Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable. A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards. I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Technician did most of the work but failed to return to complete the job, although I was billed for the entire job and my credit card charged. I requested a refund for the amount of work charged to my credit card that wasn't completed. They did refund the amount of $526. I mean, yeah, the guys did what they said they were going to do--fix the leak. Unfortunately, this one day job turned into a two days job--they didn't have a Shop Vac (what the heck?), they got the wrong part twice, they didn't know what our pipes were made of, on and on... Communication wasn't great, one of the workers videoing our house skeeved me out, overall just not a good experience. I will say the price was reasonable, however.

I showed them the new commode seat and new tower I had and they would furnish the new flapper. I also needed the sprayer head on the kitchen sink replaced and did not have one. They said it would be $386 for them to do the repairs. I said no thank you and told them to have a good day. The young man said they could put on the new seat, the new tower and their flapper for $185. I let them do the work with the only cost to them being the flapper. It took about 15 minutes. They were friendly enough...

He did a great job of knowing exactly what needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. Once completing the repairs, the site was returned pretty close to the yard before the digging.
