Spending most of the 90's and early 2000's plucking my eyebrows left me in a world of trouble when full eyebrows made a come back. I would frequently leave my eyebrows alone in hopes they would grow back to no avail. I had to accept that they weren't coming back. I finally caved after years of debating and got them done. Nano brows! Leanne was excellent at both of my appointments. I felt really comfortable and confident that she wanted to give me my best look. The aftercare instructions could not be written out any clearer! And she gives you the stuff you need to do so. No trips to the store. If you're worried about pain, in my experience and threshold, the worst part was the numbing and first appointment because it's the longest. But the numbing agent works really well so it wasn't too bad at all! The second appointment was a breeze. And it doesn't hurt afterwards either. Healing time was fast and easy. I personally didn't have any issues with scabbing or anything. There are a couple days there was some dryness/light flaking but once you apply the ointment it goes away. My biggest tip, besides following aftercare, is to not plan anything for the day of and a few days after your very FIRST appointment. They will look so bold (at least mine did) and I didn't want to go anywhere (but I did anyway because I can't sit still!). And then they calm down and look amazing! After your 1st appt and touch up about 8 weeks later, you won't need another touch up for a year or 2 im told (depending on your lifestyle and how you retain the color). I have no regrets investing in this! I haven't loved seeing my face without makeup in so long! Having eyebrows again make my eyes pop and look younger I believe. I feel so much more confident without make up and look more awake too. If you've been contemplating this, I promise you won't regret it! Taylor is so talented & really takes her time with her clients. I attended her tattoo academy and was lucky to have one on one education. She made me feel prepared and confident. So last year Taylor did my eyebrows. I was absolutely thrilled with her work. Now it was time for eyeliner. I am getting up there in age and it was getting more difficult to apply. Taylor's knowledge and professional credentials inspires complete confidence . She suggests what she thinks would be right for you. She measures, and gives you a preview. I wasn't looking for anything fancy or extravagant, just conservative and appropriate for my age. Taylor was spot on with the preview! So we got started. I was a tad nervous but Taylor's calm and professional demeanor put me at ease. Now this isn't for the faint of heart. Yes, there is numbing during the procedure but there is also some pain. Horrible experience. Was charged my deposit even though I did not cancel my appointment. I showed up and took time out of my workday and lost that money too only to discover that she didn't want to do the service because of my previous micro blading. All very understandable, but I was not prepared for losing $100 for something that could have been completely avoided if we had a consultation. I've heard others have had a similar experience here and find it strange that there is no consultation prior to the appointment to avoid these exact issues from happening. The late fee states that it is not refundable if you do not show up or cancel your appointment. I did not cancel and I showed up-I don't know why someone who makes so much per person and who gets a lot of business was so desperate to steal $100 of my hard-earned money felt more than okay about it, but I guess I can't just assume that every person is good or that every business will be fair and honest. Made a case with the BBB and am furthering the dispute on my end-I saved up for awhile to be able to do this and to lose $100 for nothing is heart-breaking. I'm sure her work is great and I'm bummed it didn't work out but please make sure that you are a good candidate for this before you go because she will keep your money whether you show up or not. read more

I reached out to her twice via email to tell her of my concerns and she never replied or reached out to try and fix the issue that I was having for the money that I paid I feel that that was not right at all. read more

Everything about my experience has been absolutely amazing! I had the combination brow done 4 weeks ago and they are seriously life changing- such a confidence booster! Taylor is polite, professional and easy to work with and her artistry is even better. I had such a great experience with Taylor! My friend went to her for combo brow and lips (I had initially only wanted eyeliner), but after seeing her transform my friend, I immediately booked the lip service too. Taylor took her time to explain the whole procedure. I brought my favorite lipstick and she mixed her shades and gave me the exact result I wanted. It's been 6 months and I still get compliments on my lips and eyeliner. Couple days ago I went back to Taylor for my combo brow. I honestly can't stop looking at results. It feels so great to not have to put any makeup on! I trusted Taylor with the whole process and can't wait to see what else she does with her talent. Not pleased with results. Had permanent color applied to lips. I had blisters for weeks and 4 months later, my lips are still extremely dry....and no color in my lips. No offer to help. My loss- $600 plus tax. Not happy with how it was handled. read more
