I cannot recommend this place enough! After owning my Tesla, and not really having to deal with car maintenance aside from overnight updates to my software, I must admit I was dreading getting the oil change. I remember a few years ago going to a place in Denver for a simple oil change and return to pick up my car with hundreds of dollars of extra charges for things they insisted I "NEEDED" and I was dreading that this might be the same. I was surprised and delighted by how friendly everyone working there was. They took great care of my car and had it completed sooner than expected, even without an appointment. I will say the location is a bit tricky, not that it's hard to get to, but it's a bit confusing because it is connected to another shop. When you pull in past the gas station where Google and Apple Maps will lead you the first entrance and bay of garages is actually for a shop that is connected to the side. You have to keep going along the front Side of the building and then you'll see their entrance and garages about halfway down. You'll know you venture the right spot when you see incredible Lego build in the lobby. It was only $100 to have my BMW oil changed and the oil filter. They did say I would need a new air filter on my next visit, but they only charge the $40 or whatever the cost is without markup when you add it to your oil change. This all seemed very reasonable to me. It was much less than I expected actually. Another detail I appreciated, worth mentioning is the fact that the sticker of my mileage and when to return on my window typed and printed not hand written. I was really relieved to see this. I know it's probably not a big deal but I hate when it is some sloppy marker writing stuck in the corner of my car window for the next 3 to 6 months. It looks cleaner and more professional. Above and Beyond We were using the Rickenbaugh Volvo dealership for a decade we started feeling like their service department was taking advantage of us. After getting treated poorly at the dealership when questioning certain services and prices, we called Parker Imports to compared options and prices. We found their prices to be better with a must more friendly advisor that took time explaining things. About a year ago we had the dreaded check engine light come on. Parker Imports found a common leaking problem with our model and explained options, which to fix appropriately, woild be a full set of gaskets, 12 or so in all. The work was completed and PI requested to keep the vehicle an extra night to ensure it wasn't still leaking. Well, they found it was still leaking and the culprit was a defective gasket from the set. The tech had to redo the whole thing, which I researched and saw how involved this job is. it was completedMay correctly and we appreciated the care that went into working with us and explaining the steps. Instead of just off giving our Volvo back the tech had the expertise to keep testing, which saved us brining the Volvo back. We thank thay tech for all the hard work. PI did not charge us more, nor complain about the extra time it took to fix it right. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and another check engine light comes on. It was yet another leak AND the supercharger was leaking too. A supercharger replacement was suggested by PI when we replaced the gasket set but opted not too. Well, the Same tech had to go back in and do a different seal and resolved the charger. This fix was costly so they agreed to work with me on the price. They were honest and friendly the entire time. Helpful personnel, I had my brakes done there 13 months ago, they wore out in about 20k miles or less. The brake pads and rotors were out of warranty (12 months) so Parker Imports redid the brakes and charged for parts only, did not charge for labor. Don't do much if any mountain or stop and go driving, still believe the brakes wore out way too fast, but I was satisfied with the compromise. (my wife wasn't) ‍ read more

Used Parker Imports for over 20 years! Very satisfied until ownership changed. Took our Mercedes in for a check engine light. They diagnosed 2 cylinders misfiring and I need to replace the coils. Furthermore recommended replace all 6 coils at a quote of $1800 Went to a second shop that specializes in Mercedes and they said that was correct but only one of the cylinders and that was 350 miles ago. They speculated bad gas. Reset the check engine light and no further issues over the past 5000 miles. Needless to say the 20 year relationship has ended! read more

Parker Imports destroyed my Mercedes' engine with 80,000 miles on it, then acted incredulous when I wanted my car back the way I dropped it off. I voiced my concerns with an engine swap. "It could've been abused or rotting in a lot for years." I suggested they buy my car at private party value, repair, and sell it. It would've alleviated tension on both ends. The front desk guy, Luke, relayed this to Adam, the owner, as "he wants you to buy him a new car". This caused a LOT of tension. Adam outright told me he was doing an engine swap w/ or w/o my permission--b/c he is legally required to return my vehicle "as it was received"--what a joke. I suggested legal action, causing more tension, but Adam did offer an alternative rebuilt engine from Mercedes, provided I bore some of the cost. Eventually I agreed that a used engine was the most viable option PROVIDED I received information on the source, mileage, and condition. In the end I was given zero proof of the engine source or quality. The only assurance I received was a walkthrough while it was partially disassembled. As far I know the engine was sitting in a junk yard for years w/ 120k miles on it--not 80k. During these conversations I once referred to Adam as "bro". This is just my natural dialect. Adam snapped at me and suggested I treat him with "respect". Despite my apology, at the end of the conversation he addressed me aggressively as "BRO..." as if to insult my maturity. Two days after I got my car back, the starter failed. It had never had an issue before. Adam tried to insinuate I'd have to pay for everything, but after an argument he begrudgingly agreed to fix it. Over the following weeks my car was in the shop multiple times. There were broken plastic parts in the engine bay, a scratched bumper, a newly squeaking drive belt, the seatbelt light coming on while buckled, a significant power loss, and leaking oil/smoke. The squeaking belt was repeatedly ignored. Additionally, I was lied to and told it's not leaking oil, and there is no power loss--"My son has the same car and I don't notice any difference." While Adam did agree to replace the broken parts and repair the bumper, I was consistently treated like I was taking advantage of the situation. I eventually asked another shop and was told that not only was the cam sensor plug leaking, but they put the wrong power steering fluid in (and I've since been informed the antifreeze is the wrong type as well). I brought it back to Adam, and they finally fixed the leak, but it was leaking again w/in the day. The second time they essentially glued the sensor down. As soon as the leak was fixed, my power was back in full. As for the power steering fluid, Adam argued and showed me that the software they use shows basic power steering fluid--despite that every internet search, Mercedes forum, and even other shops tell me to only use CHF11. This was never replaced because I was getting sick of fighting him on everything. When I called to arrange a time to get the broken parts and bumper fixed, Luke, the front desk guy, treated me with disdain. He seemed agitated that I wanted to talk to Adam--who was always out or on vacation over the following weeks. Eventually due to Luke's attitude, I quit trying altogether. What good is a warranty if your employees act foul. Over the last 15,000 miles, the belt squeak--which was never once an issue before--got worse and worse. Eventually I realized that whatever engine they gave me had a failing idler pulley when I got it. That seems odd to me if the engine was supposed to have 80,000 miles or less. Maybe that explains why I was never given proof of the engines source or mileage. I tried to avoid this review, but your negative attitude earned it--like what happened to my car was somehow my fault and my problem. I would never go back to this or any associated shops. read more

A couple weeks ago I had my car towed to Parker Imports. Not only do they provide amazing service, but they are the quickest out of any shop to repair your car. Understanding my situation, they were able to work with me and apply the best coupons to the payment. They also do not try to sell you things that you do not need. Being a 22 year old, young female I greatly appreciated that they didn't quote me for $1,700 worth of repairs like pep boys does. NEW OWNERS - BEWARE. The old owner Vern was awesome, but he retired. I have been coming here since 1993. I first had a bad experience with my sports car, they had the car from 9am to 5pm for an oil change, only barely finishing it by closing. They were ALSO suppose to flush the brake fluid but by 5pm hadn't even started it, so it never got done. Strike 1. The second problem I have noticed is by the guy who schedules service. The co-partner guy. He's like, yeah we work on your model car (makes assumption without knowing). Then I get there and they have never seen it before, and were watching YouTube videos on how to change the oil. Then flat refused to flush the brakes. The dude answering the phones should just be honest and say, "no we don't do that". But they pretend to do the work, without actually thinking about it first, then can't complete the work, which is annoying and waste of time. Strike 2 And Strike 3 was today. I called to get a quote on my daily driver, it needs a timing belt. The same co-partner guy answers the phone, I ask him for a quote. In contrast, the other companies that quoted me had to actually look up information, perhaps call me back. This guy just responds with "Around $1300" (another assumption without knowing). Every other place, including the dealership gave me a specific quote, which by the way were all around $850. I am pretty sure he was just "shooting from the hip" with these horribly overpriced estimates. Strike 3. The old service writers (Chance and John) never did that sloppy quoting. I feel bad for Vern because I still think he is the land-lord, and these guys are just not as professional. read more

"Mystery of the Broken Glove Box and the Hidden Marijuanas"-- I'm sad to leave a bad review when I've had my work done by them multiple times. This last time they finally figured out an issue that has been causing problems. Some wire that led to the alternator. The first alternator they ordered was bad and I was waiting for a call back when the new one ordered was installed. A few weeks went by (it's not like I drive anywhere these days) and I had apparently missed their 2 calls that it was ready. No biggie. I went to get it. Started fine. I was excited. The radio had defaulted off and I needed in the glove box where we keep the code. Audis do this. I stopped on the way home and did not leave my car. The glovebox was locked and the lock was kind of sticking out. I put the key in and the whole lock came off. Well crap. I got home to pick up the husband and never left my car, because we hadn't gone out in the convertible in several weeks. My husband figured out how to release the lock and opened it to find a dabbing pen and some shatter. It was freshly charged up. I called them and they absolutely denied this even happened. They said I accused their tech. They said it must have happened on the way home. I didn't accuse and that never came up from me. I didn't stop anywhere and no magic glovebox assassin kept in. I just said what I found and said I had a broken lock and could see the scratch marks where someone broke it. And weed. I have weed. He said "that was not us" no less than 20 times. He said to come down and look them in the eye and accuse them. WTF? I don't even care about smoking weed ffs. I cared about the glovebox being broken. I feel like, as a business owner, I would have said "I have no idea how that got there. I'm sorry. Let me fix the glove box. Especially because you've spent a few thousand on a 20 year old TT Quattro trying to figure this problem out." I got nothing like that. Obstinate and bordering on outright rudeness to me, when I'm the one with a broken glove box and some brand new marijuanas I've never seen before. And i can't even use it because who knows whose germs . But at least it's fully charged!! Ha! Nothing makes sense except that it happened there. Refusing to acknowledge what happened instead of working with me is a 0/5 stars. The work was complete so they got 2/5. Average 1 Star this time, bud. However, my relationship with them is totally over. What assholes. I dropped it off with a working glove box. I got it back with a broken one and some weed. I was accused of planting it there. To what end? This isn't even a mystery really. It happened in their possession and they're total dickwads about it and won't even make it right. You should have fixed my glove box after me bringing my car there for 3 years. Spending more than its value because I love that little mf car. Now I'll spend elsewhere. Between tires and engine repairs, I've had a run of bad luck with my diesel Mercedes over the last two years. John and Chance will attest to that, I'm sure! LOL. I had some of the repairs quoted at the dealer (and at a bad tire & brake shop in Parker) and Parker Imports always came in less expensive. One problem was just a loose connection that the dealer wanted about $450 to "repair" (things that make you hmmm). Parker Imports secured the connection at no charge. :) Car problems are expensive and not fun at all, but at least John and Chance are super friendly (as is everyone that I have interacted with there - the owner, and two of the mechanics) . I came to Parker imports for a second opinion. My local mechanic told me I needed a new transmission and the inspector from the warranty company concurred. Estimate was $3400. After going to Parker imports it turns out that there was an engine mount loose causing the gear shifting problem. After $400 the symptoms went away. It would have been easy to recommend a repair, but instead, they fixed it with a simple fluid fill (my make of car is very sensitive), and the error code was quickly resolved, and the second repair wasn't needed at that time either, but I guarantee most shops would have recommended it. I have been going to Parker Imports for years both at their old location and their new location. Over the years, they have serviced three different German makes and three different Japanese makes of cars for me. In fact, I still own four of the cars. (...well, two now belong to my kids.) P-I was recommended to me by a co-worker / friend who races tuned Audis, so I was provided a solid introduction. I started maintaining my cars at P-I after the manufacturer's warranties would expire. The cost is (of course) much less than a dealership would charge and the expertise is the same, if not better. The consistent, major differentiator for me is the team at P-I is honest. If something needs to be fixed, they'll let you know. If something can wait, they also let you know. (e.g., Mercedes Schedule B, C, D, Services) I trust them with the fleet of cars because they'd rather have your long term business and their solid reputation. read more

I needed to get a headlamp fixed on my Mercedes. I took the car in for an estimate since I had heard quotes over the phone that ranged from $50 - $250. Chanc Berndt took my car in and within 10 min had the headlamp fixed. Service price: $0! I insisted on paying something but he refused payment. Instead just asked me to come back next time we needed service. His reason for the free service, the headlamp just needed an inexpensive bulb replacement and nothing more. Incredible integrity! He could have quoted me anything he wanted (doesn't mean I would have accepted service) and over-charged me for the simple fix. The fact he didn't has earned him my business next time. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. You feel when inside the shop that they want to become a big part of the community and service the locals well. Not that impressed. The bearded man who checked me out was cocky and condescending over something very simple. I had told them when I dropped off the car that I just put new tires on four days ago and to leave them alone. When I picked up the car, the invoice said, "Set tire pressure to specs." The specs for my car are 35 in the front and 33 in the back per the owner's manual and the door panel. The person at Parker Imports said the tires were set to 33.5 all around because that works on my car. What? He said that he worked for Toyota for 20 years and said again that they set it for 33.5 all around and I told him that was not what I wanted and I wanted the tires set back to the specs as stated in the owner's manual and on the door. I have been driving a Toyota Prius for almost 20 years now and I have never had a servicing company ignore my requests, not follow the specs and tell me that they knew better. I didn't get the name of this gentleman, but I seriously think he needs some customer service training or maybe some basic communications training. When I asked him why they would ignore the customer and do what they thought was best without even asking the customer, he replied that it was just a mistake. If they said they followed specs on the tires and didn't, who knows what else they took liberties with. I will probably go elsewhere the next time I need servicing. I see alot of good reviews for this place, but seriously no customer likes to be ignored and talked down to. This guy does not know as much as he thinks he does and his cocky attitude and patronizing way of communicating with me was a real turnoff. read more

Never again. They were really good in years past, but they did an absolutely abysmal job doing some simple-to-moderate level repair work on a 1999 Jaguar last year. They kept the vehicle for over two months, charged $3K, left the vehicle filthy from their greasy shoes and hands, and they broke the fuel door and didn't fix it (a $50 part and 10 minute job). Worst of all, they didn't properly fix the main problem (fuel tank pump) that was the main reason I took the car in. I still have to fix that as the gasoline odor in the vehicle is overwhelming, so they may have even caused additional problems in the fuel line that I'll have to fix. They did properly replace a couple of fog lights, but that's about it. Adam was the service representative and when we tried to address these issues with him, he just argued with us. read more

Very quick service however the bolts for the skid plate were not all put back in. This caused my skid plate to drag across the ground a day after the service was done. I had to go to another shop to get it put back in. This just showed me their lack of attention to detail. I won't go back because of this. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Would not ever consider this place again... Had my car towed in to have a simple repair done... I already knew what was wrong with the car but they insisted that other repairs needed to be done. Had them give me a quote and then I called a few other places and the quote they gave me was more than double each of the other 4 places I called. Had my car taken to another shop that I had used before and turns out, the only repair that needed to be done was the one I knew about before hand. What did I learn from this experience? This shop lies to you and tries to get you to agree to work that doesn't need to be done and they try to charge completely outrageous rates. read more
