Here is my receipt proving I paid for the services that I never received.

STAY AWAY! I booked an appointment this past Friday night(6/28/24) to have my starter replaced on Saturday morning(6/29/24). They make you prepay for 100% of the quote they give you to book the appointment, so I begrudgingly paid the $656 they quoted me. The tech shows up at the scheduled time, an hour later he is knocking at my door saying he needs to take a break for 2 hours to research how to get the starter out. He removed the two bolts but could not figure out how to pull the starter out, so he left to take his break and do his "research". While he was gone I got under the truck and had the starter out in 30 seconds! Messaged him to let him know the starter was out and the new starter is ready to be installed. He replied with a NEW quote for an additional $850 to remove hydraulic lines to get the starter out. I continued to tell him the starter was already out and the new starter could be installed. He continued to tell me i had to pay the additional quote for him to come back, and his next availability was on MONDAY! At this point i had ordered the new starter from Auto Zone, went and picked it up, and had it installed in less than 20 minutes. Now they will not respond to my messages, and refuse to refund my money. I basically paid this company $656 to remove two bolts!!!! This is why people don't trust mechanics. Highly recommend staying away from this completely unethical company. *Update: Business "owner", Ingrid B, replied to my review stating I never paid the $1280 invoice. I literally posted a photo of the invoice I paid, from the original quote, which was $656 + tax for starter replacement, $1280 was quoted IF there was additional work such as driveshaft or hydraulics removal, which was NOT NECESSARY to comete the job, so the original invoice should have covered the repair. As I said above, the tech could not figure out how to remove the starter, so he then wanted me to pay the additional invoice to remove the hydraulic steering lines for him to come back and finish the job. I informed him multiple times that I got the starter out and the hydraulic lines absolutely did/do not need removed. They still will not answer my calls or texts, and I'm having to communicate with the company on this yelp review. Do yourself a favor and use "Auto Tec Connect" for your mobile mechanic service needs.

EXTREMELY fouled spark plug that SHOULD HAVE been replaced. But WASN'T! Total ineptitude!

a follow up to my previous review…read more We've now had our stunning 2025 Brinkley Z 3100 for a few months. Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

We are exhausted by the incompetence of this company. Where to begin? We went to the expo Idaho January of 2024. Ordered and paid CASH for a custom 5th wheel (I'm too exhausted to tell you about how dishonest the financial officer was, pretty sure her name was Sam". 2 years later, our palace on wheels is sitting at Bretz's in Nampa awaiting double paned glass which we paid extra for. Guess what? While sitting on the Bretz lot since last October, our palace on wheels got side swiped by another trailer. What to do? To begin with this palace on wheels is marginal at best. Who knows what kind of damage this little bump might have caused. Just don't!!!!!' Don't ever trust or recommend this business
