Decided to get a pedicure with me and my mom. We wanted a nice relaxing girls day before dinner. We both came in for a pedicure and came out with beautiful feet. The service was so relaxing I got what I wanted and the price was fair compared to other salons I've been to. I love the fact that I didn't have to wait we walked in and were seated. Our service was started after looking for a color and ladies there so many options. Starbucks is right next to them parking can be a little hard to find. I want to start by saying the lady who did my nails was SO sweet and kind! And the service was super quick which i appreciated! However, after getting a manicure Friday (which was 2 nights ago) I've had 3 nails chip already and I'm so bummed! My pedicure and my friend pedicure was fine. I think they're really busy on Friday mornings because everything was rushed. My big toes paint applications are totally different. The tech who did my full set never said a word to me the whole time it was incredible awkward and my naps don't match my toes so obviously there was a breakdown in communication. I have had manicures and pedicures here. I went to this salon with my sister and best friend on the morning of my wedding last year. All three of us had manicures and pedicures. The services we had were great as always. The despite their busy schedule on a Saturday morning, the staff was able to accommodate my group in plenty of time for us to get home for the wedding ceremony that afternoon. The quality of this salon has decreased significantly since reopening after COVID-19. Before the pandemic I was a regular. This time, I did not see any disinfecting happening in the one hour I was in the salon. They also did not use separate cups for SNS powder. Next the quality of the job they did was embarrassing and it was very obvious the technician was rushing. They are so busy now with back to back appointments, they're doing a terrible job. Went in for fill in 4 weeks ago tech found fungus under my artificial nail. He told me no big deal. He took the tip off and just put the I guess what was acrylic on the Natural nail. I went back in 2 weeks later saw the same tech now I have fungus on ALL 5 nails on my right hand!!! And 1 finger on my left! I have gotten my nails done since I was 16yrs old. I am 51yrs old and I have NEVER gotten fungus before coming to this salon. I have had to go to my dr TWICE now over this and now am have to take an oral anti fungal treatment and use a topical treatment. My dr was horrified when he saw my hands because they were so bad! He said as soon as the 1st one was seen by the tech he should taken all the nails off and told me to go straight to see a dr. I was treated like the were not a big deal and not the salons problem. So now getting nails from this salon has cost me a literal fortune not they "are whats happened to me!! There was no care or concern for me whatsoever!! read more

I got the SNS powder manicure with tips and a gel pedicure. This is the longest-lasting mani-pedi I've ever had! Even after 2.5 weeks, I didn't have one chip or flaw! I will be returning. Bonus: a Starbucks is two doors down!! read more

I want to be honest and fair in my review of my first visit to this salon. I'll start with the positives-The business is clean and decorated nicely and the staff is polite. It's centrally located close to where I live and was convenient. The business has a few opportunities to consider. There aren't enough nail colors for a salon and my choices were limited. There weren't a lot of "service" choices for pedicures and manicures. The choices ranged from basic, regular and deluxe. The deluxe pedicure didn't have paraffin wax or a mask. If I decided to return, I will consider another technician-because that could have been the issue. read more

But this time was the worst! I came in for a gel mani. And it started out fine, then he started on my cuticles. After 3 nails 2/3 of them were bleeding! The slowest ever! 3/22 service daughter and mother mani pedi. Seated and waited for several minutes water had gotten cold. Daughter was getting her feet done and the lady doing her feet was so busy looking at what was going on behind her she literally was watching the customers behind her while rubbing my daughters feet! She didn't know if she was rubbing in one spot or the entire foot and leg so busy in other convos!! Meanwhile I was seated and then told my seat was not clean(COVID IS STILL AROUND) and then it was clean. Left with feet in water until water turned cold! The lady that did my feet was ok. Service was extremely slow. Polish must be old cute but old as it's now 3/27 and nails are chipped! Enough workers just taking on tooo much at this time causing patience to become thin. Nothing impressive. The pedicure was ok, but the SNS experience was horrible. This is my second time getting SNS here. The first time it was applied ridiculously thick and I felt rushed. The second time was this past weekend and the lady made a mess of my nails. I had sns all over my fingers (that she tried to CUT off), a portion of my nails didn't even get the top coat and she dremeled the top layer of my nails so much that I am honestly afraid to know how bad of shape they are now in bc 2 days later they are sore. So overall, I highly doubt I will be back. Its a nice facility but for $30-$35 for SNS, I would expect a better result. read more

I used to love this place however, recently it just hasn't been a great experience. My last manicure practically fell apart. My pedicure was horrible. The water was scorching hot and the lady didn't cut my nails and barely filed them down she also only exfoliated one foot. Just not impressed. read more

Very disappointed! A friend referred me and on this last visit I had a set appointment. I arrive a few mins early and the nail tech is still working on someone else. She tells me she'll be right with me but it's 30 mins later. She then proceeds to soak my nails off and then after 45 mins they start on my pedicure (all while my nails are still wrapped in foil). I tell the tech that the alcohol is burning my nails so he proceeds to remove the foil and file my nails off while sitting over the water my feet are soaking in. Totally disgusting as the SNS product is going in the water. Then he starts my pedicure and gets soap all over me. I find out he's the owner . I ask for a discount and only get a card with visits marked off. Why would I want to visit here again with the uncleanliness, and the owner/techs talking to other customers about other customers? Will not be going back after spending almost 3 hours for a fill in and pedicure. Even if you make an appt, they never take you on time because they put walk-Ins before you. Very poor customer service! read more
