They broke a piece on the door and told me it was like that when they got the car? And back to today. Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks. Going back probably 15 years, even before I could drive, my brother would always take his cars here to Brandon, who owns this shop. His cars always looked amazing. So since that time, I've taken three vehicles to Brandon to have them tinted. Excellent results every time. Brandon's bedside manner isn't the best but you can't argue with his results. No bubbling and the tint looks incredible, for a fair price, so I kept coming back and would always send people his way. I called recently as I just got a new car. It's always the first thing I do. Brandon informed me the price to tint the entire vehicle is $800. I think back to what he charged me prior and it was always around $350ish. I ask why the increase. He states that he is now only offering the ceramic tint and no longer doing the basic offering. Rewind, every time I brought my cars in, Brandon would give me the two options. The ceramic apparently provides better UV coverage, etc etc. To me, it seemed like he was just up selling me, so I always stuck with the basic tint, and have never been disappointed. Fast forward to now, I ask Brandon why he went away with the basic version. He claims that "that stuff is crap and it fails all the time." He then goes on to list the numerous amount of ultra-luxury and super performance vehicles he has in his lot waiting to be tinted with the ceramic. I then state, "well you actually put that 'crap' on three of my vehicles over the past couple of years. Does that mean it will fail?" I could tell I caught him off guard and he was silent for a couple seconds. He then goes on about his lifetime warranty, so on and so forth. Long story short, Brandon does a great job. Don't expect to be wowed by his customer service, or lack there of. He will talk your ear off and is rough around the edges. I'm sure he made the business decision to completely eliminate the cheaper version and only do ceramic because he does have the Ferrari, Lamborghini reoccurring type business. I totally get it. Why not make more money if you can? For us normal folk that don't drive those types of vehicles, $800 is WAY too much for some film on my windows. Regardless of how well it protects my skin and the car's interior. Sorry Brandon, taking my business elsewhere!

I called to inquire about the address and was told the out of town address was correct. The business was hard to find. I was late for my appointment. There was little signage. So I called for help but there was no answer. After leaving a message asking for a call back, I finally found it. Door was locked and no one was there. So I left angry and confused.

It took approx. 4 hours and that's fine because detailing inside of car is no joke. The guy was friendly. I got exactly there at 9am dropped my key in the Dropbox and left. When I picked up the car it looked brand new from inside.. he did a good job in the big areas. Although I haven't had that much time to inspect cleaning inside of the car. I started to notice some soap or liquid stains on the plastic screen where the speed meter is. Also in the cup holder, there are soap and water stains. Cup holder do not look sparkly clean.. I don't know what I paid for.. I thought it was suppose to be detail cleaning.. I have taken some pictures.. I would not recommend this place... not worth the money or time.
