sign in device ). Then there was a huddle as they tried to figure out what to do - no "welcome, we'll take care of you in just a second". Several awkward minutes later someone not party to that huddle suggested lamely he could possibly help me, however, by then the vibe and sense of the place was very negative. Not long after i got yet another automated text asking "how was your visit?". Never got the service so cannot comment on them technically. read more

I'm extremely specific about going to nail salons given the number of bad salons out there (visiting from SoCal and have a go to back home) but after my first visit yesterday I can now say this spot will be my go to when in town. Gina is AMAZING, her skill set and personality really sold the salon. I received my pedicure from another lady and didn't catch her name but her work was A+ as well. On top of that, the owners were extremely kind, welcoming and funny! They had a beautiful interior with brand new pedicure massage chairs as well as covid covers that looked aesthetically pleasing as well. My mother in law got a gel manicure/pedicure as well and her nails were *flawless*. Her technician was a young man by the name of (Jason)? Either way, you won't be disappointed. If you want to get your nails done in a welcoming environment with more than capable techs do yourself a favor and visit this spot! (My MIL found this salon through google where they had a whole lot of great reviews as well)! read more

Did a very good job! I think 65 is reasonable for nails but not 55 for a gel pedicure. My total was 140 with nail tips and design and pedicure with gel. Here are some pics, but there's an extra set of hands that .... They ARE open on Mondays too. read more

I really hate to leave a negative review because everyone was very nice but I had quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life here. I wanted the heel pedicure plus or whatever it's called the $75 one. Mainly because my heels are so dry and cracked and I need the TLC. The man who did my pedicure was very nice but he barely paid attention to my heels which was the whole reason I chose the pedicure. He scrubbed them a few times and put lotion on them that's about it. He mainly focused on the middle of my feet and gave me the MOST PAINFUL massage ever! Left me limping and bruised all over my legs and feet. He did do an amazing job at painting them though. But I am still in so much pain a day after the pedicure. And he kept asking me over and over if I wanted a shoulder massage after I said no multiple times and also other employees who weren't even working with me kept bothering me about eyebrow waxing and massage after again saying no multiple times. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. It was the opposite. Paid $95 plus tip for a terrible experience read more

I came here for the first time today and had a great experience! Everyone at Angel Nails is very friendly and the manager kept checking on me, since she knew it was my first visit. I've never had that happen in my 20 years of getting my nails done! I had a pedicure, powder dipping, and eye brows waxed. My nail tech, Ann, did an amazing job. I booked 2 more future appointments, because I was that impressed! I highly recommend this salon! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Messed up my lashes and cut me on my forehead the day before my engagement pictures so I left a bad review, Nhulan responded saying she would give me a refund. I went in to get the refund and she refused saying that she needed her boss there. SHE AND HER HUSBAND OWN THE BUSINESS. She said I could try again on Saturday. I don't even live in the area anymore and my engagement pictures all now have a cut on my forehead in them. The lady that had to fix them was confused as to why Nhulan had glued THREE classic lashes on top of one another on one of my natural lashes. Just find somewhere else to go. read more

I liked how calming the environment was and how welcoming it felt. I was taken back to the room for a waxing and the hair removal specialist was so sweet and personable. I was in and out quickly and will happily return to this little gem. I felt that 4 of 5 reflected the the overall experience. I would've given it a 5, but the waxing room needs the same attention to detail it has as the area where the nail stations are located. read more

I recently moved to Florida and I have now found my new nail salon. I absolutely love this business!! All the technicians are super friendly and talented! The salon is extremely clean and COVID guidelines are followed. My first pedicure, I almost fell asleep (which I never do) and my toes look great! I also had a fill-in. I have long stiletto nails. She talked me through every step including the part of when it would hurt to wax my chin. Due to sensitive skin, she had to use this tool on me that looks like an electronic shocker. I was terrified. She assured me it wouldn't hurt and it was necessary to avoid getting bumps on my sensitive skin which would not be good for the wedding. It worked. She dyed my eyebrows and removed my chin hairs. I did not get any bumps because of the "caddle prod" thing she used and all of the oils. I really appreciated her time to ease my concerns and listen to them. I did not feel rushed at all. for my chapped lips, she gave me a sugar scrub. I really appreciated finding her at the last minutes especially over a holiday weekend.

The young woman at the front desk was also very kind and even ran outside to help me when I dropped my cane, which I really appreciated. The tools appeared clean, the salon is attractive and modern, and the FishHawk location is extremely convenient. However, the salon itself needs a thorough cleaning and better upkeep. There was a noticeable amount of dust and debris throughout the space. I was told this was from acrylic nail services, but I've been to many nail salons that offer acrylics without the salon feeling dusty or dirty. The air conditioning was also not working, so it was uncomfortably warm. But the receptionist did give me a heads up when I made the appt the day before and the ac tech was on site working on it. The staff seem genuinely nice and are clearly trying, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance need attention. I would return for Kayla and the convenient location, but I hope the owner addresses the condition of the salon.

My fingers are left VERY sore and I don't see myself coming back or recommending to others. I should've atleast been given a discount. Also these look kind of almond but more like circles. I've been coming for years and I thought we had a good relationship until I became a number…read more I have making my appts directly with Jonneson weeks in advance we have learned many techniques together over the last 5 years experimenting and he was also learning how to use matte or add different textures and ombré, or marbled dip. The problem I had was He didn't even take the time to talk with me, or ask if he could reschedule me to someone that takes longer and charges me more. For example Jonneson can do a dip set in less than 2 hours even if he gets up to answer every phone call or walk in which on average has been a lot. Anywhere from 6 people to more. He would charge $70-$85 I never said a thing and always waited for him to return and paid whatever to have exactly what I asked for. I didn't appreciate having my appt moved to someone else that cannot do the same work in the same amount of time the day before my appt. In comparison I would pay more with Kim $85-$110 for because she took more time and could do the dip design like Jonneson and she used Gel. Also the last time she didn't paint some of my edges not fully coated and with my natural nails they would crack or peel at the edges. She also took almost 3-1/2 hours to do them. So very different experience and higher cost for lower end product aka gel vs dip and longer time. So unfortunately after so many years of feeling like maybe we had a good customer relationship it was very frustrating to rely on having my nails done here and the quality I was getting with Jonneson to getting a text to go somewhere-else when there wasn't a problem until he created it. The text message said that he wanted to answer the phones more and do more management and not do any more nails. Why was that so difficult to have a conversation with a long-time customer and say look things are getting busier and moving away from doing nails like yours and want to do more basic manicures or stop doing them all together. I followed you from Bliss nails where he started as a technician to Encore where he was promoted to manager. So much for loyalty. I was hoping for communication and not what happened after I wrote a review when my appointment was cancelled on me without notice. Hopefully this doesn't happened to the next person or remember that there is always a chance that when you think you found your mail tech in a instant and without notice you can find yourself out of luck !

I had a very upsetting experience here while parked next door taking my son to martial arts. I was…read moretrying to buckle my young daughter into her car seat and didn't realize my car door was resting against the owners' vehicle. When it was brought to my attention, I explained the situation and immediately shut my door. The owners of this business then became extremely aggressive toward me. The woman stood very close to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. After I asked for space, she went inside and got her husband, who came storming toward my vehicle while I was already inside with my children and the doors locked. He began banging on my car window with enough force that I genuinely thought the glass could break. I feared for my safety and ended up calling the police and filing a report. The way this situation was handled by the owners was unacceptable and frightening, especially with children present. I do not recommend going to this place or supporting a business that would treat a mother and her children this way.
