I had work the next morning and, as a teacher, I was mortified to walk in with hot red hair so I dyed over it. Upon asking for a refund, I talked to LEXI over the phone and I am absolutely disgusted by this vile person's attitude. She proceeded to ask me where I worked to try and justify her mistake, that I should not have tried to fix my hair for my job because the dress code was "my opinion", and refused me a refund. As a paying costumer I am absolutely horrified SHE ended up with my $200 dollars.

My goodness if you want to hear bragging about all the academia clients she has then you are in for a treat. She could not stop talking about all the important customers she has! How about her work? Well, first of all facials are done differently. To start with, she did not analyze the skin. She cleaned it, smearing product over the face, then put the steam for a long time on only one side, the other side of the face wasn't educated enough to get steam? I asked her a few questions, which she did not answer, she did not explain what she was doing. Kept advertising a product she did notknow how to pronounce the French correctly, and kept telling us how we would be eligible for expensive upgrades. The checkout? No water was offered. Painful, the ownder took a very long time. Just no proper customer service. In these days where we are looking at our pennies, these folks don't deserve your hard earned money. It was very clean, and they did perform a service, but it wasn't industry standard. I sure hope I won't be sick this coming week. Masks are easy to get by these days, or don't come to work if you are sick. Too expensive for NO expertise! No real knowledge of her craft. Please don't go there.

For THAT I would have returned. However...many things about my experience were just unprofessional and I don't have time to mess around with it every time I want my hair done, so unfortunately, I won't ever return. I had a Groupon. While waiting for my stylist, another stylist told me the groupon was created because my stylist needed to practice doing women's hair again since she had worked at a barber shop for years. Even if this is the reason, I don't like knowing that I'm "practice". My highlights were shocking and took me some time to get used to. I did have to have a friend cut stray hairs because the cut wasn't even...but that's minor. All in all, my hair turned out lovely and as time went on, I began to really love it. What really upset me? It's not good when the stylist says "oops I may have gotten some on your clothes". At the time I brushed it off and hoped she hadn't. Two of my favorite shirts that I wore that day (cami and cardigan) have bleach spots on them. One of the shirts can be dyed but the other can not. :( There were other things about the experience that were unprofessional but I was OK with them at the time. Kind of unforeseen events and, as I said, the stylist was so sweet. Maybe I just had a weird experience. The salon itself was adorable and all the stylists are independent and rent their booths.

My waxer continuously asked if there was anywhere else. Yes I want a full face, I expect a full face. The wax was extremely painful and left me cuts and bruises on my face. There is a check in counter and when you are called back there are two sides, one for pedicures mostly and the other for nails. I came in on a Sunday and it was fairly empty, about 4 other customers. I got a basic pedicure, but instructed the woman that I didn't want any attention on my legs due to the fact that I had medicated lotion on them. She cut them and filed them, but it wasn't til later that I noticed some were crooked and not smoothly cut. Mostly the paint job was awful. Most people hold your toe as they paint it. She just painted it without using her other hand, and that's when I knew it would suck. The polish and top coat were blotchy and I told her this after she insisted I go to sit under the drying area. And when I tried to explain it was blotchy and didn't look good, the other guy next to her suggested for her to do another coat and she proceeded to paint another swipe on half my big toe and slap another blotch of top coat on. Pardon me?! Finally another woman came and hastily removed all of the polish and redid it. She was neater at polishing but rushed through and didn't bother to wipe the skin that had residue from the previous polish job. On top of that, the pedicure consisted of almost nothing that it usually does. They didn't do a little foot massage, no lotion, no anything on my feet! I guess when I said "no legs" she took it to mean no nothing. Poor listening skills was a common issue here. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because the manager came out and was very apologetic and friendly when I asked why there was no lotion or anything. The other two women had attitudes. (But why are you mad at me when it's you treating my feet like a kindergarten paint class?) It's also very clear to me that the people in this establishment don't speak or understand English well which is always frustration and overall barrier of entry for receiving good service. You better not go to this nail shop if you want quality service. This was a poor experience for me and really a waste of my money.

So when I saw all the Disney merch they had recently restocked I jumped on it. It was an amazing day for a buy two get two sale. They even had some of the specialty hand sanitizer holders. When my mother attempted to explain why she was confused by her directions, Cher displayed an irritating facial expression AND even mumbled words. Besides Cher's mistreatment, I was also met with a condescending tone by other employees when I described my experience with Cher. Like many others, I am adamant that people care not only about how their mother is treated but the overall treatment of people in general. This employee is not a positive representative of how any employee or person should treat others. Bath and Body Works needs to improve their training or better yet hire better RESPECTFUL employees to assist their guest.
