Ive always used them but this time was different. My friend and I went for pedicures. Neither tech spoke the entire time and ignored questions we asked. The treatment has been almost cut in half. When they were finished they never said a word, cleaned up and never saw them again. We were the only patrons there. We had to ask for a top coat and if we needed to go to drying station. Thats ridiculous to have to be proactive when you want to be pampered. It was my birthday. Never once offered water ir anything to drink. They may have upgraded the interior but not the service. This is a lovely little establishment. I didn't know that it existed until I called Great Clips, also in the area, and they told me to try this place for eyebrow waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows was super friendly. We had a nice conversation while she worked. The eyebrows turned out perfectly, and it was only $10. I couldn't be happier. read more

I want to talk about yesterday's visit. Usually I love coming here, but my last experience was not great. Kim has done my nails before, but yesterday she was far from the cordial manicurist who did my nails on my birthday. She was militant, authoritative and argumentative. In fact, my visit took much longer because she spent a lot of time arguing with me. I asked her if I could pick out my colors before we got started, and she was bizarrely insistent that I do it after the color on my SNS nails was removed. Then when I finally picked out my nail colors (I wanted a French manicure with red tips, like Dita von Teese, and I wanted to match the colors to my lipstick and eyeshadow, which I took out for comparison and wanted to do beforehand so as not to make clutter and so I could immediately put everything back in my purse), she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about even though I repeatedly gave her the simplest explanation in the world, just a French with red tips instead of white (I wanted something different for Easter). I had to get the receptionist to help me explain to her what I wanted, and she still acted like she didn't want to do it. Finally, I decided just to go with my usual red. So much for getting something different. Miss Kim worked a bit haphazardly, specks of glitter getting everywhere including on my nails, and I did not ask for glitter. She removed the debris but didn't even bother to fix the spots where she had taken a cuticle remover or drill. I also noticed some edges had gone unpolished. When I got home, I saw some lumps, dry spots and scratches, specks of glitter on my right thumb and left middle and ring finger, and just this morning I had to take a file to the tip of my left middle finger, where a small piece had broken off. I was not happy to have to do that. I think I need to have a chat with the receptionist/owner about the way Miss Kim left my nails. A gentleman about my age, perhaps a bit older, is normally my go-to manicurist, but wasn't there. I wish he had been. He had been the one to suggest the French manicure and no doubt would have done an excellent job. read more

Oh gosh. I hate leaving a stinky review, but the truth sometime hurts. First off they didn't take down my appt for a bridal party of 6 that I had made well in advance and was promised a percentage off. We were promised everyone would be mani' at the same time. When we got there there was no appt an we were kinda screwed as the wedding was two days away and we had multiple events that would take up the rest of our time. We were able to disperse and get our nails done at different salons, but on time. They had a spot for one so I took it. Shellac mind you By that night it was chipping. I went back the next day to get it fixed, but they wanted to charge me. It had barely been more than 12 hour!!!! The receptionist was apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. Unprofessional and miserable. Loud, rude and unhelpful receptionist. I was forced to wait for 30 minutes for a simple gel nail polish REMOVAL. I was left alone with tin foil on my nails until I begged a nail tech to take off the gel. Unfortunately, she had no idea how to take it off and proceeded to dig into my nails with a scalpel until one nearly bled. I told her to stop, took off the tin foil and left. Now my nails are half chipped off and completely scratched raw. You call yourself a nail salon? More like a JOKE. Stay away!!!!!!!! read more

First time coming here after recommendation from family members. Two of us came in with appointments booked together and mine felt like it was on fast forward, finishing nearly 15 minutes before my sister. I received a good massage on one leg, but by the second came around she barely spent any time. The nail tech didn't even give time to let the paraffin wax fully set before removing it (at which point my sister didn't even have it on yet, so it would have been the perfect time to wait). I'm still pulling wax off my feet and legs... Overall it was mediocre and I could paint my nails much better myself. read more

I visited this salon for a pedicure over the weekend, booking an appointment for 6:15, as I wanted plenty of time before the salon closed at 7:30. When I arrived, most of the nail techs were standing around talking, so they weren't very busy. The first two techs she asked to take the appointment said they didn't want to, but finally a third tech agreed to my service (mind you, I get pedicures frequently so it wasn't like I was walking in with cavewoman feet or anything). Way to make a first time customer feel welcome, people! I was brought to my pedicure chair and waited to start my service, only to bear witness to an employee getting reprimanded 20 feet from me by who I would assume is the owner of the salon. I was embarrassed for her and the other customers in the room. Joy of joys, that same employee was now in charge of my feet! I will say I experienced two "firsts" here. This was the first pedicure I've ever received while the nail tech talked on the phone on her bluetooth headset, and also the first time a nail tech has stopped my service, more than once, to text people on her cell phone. As I mentioned earlier, the salon closes at 7:30 on Saturdays. What I didn't expect is that at 6:45, while I was still in the pedicure chair, that they would start deep cleaning the room. Scrubbing foot tubs, mopping, dusting, powering everything down. Again, making me feel less than welcome and rushed to get out the door 45 minutes before closing time. The pedicure wasn't bad, but wasn't enough for me to consider returning to this salon, especially when there are so many others in the area that provide better service. It's a shame, because when I got there I was really excited about the really cute children's nail area, and thought about how fun it would be to make a regular "nail date" with my daughter at this salon. *** Edited to add that one day after my pedicure, the polish chipped on my left foot. I won't be back... this was a complete waste of my time and money. read more

The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Many different colors of polish to choose from with reasonable prices. I will be going back for sure! I am very satisfied with my nails and so is my friend who got them done with me. read more

Have tried this place a few times and was never stoked about it - but this past Sunday I got the absolute worst french manicure ever. The guy was rushed, barely 'manicured' anything, and made a number of careless errors in constructing the white tip -not to mention failing to even paint one half of my pinky. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to get a pedicure for myself and gel manicure for my daughter. The ladies in the salon were super nice. She offered us each a beverage and gave my daughter a pack of gum. We both received exceptional service. The price was incredible, I got a stone pedicure and my daughter receive a gel manicure and both were only $50. I would highly recommend this nail shop. read more

This salon is always very clean. Their tools are always in freshly opened sterilized packages, the nail techs wear gloves, and they even put a disposable plastic liner in the foot soak tubs. I have only been there twice and had an afternoon appointment both times. I fully enjoyed both my pedicures, and had peace of mind knowing that I probably would not catch anything contagious. I would definitely choose them again over several other salons I have been to that were not as clean. read more

Worst full set (SNS) I have ever received, and I've had a lot! Completely uneven shape with horrible ridges on the sides, splotchy color, and just overall terrible "craftsmanship"-$35 down the drain!! Plus the woman who did them seemed soooo uninterested and impatient. Won't be back. read more

Today 2 of my friends decided we should go and get a pedicure. We made an appointment that morning for later in the afternoon. We got there 10 minutes before our appointment to pick out polish. Front desk lady brought us back to the pedicure chairs. We all 3 were getting the lavender pedicure. $40.00. Two people had already started my friends pedicure. Im sitting there and sitting there, finally 25 minutes roll by I'm still soaking in the water, which is now cold. No one ever comes. Finally I told the girl that was doing my friends pedicure that I would not be getting one. My friends were almost done with there's just needed massage and polish. Then I'm told by one of the people doing the pedicures that sometimes walk-ins mess up the appointments. Well first off, If you have an appointment that should come first. Not the walk-in. That is not good business. What is the point in making an appointment? Went up told the front desk and the lady told me she would get the manager, which by the way would not come up to the frount to talk to me. She was telling the frount desk lady what to say. Told me if I waited 10 more minutes then I could have a pedicure. Well no thank you. I had a appointment at 1:30. Not 2:10. I preceded to tell her that I work in the beauty industy and that's not how you build business nor is it a good representation of the business. I get a pedicure once a month. With tip it's $50.00 a month. That's $600.00 a year. Which they just lost. Plus my two friends that will not be returning, that's another $100.00. Equaling $1800.00 a year on 3 people. Don't waste people's time. Don't take appointments if your going to let your clients just sit there and soak in what turned into cold water for 25 mins. I would probably sat there for much longer if I hadn't decided to finally get up. To sum all this up, if you have time to kill and nothing to do and like soaking in cold pedicure water then by all means go to this nail spa. But you have have a life and don't have time to sit there for 30 minutes in cold water and had a scheduled appointment , it's probably not the place for you. Once again don't waste people's time. Wasting my time has cost you $1800.00 of possible income for your business and a bad review. Along with nothing positive to say about your business. Word of mouth goes along ways. I value my clients and business. Never would I ever let something like this happen in my place of business. read more
