Jessica, the owner does my nails. While working on my nails she keeps a head set on to answer the phone. On top of constantly getting interrupted to take a phone call, she also greets people and sometimes stops to go to cash register. She constantly stops in the middle to help others. Last time I went she came back to my nails and 3x started on the next nail before finishing the last one. I had to say something to her. I am a busy person as well, but I still give my customers 100% attention. It was quite annoying. This is always happening so I decided to go somewhere else. Not rushed like some other places. Vincent did my pedicure and they have awesome massage chairs that have USB ports in them! Another nail place gave me the WORST dip manicure I have ever seen so I raced over to Angel Nails to see if they could squeeze me in and fix them. Wow! I was in town for the holiday and I needed a mani/pedi badly. These guys are so good. Calvin and Lilly did a beautiful job on my nails. Calvin, was especially very meticulous in shaving the dead skin from my callouses and giving a good 3-5 minute scrub per leg. He even took a paint brush out to brush off excess nail polish. So meticulous! Nails are shaped and painted beautifully by both. Paraffin wax dip included. Thank you so much for a lovely job. I've recently moved to Virginia Beach and have tried 3 other nail salons, and Angel Nails Deluxe was the best hands down. I made an appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes for my services. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure; one man did my pedicure and another man came and did my gel manicure pretty much simultaneously. I usually don't like that because it is not as relaxing as getting the services consecutively, but I didn't mind because my time was limited yesterday. I found out about Angel Nails through a friend. I am very picky when it comes to nail salons and I wish I found this place sooner!!! I went to get a full set by Henry and he is AMAZING. I see him every 2-2.5 weeks now for a fill and he knows just how I like my nails!!. There is no going home a trying to fix them or filing them yourself. You can actually sit back and relax. I found out about this place from my coworkers who have been religiously going to this place forever. I had received a gift card from my coworker so I had to try. I had the best service there they really take great care of you! 3 people worked on me, Vincent did my pedicure, Lily did my manicure and Henry applied the chrome nails I wanted. They all were very friendly. It took me 2 hours there but they make sure you are taken good care of. So make sure you don't have anything planned after. I really like how they are very tech savvy with sterilizers and everything and it shows how clean they are and have the latest nail products. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny. At the end of your mani and pedi they do Spa Wax and they peel it. For your hands they massage it shortly after and your feet and hands will be super soft! Best nail place ive ever been to. They were very nice when i walked in greeted me and i only waited about 15 min because it was kinda busy just because its so good. They sat me down and the seats were nice and the lady did my toes really good. I got three massages one exfoliate one lotion then an oil massage. She trimmed up everything and did my shellac french tips amazing. They also did my nails while i was getting my toes done. They took off my acrylics very well and cleaned up my nail really nicely. Thirdly their basic pedicure includes scrubs, rubs, callus removal, mud rub, hot towel, and drying your toes in the chair while your massage chair works overtime on your back.
