So disappointed. The nail tech rushed the service, cut my cuticles too deep, the polish was uneven and charged me more than I am usually charged. I've found my new go-to spot!!! This place was the bomb. Incredibly clean, friendly staff, and not rushed. First off, the place was popping an hour and a half before close, it seems like everyone in town knows that this is the best salon. I would definitely recommend calling ahead and seeing what the wait is like, especially if you're in a rush. Vi was my nail tech and she was so good, and so sweet and easy to talk to. I'll be requesting her next time. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure, took her time, and was so fun to get to know. I had to wait a little bit to be seen, but even given how busy it was, I was not rushed. My service lasted about an hour and lots of the ladies talked to me as my toes were drying. Took a handful of girls in to get manicures and nails sets for their school dance. Everyone was courteous, the place was clean, although a little small. The nails turned out really pretty and even though there were other customers we still got out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

So disappointed with the manicure for my niece She went to another salon and they did a very good job. My nieces gel was thick and was uneven. When she had a chance to examine her nails, she was disappointed. I was cut on my big toe with a dremel drill. She was trying to grind off my cuticle and was working so fast that it took 3 weeks for my cut to heal. Being a diabetic has caused me to rethink going anywhere. She apologized. This salon was once a very coordinated and professional place. I don't know what changed. Maybe a bad day for them. I think they just wanted to go home. read more

First off, I don't like to be rushed...i felt terrible rushing miss Ann but i went on my lunch break and she was done in time! She did such an amazing job with the time I gave her. It helped to call ahead and make an appointment but they do take walk ins. The shape and the French was perfect i got so many compliments when i got back to work. Today, I was so happy with my nails! I have been coming here for the past few months for SNS and previous visits have not been as comfortable. I always make an appointment and depending on which technician you get that day, your experience may be vastly different. It's really frustrating when they run the drill over your cuticles causing a lot of pain and sometimes bleeding or a scab that pops up the next day. Today, Mimi did my nails and she did such a fantastic job! She didn't mow over my cuticles like others have done and it was a pretty enjoyable experience. I love having my nails done but sometimes the process of getting them done is painful and uncomfortable but not today! I recommend making an appointment because there are a ton of walk ins and it can get backed up. read more

My sister & I had 11 a.m. appointments. We arrived before time but it took 40 minutes for her start and an hour before my service started. My sister has some physical limitations and was not treated well, even though her husband came and paid for her services up front. I have been here before and had nothing but the highest praise for this salon. After today, I found that not everyone is treated equal. My sister did not receive full services for her mani/pedi. I had to ask if she could sit at the drying table while I was finishing. My request was met with resistance, as her tech. had moved on to another client. i cried. Afterwards, I attempted to speak with the lady, who I learned was the manager, to express my sister's dissatisfaction and to find out if it would be preferable that I not bring her there. The manager was very nasty and supported that neither of us return. I live across the street from the establishment and I want to return; completely disappointed with this unexpected treatment. I cried. Kudos to Andy, my tech, who apologized to me and did his best to make me feel better. And, guess what? So did a few of the clients. read more

I have had pedis at many locations and I will say the one I received here has been top notch! One of my toe nails has always had a break in the middle, possibly from when I had stubbed it in the past, but it never grows together, causing pain when it snags on socks. When my nail stylist saw it, she suggested gluing it and she was the first to even suggest it! My toes have been quite happy and I will continue to go back! Love this place! read more

I have gotten acrylics here and they tend to last longer than in other nail salons. I recently got my gel removed here and the drilling destroyed my nails, the woman was so rough. She was also working on someone else which felt slightly unprofessional as she walked away though she had not finished. read more

I went to this shop just to get my gel nails taken off & the owner used a drill to do so. I have gone to many salons to get gels off prior to this & it had never been done that way. It was so much quicker & that is obviously why he did it that way....however my nails have been burning all night in pain from the drill & I am sure are really damaged now. It takes a lot for me to write a review. This used to be a good place to go, two or so years ago. The last three times I've gone, I've been very disappointed. They taking short cuts with nail fills and caused me to have fungus under every nail. They're on the phone or Skyping while they are doing nails and pedicure. You don't feel like a person there. Customer service has absolutely no meaning and this practice would never fly in the real world. I would rate them less than a one star. read more
