The acoustics at Parq were clear and audible. Special noteworthy features include ceiling and side lighting. The facility also had to large projection screens. The Parq was perfect for this event. The ambiance was a cross between modern dance club to a wedding reception like environment. It a bit deceiving looking at the building from Highway 183 from the outside as it looked like a big warehouse building, very indistinct. We did our due diligence and checked out several other locations but they didn't come close to being as special for us. We're both pretty poor planners and were overwhelmed with the idea of planning a wedding for our ~85 guests but Elaine and her team really do make it easy. We went with their all-inclusive package which covers A LOT of the heavy lifting. For anything not included, Kindred Oaks has plenty of recommendations and will keep you accountable to make sure things are getting done. As for the special day itself, no one wanted it to end. Our guests couldn't stop raving how beautiful the whole night was with the twinkle lights, the floral designs and the outdoor vibe in October. 5 out of 5!

Toured this place in 2025 and was somewhat disturbed by the spray foam insulation ceilings, but…read moredecided to sign on anyway as the rest of the venue was so lovely. We were assured in writing that the ceilings would be taken care of by the day of my wedding. I asked for updates all year and was told every time "they're not done yet, but don't worry, it will get done by your wedding day," Spoiler: that did not happen Ceilings aside, there were good and bad things about this experience. On the day of the rehearsal, my foot fell through a rotten plank of wood and they immediately remedied that which was amazing. Our advisor was very kind and helpful throughout the experience and answered our endless questions. The day of the wedding, however, our advisor was not scheduled to be working, so he was not there and the only staff who were there had not met us before and, due to a language barrier, had a very tough time communicating our needs. Several things went wrong the day-of like no electricity in the ceremony space, tables and chairs incorrectly laid out (several guests had nowhere to sit), and those ceilings were still unfinished (also wasps live in the insulation and attacked one of my bridesmaids). We brought up these concerns to our advisor and never received a response. Like, for weeks. We followed up. Nothing. Then, we get a check in the mail which IMO was not for enough money, but still no communication. It's like the customer service relationship immediately ends on the day of the wedding. Just bizarre. If they ever fix these ceilings, I'd say book it and ensure that your advisor will be working the day of your wedding.

Everyone we met and worked with on staff was so kind, polite and professional so if the absolutely stunning venue didn't sell you (which, how could it not)- let it be the staff. We truly had such a pleasant experience with everyone there. Dawson is flexible, understanding and is quick with communication- which is something I greatly appreciate. HighPointe also did our florals and boy howdy... be ready to see your pinterest dreams come to life and be a million times better than expected!!! Dawson works magic with the floral arrangements and has such a good eye for detail. There were a few design details I couldn't make a decision on and wanted to make a game time decision, but the day of I decided to let him and our day of coordinator make those decisions and I am so glad that I did because everything looked so much better than in mind! On July 3, 2025--well over three months before the date--we informed them in writing that we had to cancel due to personal circumstances and asked to discuss a fair, partial refund since there was still plenty of time to rebook the date. After that message, we never heard from anyone again. No follow-up call, no acknowledgment of the situation--complete silence. Keeping a full $3,400 while refusing to even reply is unacceptable business practice. If you're a couple researching venues, be very cautious. Verify every refund and cancellation term in writing and assume that once Angel Springs has your deposit, you may never hear from them again if things change. The property is beautiful, but the way they treat customers is not.

We had our wedding there in March and it was truly the best day of my life. The property is filled beautiful old trees, white fences, fields and log cabins. The ceremony and reception space was dreamy! The ceremony overlooks a beautiful field surrounded by these same old and winding trees. The sun sets over this field and creates an ideal setting for stunning photography. The event space has amazing stone walls with vines growing around the outside and stunning chandeliers inside. Natalie runs the space and was our day of coordinator. She was the best decision we made! She is kind, patient, and gets things done swiftly and with grace. I would recommend this place highly for a wedding or any event.

The staff was flexible to shift timing of the experiences so we didn't have to wait long in between- they were extremely accommodating and we never felt rushed either. The otter swim/playtime experience was originally what drew us, and it was even better than I'd imagined. Worth every penny! Then we got to feed and pet the capybaras, which were way friendlier than I thought they would be! The babies enjoyed some extra belly rubs too. Bottle feeding the kangaroo was so fun too- little Dundee was SO soft and loved all the pets, even gave us kisses! The giraffes were super friendly and greeted us every time we were nearby; feeding and getting quality time with them was an extra treat. The safari ride tour was also amazing- 5 of us fit comfortably and got to feed/see lots of animals that we wouldn't normally get to experience. We were surprised at how this place wasn't crowded at all in the middle of July when it is peak vacation season, so it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. They also have a beautiful main lodge area that is comfortable and welcoming with additional animals to enjoy.
