This place has absolutely no meaning of loyalty or good business practices. I've been a loyal customer and always make sure I tip generously. 40 minutes after my appointment, I'm still waiting to be serviced with absolutely no one saying anything to me (pedicure). Sure enough, a white man sits next to me and begins to get serviced. I demand an explanation and I'm told that "they're very busy and they're sorry." I ask them can a discount be provided seeing that I was completely disregarded and someone else got started as soon as they walked in. They said no. I walked out and they lost a few forever customers. All women and men of color please refrain from using this business! read more

Average nail salon at best. I've never been super impressed with anything that I've gotten done here (always a gel manicure or full set). Once, my polish did all come off within days but that usually does not happen. What I have noticed is that every time I'm here I get charged differently for the same services. My gel fill is usually $30, today it was $40. When I pointed it out she couldn't provide me with a direct answer that made sense. I paid the extra $10 because I did not want to put up a fight, but really? Keep your prices consistent! read more

terrible....my pedicure was less than 15 minutes ...barely ANY filing or cream/massage, no soak at all. the hot towel burned the top of my feet. we (me and my sister) were rushed out of the pedicure seat into our manicure seat. which was rushed as well. Again, barely any massage or cream. Absolutely NO communication with me at all. The entire staff didn't speak a word of english. They were rude. I am so tired of paying good money for poor service. We were rushed so that the girl doing my sisters nails can sit and go on her phone. This place really is a gem! It's clean, spacious, nice pedicure stations and friendly nail techs. I came for a pedicure and gel mani. I got a middle aged woman with glasses (forget to get her name) who did a fantastic job. She was meticulous with her work and you really get your bang for your buck here! I got the warm lotion massage, which said it included a 10 min massage and exfoliating scrub. The massage was great, which was then followed by a hot stone massage and a callus gel for the heals. For $30 you can't beat it. The regular pedi was $18. I then got a great shellac french manicure from the same nail tech. Again, she was very meticulous and some how made my nails look great! $25 for the gel mani, 5 for french. Overall great experience, great service and great prices for the quality of work! Very satisfied with my services and plan to return. read more

Prices are amazing and the place is very clean and relaxing. They give you a massage after the manicure and then again after the pedicure. I liked that the same person did my hands and feet. Back in early June two friends recommended Angel Nails to me. They said the place was great and offered a Mani Pedi deal for $20.00 on Mon thru Wed. I checked them out back then and agreed with my friends. This place is wonderful. Newer salon. Very clean. Staff are very sweet and accommodating. I have just returned from my now 3rd visit to Angel Nails and thought it is time to review. Over the years I have been to many of the local nail salons and Spas. This one is my favorite. Very peaceful music playing in the background. Comfy chairs and surroundings. Friendly staff (Gina did my nails today and Ben has helped me with things all 3 of the times I have been there--offered me water, helped with my cane, sandals etc. I did not even need to ask;) Plus... i the price can't be beat. This is probably the cheapest nail salon in the area, which is probably why it was so busy when I came. Thankfully I had purchased a Livingsocial deal for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, which required me to make an appointment, otherwise I'd probably wait for over an hour on a Friday afternoon. (Though now that I think about it, it may be busy because it was right before a Holiday weekend). It was my first time getting gel manicure, and I was very happy with the end product! Elly was my nail stylist, and she was friendly and fun! She kindly answered any questions I had about what services were being performed. They apparently put jelly in the foot bath for your pedicure which feels really funny on your feet. I also liked how she took her time and care on my gel manicure and pedicure and I did not have to do a double take on my nails and ask her to fix anything because she did the double take on her own and fixed it (as it should be). The salon is clean and decorated very modern and updated. I enjoyed the massage chair which actually gave me a nice massage compared to other places which barely reach my problem areas (upper back/shoulder). Everything is great here! The prices are right, the service is great, and they do a great job! The reason they lost a star is because I had arrived over 30 mins early for my appointment, and the guy told me I had to wait until my appointment time, which I completely understand, but it was just the way he had said it, that came off rude. I guess it might be the language barrier, so I shrugged it off. Also the day after my gel manicure, I didn't think she had cut a lot of my cuticle, however I had a lot of my cuticles' skin peeling back, which doesn't usually happen until at least a week later and only if they cut a lot of my cuticle, which I didn't think was the case? Worst nail salon I've ever been to. The pedicure I got lasted less than 20 minutes because the guy was rushing when it wasn't even that busy. There were people sitting next to me who started way before me but I was done before them. During my gel manicure the techs kept switching in between which was super weird. I changed my mind about the colors and design like three times , She didn't give me attitude about it , she just went with the flow . This was my first time here and everyone was pleasant and nice . I was so shocked after seeing so many positive reviews to have the experience I did today. My mom and I had appointments at 5pm. We were both getting regular pedicures and tips/acrylic. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and been in salons busier than this one but have never ever had to be at a salon for 3 hours! Then in this day and age they nickle and dime you for everything. You want a French manicure that is $5, a design on one nail that is $5, French manicure on your toes that's an extra $5. You come in and you tell them what service you want. You pick your polish color either from the wall or a gel polish selection. Pedis are done in the rear of the place on massage chairs. TV in front of you if you want to watch news. Chairs are nice and they have a selection of special pedis for decent prices. They are super accommodating - insist on helping you transfer your things after the pedi to the drying area or to the nail techs' tables if you're getting another nail service. I always get the gel polish and they do a great job. Ben, Leo, Cici, and Sally will all give you service that you will be satisfied with. Sally looks timid but she has firm hands when she gives you the mini massage after your nails are done. They do waxing too but I've not experienced it here. Gift cards are available and they do a loyalty thing where you get a card which gets a punch after every service - after 10 punches I believe you get $10 off your next service. I went to this salon as it was convenient to where I was staying while visiting the area. I asked for a gel pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. My pedicure was quite odd, but let me explain why. I sat down with the pedicure bowl not filled and the gentleman (who was very nice) proceeded to file off my old gel and clean my toes. As it's my difficult to get all the dead skin when the skin is dry, I found this odd. After he repainted my toes, he then ran the water. My feet soaked for less than 5 mins and he washed my feet, exfoliated and put on lotion. He used a stone to get off dead skin but only scrubbed for about 30 seconds per foot, leaving my heels still cracked and looking like I only got a color change. I truly thought the experience resembled a color change more than an actual pedicure. Although the color looks great, that's my only good take away. The people at the salon are very nice, but I wouldn't return even if in the area. read more

I've been coming to this salon for over a year. At first I really liked them but now I'm not going back! Overtime, they have been slipping. The service isn't as good, the quality is deteriorating and the on top of this they increased their prices! Latest incidents which was the last straw for me. Got a gel manicure on Monday and on Wednesday I start to see my nails getting discolored and peeling. I called them and the man said come in for fix. I ended up going in Friday morning at 10 since they were closed Thursday July 4th. I wait about an hour, not once did anyone of them apologize or even show any sympathy. Then the girl takes me and starts saying it was probably too much sun, did you go to the beach? WTF?!! Oh excuse me, next time I get my nails done I'll make sure of no sun exposure. I'll just stay home or wear gloves!!! Not even a "sorry". Anyway, she did my nails over and I left 2.5 hours later. As of Sunday morning my thumb is chipping off again!! Unbelievable. read more

The prices are super fair for the quality of service that you receive. As your nails are drying they even give you a nice little back massage which i have never experienced at any other nail salon...i have had my nails medium/long length and slightly coffin shaped for as long as i can remember so i did something very different going with natural nails in round shape and i am so so happy with how they look done by sally! read more

I recently went in to get full gel set and my appt was handled by June. She was just awesome!! I'm super picky when it comes to my nails and I was constantly nitpicking as she went along and not once did she get frustrated with me. She was calm and patient and did whatever I asked and let me tell you I have never been happier!! Ever since I moved into the area three years ago I haven't been able to find a nail salon that was good and decently picked and I finally have!! I highly recommend this salon and June!! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that unlike other salons they charge extra for gel polish which I haven't seen whenever I've gotten my nails done in other salons and even they did it wasn't as high as at this salon...$10.00 on top of price of nail set which I thought was a bit excessive. I went on a Tuesday when they have mani and pedi for 20 bucks.. great deal!! I think it was the technician I got honestly.. Rong. She seemed nice but she really just went thru the motion of everything.. for my manicure she fake worked on my cuticles..they looked exactly the same as when I got there .. she was literally cutting into air. She didn't speak english so every interaction with her took double the time to understand bc of the language barrier, I didn't even bother getting certain CLEAR imperfections fixed. Their basic pedicure is meh.. I wouldn't do it again but the luxury options looks pretty great and worth it.. What I like about this salon is that they listen carefully to what you want done before they do anything. They speak English well, and the pricing is quite reasonable. I also loved the fact that, because it was slow and they had someone who wasn't busy, they worked on my hands and feet at the same time.
