I called several times to complain. Everyone was leaving the company so it was someone new each time I spoke to. The owner was on vacation but I was told he would contact me - but he never did. I would stay away from this company as this was a simple project that had poor quality service, little thought and lazy outcome, over charged the customer and could not care less about correcting the issues. While here, he explained that the drain connection had been screwed on incorrectly, so he removed the connection pipe and screwed it on correctly. The connection was faulty, so he removed it and then replaced it with a new connection pipe. The sink does not link now and I will certainly use him again for any problems related to plumbing. In the latest incident, one of our properties had a septic drain problem. We had several plumbers and septic tank pumping services out to try to resolve the issue. None of these individuals performed any services that made a difference with the drainage problems. I finally called Roto-Rooter and they sent Bryan out. He took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. He spent about 30 minutes in the pouring freezing rain with an auger and promptly resolved the issue. After spending over $1,000.00 on various plumbers and septic services over the last two weeks, all it took was a call to Bryan, about 30 minutes of his time, and about $150 for his effort and the problem was quickly resolved. Its not often that I don't have at least something negative to say about a company on yelp. For Bryan and Roto-Rooter there are no negatives. Exceptional work!!
