My mom and I came in here after a massage, and were more impressed with the than the spa! The woman gave me a dip manicure and it was exactly what I wanted! They had a lot of colors, and they were able to get us in right away. It was just a husband and wife working, so when two young ladies came in they did have to wait a few minutes but they were very friendly and nice about everything. My mom had a smush in her big toe from out recent pedis and they helped her find a similar color and fix it. If we weren't passing through, I definitely would've gone back. Our nails lasted almost 3 weeks, so that on top of their customer service is everything I'd ask for! I called ahead of time and made an appointment and Hannah was very sweet and professional, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that! I will be going back! The place was clean and they have plexiglass separating customers from the nail tech. She was very professional and met my expectations. This is a cute little place in a shopping center right across from East Beach. I went for the first time about three weeks ago after my neighbor recommended it. I went for a pink and white fill that was long overdo (I had been going to Nancy Nails and was putting off going back). The woman who did my nails had to remove the existing acrylics and DID NOT HURT ME AT ALL! I have never had my acrylics removed without having sore fingers for a couple days after. She also did an absolutely amazing job. It has been three weeks and my nails still look like they did when they were done. They've grown out a bit but there is no chipping around the edges at all and just a tiny bit of "peeling" or whatever around the bottom. I knocked one star off because this place is a bit more expensive. I paid $50 for a total removal with a pink & white fill. But quite frankly, it's totally worth it because these nails will last a good month so they don't need to be done as often. read more

This cute little nail shop is located in a strip mall off of shore drive across from the East Beach Community, can be easily missed. Place is very clean, with new chairs and equipment. There are not many employees so you may want to make an appt. even though they welcome walk-ins. Woman who gave me my mani/pedi was pleasant , but not very conversational which is completely fine, I just prefer a little small talk. She did a great job with both my tootsies and hands, spending a good amount of time making sure she didn't miss a thing. Pricing is about average, like any other nail salon. $25 for a mani/ $35 for both mani & pedi + $10 if you want Shallac. read more

They were decently nice and fast but that is the only positive thing I can say. I got a gel manicure and I'm pretty sure it wasn't done right because I've never had a gel manicure be so thin or chip so fast in my life (literally the next day). Also most of the gel colors don't have a sample fake nail or any way to see what color they are, making picking out a color nearly impossible. read more

Rude Customer Service! Customers beware! Walked into this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure and politely asked if they were opened since I was the 1st customer there. She said yes and I proceeded to pick out my colors. She then proceeded to speak on the phone to her husband in her native tongue and started bashing me and meanly commenting on my looks. She was unaware that I also spoke her native tongue! I decided to let it go, thinking she must be having a bad morning and that maybe I do have a strong RBF. I asked her politely not to cut into the sides of my toe nails and that I only wanted the dirt and dead skin dug out of the sides. I was a nail technician and it's common knowledge that cutting into the sides of the nailbeds causes even worse ingrowns. She rudely snapped and said if you want it out you have to cut into the sides so I walked out but not before letting her in on the secret. Do not go here! read more

Gross gross gross!!!! Used dirty tools, place old, kid running around(belonged to staff), over priced and just fucking rude! My pedi was THE worst and most rough one to date. You know they take their frustrations out on your feet at times lol My legs had those bath salt ground into them and then covered with oil. No rub nothing. My legs burn! Also there was a little boy that belonged to staff that was running around barefoot and getting into stuff, I should have known since there was a messy toy corner dedicated to just him in the salon(pictured) . First time I have walked away NOT tipping and def don't feel bad about it. My toes look meh....It was closer than my usual place but I'll never come here! And I'm gonna soak my feet in alcohol when I get home and pray to God I don't get an infection cuz I swear on my kids, I didn't see them get a new set of tools that had been sanitized. Will never go back. Most unpleasant experience in a salon. I didn't see them clean the utensils (clippers etc). Did not wear gloves and repeatedly stuck hand in jar of exfoliating scrub. Toys were all over the floor and there was a crying toddler spilling his milk bottle all over the floor. This child belonged to the staff. At one point during the manicure the tech took a phone call and preceded to discuss personal financial matters while filling the nails. The pedicure and manicure was rushed (although there were no other customers) and was all completed within 30 minutes. Worst polish job ever. I think the toddler could have done a better job. read more

The young toddler mentioned in another review has grown up a bit. However, throughout my pedicure, he was playing games involving music ... think Barney and there was a football game on to boot. There was one other customer in the salon in addition to me. It was not relaxing at all. Nail tech was not friendly and the entire pedicure was less than 30 minutes! There was no rubbing of feet and legs like other nail salons. I even had my own polish and asked if the price would be reduced; was told no. One and done for me! read more

After looking all over Yelp a friend and I decided to go here for pedis. Full disclosure: we did not end up getting our toes done here, but you will understand why with my review. I called ahead because of the other yelp review and made an appointment for two pedis. We showed up and there was one lady working, and she was with a customer. We told her we were there for our appointments (and we were right on time) and she asked if we could wait 15 minutes so she could finish up. She told us to go pick our nail colors. We went and took a look and they were all no-name kind of crappy polishes. At this point we were contemplating leaving and asked if it was just her or someone else would be there to do our toes at the same time. The lady working said it was just her and that's when we decided to leave. So all in all I will not go back, not impressed with the service or the polish selection. read more
