This is my new go to spot! I'll probably only be going here for all my mani pedi needs! I visited on a Saturday evening about 30 mins before they closed. I checked with them to see if they had time to do a pedi or if I should just schedule for the next day. They were happy to get me in. They offered me a drink & sat me in a clean chair. This was one of the most relaxing & nice pedi. It didn't feel rushed even despite how close it was to them closing! They did a great job with the gel polish! I did a walk-in, so I expected a bit of a wait--especially since it was right before a holiday and the salon was super busy. The salon itself was big, cute, and very clean, and the staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. They gave me the option to wait or come back at a set time, which I appreciated. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was really nice, and they did a great job on my toes. I just wish the massage had been a little longer. After that, I had to wait again before starting my full set, but once they got to me, they did an amazing job. The nails came out beautifully, with perfect shape and great attention to detail. Techs are friendly and talented, but the scheduling is a mess. Walked in the first time - 2 hour wait. Had a 9:30 AM appointment the second time and wasn't seen until 10:20 because only one tech was there and they took walk-ins first. Other techs arrived at 9:45. Love the techs, but the wait isn't worth it. After they were nice to give me a call and discussed the confusion. My beau and I got the spa pedicure (massage) and manicure. Ambiance is highly professional, they served complimentary refreshments (soda, water). There were 10 pedicure chairs and many more manicure stations. The place looks clean. Nice porcelain floor tiles, understated elegance in white and beige color motif, rolled hand towels where you wash your hands. Service is also rated a 5. You are greeted as you come in, you are asked to sign in. They took the time in giving us a great experience. My nail technician Son was very thorough, took his time to make sure the nails were perfectly painted. I've been eyeballing this place for months since relocating from San Diego, and this will be my go to pedi place and will recommend clients here since I do not offer pedis in my private space. Got basic manicure and pedicure by appointment. They seemed rushed and got aggressive with the pumice stone causing a bleed on my heel. She apologized and put a mysterious liquid on it that caused it to sting and put a bandaid on. The paint job was ok seemed rushed also got some on the cuticle and was streaky for the toes. The manicure had bubbles form on the nails once dried. To be fair I didn't speak up because I didn't want to take up more time it was busy. It was decent would describe as mediocre, it got the job done with some problems. I probably would not rush back but also not the end of the world. It was fine. read more

Husband and I walked in on a Monday afternoon wanting to try a new spot for a pedicure since service at our regular place seemed to slowly declining. The positive: We were immediately greeted upon entering and they were able to accommodate us with very minimal wait. The place is airy, stylish, and immaculately clean! Sony did my therapeutic pedicure. He was gentle and detail oriented when it came to both my cuticles and polish. Na did my husband's indulgence pedicure. My favorite nail salon! First time I've gone to a salon and my nails didn't look trashed a few days later. I went once and my nails peeled, bad polish I think. I called and they let me scheduled to come in to get them fixed free of charge and no questions asked. The salon itself is clean and staff is always friendly. However, the staff here have been very understanding, gentle, and have helped to protect my nails during each visit. I wanted to love this place but here we are. Had a 10am appt for Pedicure and 11am for eyebrows. I was told Tracy is running behind and will be with me around 10:15ish. At that time, they filled the basin and asked me to sit down in the pedicure chair. Tracey came out and performed my pedicure never saying one word to me the entire time, except to ask if I want gel. She filled my big toe so hard with the pumice stone that she broke the skin. My pedicure appointment was for 10 AM and she was 15 minutes late and the appointment still ended before 11 AM. I was booked for one of the higher level pedicures with paraffin and all the bells. When she walked me to the dryer she sat me down and walked away. She started the next client's pedicure and never came back. Long after my toes were dry I stood up and asked to be checked out. The man that rang me up asked if I was going to have the waxing and I told him no thank you. It was at that time that he told me that Tracey does not do the waxing. I explained to him that nobody let me know anything so I was good and would be leaving. Poor service, poor communication and my feet still need a pedicure. read more

Let me start by saying I really really want to like this place. The people are very nice. The service while you are there is fantastic. However, the end product is not always the best. I have now been to the salon three times. The first time was OK. There were a couple of issues that we addressed during the second visit, including adding an extra layer to the dip powder for my nails to make sure that they were stronger which I really appreciated and that was a beautiful manicure and pedicure. During my last visit, there were some issues with the pedicure and the manicure during the manicure process. I explained to the technician three times that I wanted to add an extra layer to the dip which he initially did not do until I said it again and he did something, but it didn't make them that much stronger and a manicure that should have lasted for at least a month normally for me has barely made it two weeks before it needs to be redone. I also had issues with the pedicure which I messaged them about, and they are willing to fix, but I have not been able to get back out there due to conflicts with time between my job and my husband being out of town for work and trying to maintain a household. I appreciate their offer to fix it. It's just not been something I've been able to make work into my schedule. I may give them one more shot before I go somewhere else because I really do like it, but I'm just not sure this last time was a little disappointing with the pedicure issue and then the manicure issue with nails already cracking and breaking, which they shouldn't have done yet read more

Let me preface by saying I am not a fan of pedicures but need them so I'm not walking around with crusty feet. I just don't find them relaxing. This was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I left actually relaxed. I had been going to the same nail salon for years and recently they have gone down hill and I leave miserable. I looked on Yelp and this place had the best reviews in the entire city. I drove 15 mins to go. When you first walk in it is bright and white and clean. You are greeted by a very personable man and escorted to your seat. He came around with a tray of drinks and I got a water. Wendy did my pedicure. She was extremely gentle. She is definitely a perfectionist. She corrected her work ( that I thought was already amazing) even to the last second. She definitely takes pride in her work. I got gel polish ( they charge $15 extra which I liked cause some places charge $30 extra which I think is ridiculous) If the polish got messed up she took a brush and fixed it instead of jamming her thumb nail in me like some other places do. The scrub they use smells amazingggg ( like I want to buy it for myself amazing ) she asked if I wanted the callus remover instead of just using it automatically.
