The previous work was sloppy to say the least but I came to Cindy from a recommendation from a friend. She fit me in last minute which I am SO thankful for. When you get to the salon you are asked to sanitize and then check in; everyone was wearing a mask! Cindy was finishing up another girl's nails while I was waiting & they looked great as well. When she got to me, I was able to show her the inspiration photo & she got to work. She completely transformed my nails and took her time to get them right. You can tell she actually cares if her customers are happy with the finished product & takes pride in her work! Thank you again! The nail technician did a pedicure that I probably could have done myself. Then comes the Polish, it was horrible. It was running and he asked me if it was okay. Um, no. Meanwhile, while I was supposed to be enjoying my pedicure, the nail technician that did my nails was horrible. I had to tell her to be gentle. She had my hands stretched out on both sides of the pedicure chair. Then when she painted my nails, she sat a pillow and gel dry machine IN MY LAP. She was definitely not socially distant during this either. It was so uncomfortable! I had to ask to readjust the chair because that was also not taken into consideration. $80. I would have paid $80 for the SNS and gel pedicure and I still paid $80 for a GEL manicure and gel pedicure. Very interesting. I will never return and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Most importantly for me though is how they don't nick or do excessive cuticle and skin trimming - I have eczema and the techs have been patient and willing to work with me. Retention has been standard 2-3 weeks with no chipping or other issues for gel full set. The one thing I'd like to call out is during peak hours sometimes you will have to wait 20 mins (even with appt), so it's strongly suggested you try to call in for an appt during those busy hours. Pricing runs about equal to other nail places in area. My gel fill ins are $50 + $5 for shape. They also offer a membership option where you can rack up points in exchange for money off of services. 10/10!!

He did not soak my nails off. Instead he was hurting me by trying to pop my SNS off with a fake nail. I asked him to please stop and they always soak my SNS off. He then said, "Well how long is it gonna take you to soak?" He started clipping my nails before even asking me and clipped them in all kinds of weird directions. He didn't understand what I was saying at all seems like. Because then he brought a powder that was white and sparkly. Needless to say, I paid for what he had already done and walked out.
