Ive been noticing things on my new suv since I've been going there lately. Scratch on my rim driver side right and a scratch on my drivers side door that i noticed the last time i was over at the Hamilton location. I'm very funny with my suv and I don't park near anyone when out in public. Plus I park in handicap parking spaces wherever I go. I also have a drive way and never park on the street. I'm very upset over my suv that i purchased in May 2025. Im ocd and I look over my car constantly. ​i feel they need to take care of the damage. I need to find a way to take care of this with Flying Ace. I feel my paint even looks weird lile theres lines down in my pain. This is the first time I purchased a monthly subscription. I love taking pride in my car and this turned into a great buy for me. I'm reluctant to use the vacuums even tho they are free. I have some mobility issues that make it hard for me to use them. I do have to wipe down my car to get rid of water spots and tar that sometimes gets on my car. Very happy how fast they are. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm glad I use them and recommend. read more

I've been a member for a few years and recently have notice it hard to find an open vacuum after washing my car. Whats even more frustrating is noticing people are just there using the vacuum and not the car wash?! I pay $35 a month and had to go without vacuuming my car because everything was full. From the looks of it over half hadn't even washed their cars! Two slots were taken up by two people standing there talking the whole time I ran my car through. I then drove in trying to find a spot while they continued to talk!? Employees were walking around doing what? If this continues why would I continue to pay a monthly fee for half the service? read more

I have visited this place multiple times, but only managed to get two car washes. The car washes were wonderful. But it's very frustrating to go there and find out the drains are clogged and they're not accepting any cars for washes. This is the third time it has happened and I cannot justify buying a membership. I hope this issue gets resolved read more

Good Car Wash, Great Value! I've been a pretty solid customer of Mike's Car Wash locations in the area. Great Car Wash but I must admit, a bit pricey. When Flying Ace opened, I thought I'd give it a try. The car wash itself is good. It is a contact car wash. What really stood out was the value. I don't have the complete menu of pricing but I have opted in for the unlimited plan for the highest level of car wash. That package is approximately $27 per month. You drive up, an electric eye scans the barcode that is fixed on a sticker inside of your windshield, the gate opens and you drive right in. You can go once a day or you can go 10 times a day. I don't know why you would want to go 10 times a day, but you could. Unlimited means, unlimited. Would I go back? Absolutely. Several times a month. Got to get my money's worth. I'm always happy with the outcome and how clean my car is after I go through Flying Ace car wash. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! The employee kept pushing for me to purchase a 1 month unlimited was for $40. I was told it was for 1 month only (NO MEMBERSHIP). This is the WORST car wash I have ever been to. 1. Roller on drivers side was not working and car was filthy when I left. 2. There were 2 deep scratches(gouges) on my car. 3. A lot of surface scratches as well. 4. It also tore off my passenger side decorative strip that protects the door from dents. I put it back on, luckily I didn't lose it. 5. Lastly, it damaged my Sirius XM antenna so it no longer works. Friend tightened it back up but still does not work. I never went back. NOW I find out he enrolled me in a monthly membership. So he lied to me that it was just a one time purchase! read more

They overcharged me. I agreed for special $18.00 for two months and they doubled charged me. Called customer service and they would not work with me knowing a new special was available. I promised the customer service agent that I would be spreading the word everywhere of this scam and their unwillingness to work with me. Another lost customer. I was very excited to receive a free car wash with the Yelp elite squad, happy to check out a new car wash! The flying Ace is a bit of a drive for me, unfortunately or I would be there on a regular basis. The employees were friendly and helpful, the cost is reasonable compared to other all-inclusive washes out there, and they have FRee Vacuums! That was the best part, they have this huge vacuum station that you just pull right i to and clean out your car! The car wash itself did an excellent job, no streaks on the window. I stopped in for a quick wash and the attendant started in with a high pressure sales pitch trying to sign me up for their membership. He wouldn't take no for an answer. When he finally got it though his brain that I wasn't going to be sold, he became rude. Too many other options to put up with that crap. read more

I was able to check out Flying Ace as part of a Yelp Elite event and boy was I impressed! All of the staff I interacted with was super friendly and my car came out spotless, goodbye cicada guts! After exiting the car wash I vacuumed out my car FOR FREE! What a nice amenity! I did see they had free wifi, but I couldn't get it to work. This place is definitely worth checking out! read more

I went to check this place out today as part of Yelp Elite. I usually go to Mike's Car Wash to clean my car. Flying Ace is very similar. There was a very friendly attendant outside that explained the different wash packages. I picked the $15 wash. There were a couple of cars ahead of me but I got thru the car wash in just a few minutes. When I pulled out of the car wash that is when I saw a real surprise. Their vacuums are FREE to use!!! These were nice overhead vacuums as well. My number one complaint with most car was vacuums is the giant nozzle that doesn't fit between the seats and in other tight areas. I was pleasantly surprised that here at Flying Ace they had two different vacuums with different nozzles. One was skinny to fit in tight spots and the other was the traditional flat one. Oh, and they were FREE TO USE!! I really like this car wash and will most likely be back. It's reasonably priced especially when you factor in the vacuums. read more

As part of the Yelp Elite Week I got to have a complimentary car wash here. Even though I drive past this on occasion I had yet to stop for a wash. So glad this event prompted me to. The car wash attendant was friendly and quick to help me with choosing the correct wash. The automated wash is probably one of the best I've taken a car to. Took my midnight black forerunner through the car wash for the first time today, after I left I had (what I thought were) white residue spots all over the vehicle that required an in-depth scrub. When I say scrub, I mean I was tired after rubbing my vehicle to get all of the leftover marks. Marks would not come off with a like "lick the finger" and even after scrubbing, I had to go back over in circular motions to remove any textured differences. I now believe that they were/are all scratches or marks from the bristles used on the Roto scrubber. There are several on my hood that I cannot get off. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants to leave with her car looking nice. The "spots" were apparent the moment I pulled out of the bay. I purchased the highest wash, at $15. read more

Nice addition to the area as a competitor to the area king: Mike's. Pay by the wash or unlimited by the month. Plenty of brushes and scrubbers as you're pulled through to get the whole exterior of a large SUV clean. Then use the FREE vacuums for self cleaning your interior. Great thorough wash and will reuse. read more

I have their monthly membership. They had the cheapest monthly membership fee compared to all the nearby car wash places. Some other places had a $50+ fee! That's outrageous! For what you pay here, I think it's great. They offer a lot of things for the most expensive car wash compared to other places. I figured I'd give this carwash a shot but come to find out the carwash scratches the crap out of your car. They use a rubber style wiper rather than microfiber. If you like your paint to have scratches/ have swirl marks this is the place for you, other than that I would not go here! The only upside is that they have great vacuums! (There are more lighter scratches that the camera couldn't pick up going down the entire length of the truck) read more

We have the monthly plan and we are cancelling! They came in with a fair price and now they are screening everyone who helped them grow with a price increase more than 3 times the increase of inflation. I encourage everyone to cancel and go elsewhere like we are and new people, don't give untrustworthy and greedy companies your money. Awful decision and right at Christmas time! It's a nice car wash with free vacuums, but you can/will get scratch marks on your paint. I have several new swirl marks and scratches on my black paint and it's easy to see. Think about it.....the car/truck in front of you has mud or other debris like snow with sand in it and goes through the car wash. What happens to all the debris that the scrubbers just picked up? Some will stay on them and scratch your paint. It only makes sense. If you care for your paint on your vehichle, don't use a car wash the uses scrubbers. Go to a touchless or hand wash car wash instead. read more

The response I got from the owner of flying aces carwash was what I expected, EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. If the wash itself was 100% and I didn't have to get out of my car to wipe all the soap from my car, I could maybe understand more.... That's not the case. As for the towels not being included anymore, so very petty! I don't know how many managers I spoke to you and one said that the reason I have all the bubbles is cuz it when it gets up to the vacuum the vacuum blows it back to the back of my car well I shouldn't have all this soap and bubbles when I get to the vacuum. I gave it 5 stars because of a single employee. I had driven my car through the wash and it was my first time going to flying ace. Hannah explained the various washes to me then I drove through. Little did I know my back seat window was slightly cracked. As my car was getting a it's final rise water started gushing into my car (100% my fault). Hannah saw me come out of the car wash and into the parking spots to use the vacuums looking astonished. She came to my car to see if I was okay. She then told me that there are free towels to barrow and helped me locate one. Hannah's genuine concern and helpfulness was very appreciated. read more

The entrance pay gate had a vehicle height limit sign that fell onto my car chipping the paint to bare metal plus scratches. The manager took photos of damage, vin number, license plate and the id number for the wash club. Filled out an incident report and I signed it. I did not get a copy of the report. Told they would get 3 estimates and would be contacting me in about 3 weeks. I stopped in several times to see if any progress and none. After several more weeks and phone calls, the manger called me and wanted my insurance company name, Vin number on the car and was told I had to get the estimates. All three repair companies said the painted stripping on the car would have to be removed and redone after the body repairs. Flying Ace manager then called after estimates turned in and said they would not pay for the stripping to be redone. I said that the stripping was a part of the car when it was damaged. I also told them I would fight for the total repair. Since then they refused to do repairs and state the case has been closed. Since I did not get a copy of the incident report I have no documented evidence. All emails to them are done on their web site so you have no record of communications. Lesson learned-----get copies of all forms and never use a companies web sites that doesn't give you the ability to print out at conversation. read more

Was looking to get a monthly pass for a vehicle I just purchased. Checked out the pricing at Mikes Carwash, but their Ultimate Package was pretty pricey. Decided I would try Flying Ace, since it was recommended by a friend. Went through the carwash to see what kind of a job it did, and I was very impressed. The most expensive monthly pass was over half the price of Mike's. I spoke with one of the workers outside, and was asking about the monthly passes, and he asked if I was a veteran. I told him I was, and he informed me they offer a veterans discount. I ended up signing up for the Flying Ace monthly wash. They're cheap and offer FREE vacuums and a microfiber cloths (have to return after) to get dust off. To top it off their soap is rainbow. What's not to love? read more
