She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

He applied it while my eyebrows were being arched, leaving my nails wet and smudging them on my shirt when I got up. Another technician had to go over the polish, which was frustrating. The worst part, however, was the music. They were playing songs with extreme profanity--words like "pussy," "bitch," and "nigga"--and it wasn't the radio-edited version. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At 12:10, the music was finally changed, but by then the damage was done. I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I was…read morereally disappointed to find out she no longer works there, but I decided to come back hoping I could find someone else good with nail designs. I called ahead and was told someone was available, who could do good designs, so I came in and also decided to get a pedicure for the first time there. I showed pictures of what I wanted, and while one design was agreed on, I was told another was "too much." During the appointment, the nail tech even asked another employee how to do the design and said he wanted to "try" it on me, which immediately made me uncomfortable because I'm very picky about my nails. He was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately I left disappointed because we didn't even do the design I originally showed. My pedicure was cleaned up well, but the polish application and French tip were not done well at all. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but after only a few days one of my nails broke from lightly scratching my leg. That was the final disappointment. Even after leaving unhappy, I still left a tip.
