When I filed claim they tried to say it was already loose which was not true or valid. They states due to this they would reject my claim. I will never visit Mike washes again especially the Fairfield location which pulled my car parts off. Very disappointing.....I suggest you think twice if you have a decent car. I drive a Lincoln nautilus that I keep in good condition and now it looks ragged and I have to come out of pocket to fix it. Bad business !

If I have my 4 year old in the car I pull back the sun shade so we can see all the cool sprays and colorful soap foam on the sun roof. This is a great investment for busy people like me!!

I recently visited this car wash and was using the self-service vacuum area. Unfortunately, I was…read morenot aware of the closing time, and no employee informed me that the business was about to close. Instead, the manager/worker simply went inside and shut off the equipment while I was still vacuuming my vehicle without saying a word. A simple courtesy notice would have been appreciated and would have prevented the situation entirely. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing and came across as rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this car wash to others. Customer service matters, and this establishment fell short in that regard.
