Other waxing salons are $20+ more for the same service and same results, so why go anywhere else? Fernanda took great care, maintained pleasant conversation throughout and kept reminding me to breathe. My service was blocked for 30mins but I was out in under 20. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. The establishment is just as clean as I've experienced in past visits. Currently, the employees are wearing masks and they are asking all clients to wear masks as well.

There is no one (customers) in this lobby and the lady at the front desk is on her cell phone. I understand the ability to make an appointment but if you take walk ins I'm confused why you would have someone waiting. I didn't plan to get here until about 12:30pm so I'm curious to see how long I'm going to be waiting. I know one thing. I'll never come to this location again.
