My 1969 Mustang Mach 1 needed some major engine work. They installed new hydraulic lifters, new carburetor, spark plugs, battery, battery cables, and replaced all of the fluids. They were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop on all of the decisions and price additions as new parts and labor were needed while the project moved forward. Days after my vehicle had been serviced, Stacy called me to follow up on how the car was doing. That extra effort and care she took spoke volumes about what a great company Angel Touch is. terrible auto shop. charged me $200 for a diagnostics but all Angel did was open the hood said I need a new engine, now give me $200. lol i asked him to do an oil change and he charged me $160 . stay away unless you like to work with un honest people. read more

Buyer beware! We were quoted a price for work to be done and agreed to have the work done for the price quoted. Upon picking up our vehicle the price was 3 times higher. No additional work beyond the original repair estimate was done. When we inquired about this pricing error we were told "that is what we charge" This shop failed to honor their own estimate! read more

I would be aware of this mechanic. I called to speak on my moms for her car because she was getting NO where with him. this is going on since April !!!!! He fixed one thing that was to have a "warranty" and then once the work was done the part no longer had a warranty because they ordered the wrong part and would no longer warranty it. when i made my phone call Paul acted as if he had NO CLUE what vehicle was in HIS shop, told me the part was on back order... as i had the part sitting in an online purchase cart from the same company he told me he reached out to , once i told him i had the part online ready to purchase could i have it sent to his office, Paul hung up on me. I called back to speak to him. he acknowledged that he did in deed purposely hang up on me because it was not my car and he did not have to answer to me. I was looking for a solution to all of the problems my mom has been having with him. I now understand my moms frustration with getting no where with Paul and her car being repaired. She trusted Paul greatly and referred everyone to him. this is not the sort of customer service or workman ship i would trust my car with. read more

My husband and I choose this place because of all the good reviews. Not sure how they have any good reviews. Anyways we brought my husbands truck in to get an estimate so they could determine what parts were needed and how much it was going to be to put an auto start in, then we had to put a deposit down for them to order said parts. So once the part came in we scheduled a time to come in. They said it would be an hour to and hour and a half we dropped the truck off at 9 am by 130 we hadn't heard anything so my husband called to get an update, the owner said they were having problems but he was "working on it" at 4 we hadn't heard anything so he called and it went to voice mail, we went over and the shop was closed and his trucks steering column was still taken apart. So we called the shop again and no one answered. My husband had to track the owner down on Facebook, and the owner called and asked when he needed his truck back, he needs it ASAP and he also wanted a refund. That's when the owner started cursing at him calling him a fucking asshole. And is still refusing to give us a refund even though it was his employee who ordered the wrong part not us. Don't see how that's our problem but the owner doesn't care. Atleast he put the truck back together. Will never come back here read more
