I will post the photos of the very unprofessional response she left to my review and the appt confirmation I saw the reviews and gave this place a go, but I regret it. I had a bad experience and will NOT come back! There were people (her coworkers) walking in and out of the room during my appt, which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. She didn't ask me if it was okay or anything. I got a fibroblast done here with the owner, Maya, where I got permanent hypopigmentation spots on my face and dark burn marks from the pen she used. There are spots that are whiter or lighter than my skin, which means that my skin is depigmented and hypopigmented. She doesn't seem very skilled or knowledgeable with this treatment, so I don't recommend it here at all, even if it's cheaper than other places. Go to a professional like an NP or dermatologist for this treatment, or just don't do it at all. It just made my skin way worse. Now I have to spend so much money fixing this problem that may never leave It has caused me distress over my appearance since my skin got worse than when I came in and there's nothing that can fix it. When I left my review on Google, she told me that I had the wrong place. I've never been to her spa and to delete my review. When I updated it, she gave a very unprofessional response and said I'm not a real client. When people have a bad first experience somewhere, they don't feel comfortable returning, which is how I felt. I didn't feel comfortable reaching out or saying anything because of the way my appt was and the way I felt, and I didn't want to come back. And her reply definitely made me not want to reach out or disclose myself to her. Possibly fixing this issue I got from the fibroblast is something that is advanced and is best done by a health provider like a dermatologist, which is a fact I shared my personal experience and regret that I went here. I'm posting this again for other people to see that I personally don't recommend getting the fibroblast done here. The other treatments are probably fine, but fibroblast should be done by someone with nurse/doctor. Edit: the owner replied once again claiming I'm not a client and said I signed a consent form. This treatment was recommended by her and she reassured me it would work well with my skin and the reason my skin COMPLETELY dipigmented is because of her holding the pen in place too long and over and over in the same spot and constantly rubbing it afterwords with a qtip until it bled even though I told her to leave it so it's clearly due to her negligence and a lack of knowledge/skill issue because of the way in which she used it. Just the way she responds to her negative reviews speaks volumes on how she handles criticism. Any negative review is apparently not possible and everyone is a competitor. The way she responds makes you not even want to reach out. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.

I made an appointment for my birthday and she cancelled it. I made another appointment and she texted me to change the time. I should have seen these as red flags. After the service was completed, I bought the lash bond strengthener she sold me ($20) and set my appointment for 3 weeks later. The lashes had all fallen out within a little over a week. This was because instead of using single or double lashes, she glued clumps of TEN lashes to my lashes. No wonder they all fell out! Trust that she does this only so she can put on lashes quickly and book more clients. When I contacted her to get a refund on the fill, since I didn't have any left, she blamed me for waiting too long to tell her. The service was on 3/15 and they all fell out by 3/25. I told her a week later because I had to go out of town. In my opinion, that is not too long to wait to tell someone. Plus, they all fell off at once so I wouldn't have been able to get a fill at any point. I wasn't even asking for a full refund. I wanted a refund for the service she wouldn't perform. Overall, she had poor customer service skills, was not professional, and performed a service very poorly. I know she's new at this location and it seems like she job jumps quickly. I would recommend that you not give her business.

At one point she even turned my hair blue and then when I requested a refund for the terrible job she did on my hair she blamed me and said she used her time (which might I add would t have been as long if she wouldn't have turned my hair blue and had to re bleach it.) She complains about her life the whole time she does your hair and when you ask for a refund for your hair she accuses you of threatening her, attacking her, and calling her names. She hung up on me three times today two of the times she called me. I tried to remain calm and was willing to accept less then what I paid for services and she refused to compensate me at all for "all the time she spent" or maybe all the product she used that's what she said earlier in the day. But anyway go there for any service offered by anyone but Stephanie photos below of what I have to walk around with until I get my money the legal way. I Do not recommend Stephanie for any service. There is no excuse for not taking accountability for messing up someone's hair, and rectifying the situation like an adult.
