The agreement said they would provide linens, which in the beginning I said we may not need but if we decided to use something else, we would just put on top. Therefore, I requested the black linens, 5 out of 10 were dirty so I have to go purchase something else. When I showed up, the only 2 of the 10 tables were up so I helped set up tables. And the worst part, the temperature stayed at 83 degrees. The assistant left no number to call in an emergency and the person when handled the reservation did not respond to phone calls or texts. Her explanation was that she was out of the country but amazingly the assistant called her when she returned to do the closing walk-thru and she answered the call on the first ring.

They are conveniently located to Old Settlers Park where we had our players at, so they could simply come over afterwards (or before hand) when we needed them to.
