I'm giving them five stars because the scheduling was super easy and flexible online. I rescheduled multiple times with no issues and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we could not get a good photo of our son's face on our first visit. His umbilical cord was blocking his face. They were nice enough to reschedule us again at no charge two weeks later. However, we had the same issue with his foot blocking his face on the second visit. Our tech was kind enough to offer us a third visit but at that point I had given up. Understandably there is no refund in this situation. We just had bad luck but the experience itself was still pleasant and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. I recommend this place just be mindful that the position of your baby may not be the best for a good picture.

This certainly should have been noticed and the situation rectified when the order was sent in by my doctor, not after I arrived and was made to sit there for no reason. Buyer beware, every experience I've had at the DMV in my lifetime was better than my 2 experiences with Hudson Valley Radiology.

While she was attempting to insert the IV, I experienced an immediate and severe nerve pain--a shock-like sensation radiating to my middle finger. This pain has persisted since that moment, accompanied by tingling and discomfort. The nurse remarked that she had never encountered such a reaction before. She made multiple attempts to insert the IV, and during one of these attempts, the nerve pain occurred. Since then, I have continued to experience ongoing symptoms.

Unfortunately, we trust these ppl without double checking to make sure no hidden information. I thought I m signing to acknowledge a copay not an additional service that my insurance does not cover. I dont need any additional services. I m clean. Tracy was rude to me n told me I am lying on her staff. And she bluntly refused to give me my refund. She said, I can take a lawyer if I find one to represent me. Upon arguing with her, she slammed the phone down on me. Yep, this is the type of service you get after your money is being taken from you wrongfully... She even said, you dont need to come back here for the service. Yes, these are the kind of people LHR have on their team to give customers service/patients satisfaction.... I hope people are reading my reviews n make wise decisions. Do not sign anything without checking. Copay ask them to bill you. I learned my lessons. I will never pay anyone again copay. I will let them bill me because what the employee s of LHR in Rockland is doing to patients. Not telling us the truth. This location are misleading patients. The weather was supposed to be cruddy for our 4pm appointment on 1/18/2020; I received a call that Thursday saying that they were keeping an eye on the weather and would I want to try to come in earlier to avoid the snow? How thoughtful! I decided to schedule an appointment as a surprise for my busy husband who had missed my regular ultrasound visits. We decided to go with the $129 package for value and it was well worth it. A Storks Studio made our experience so beyond anything we could have dreamed. This experience was one of the best and coolest things we've done.

He explained everything from start to finish and even during the MRI talked to me to tell me timing of each session. Made sure I was comfortable. It was outside in a trailer I felt it was like a little adventure! It was actually more comfortable than any MRI I have had done before! I waited for about an hour to have my MRI done and when I went to the front desk I was told that they just received a message from the technician that the machine had overheated and it would take about an hour to cool down. Their machine is located on the parking lot of the location. I elected not to stay and was turned off by the entire experience. Some of the people I came in contact with seemed like they were unhappy working there and it reflected on how they treated the people who were waiting. I would not recommend anyone go to this location. It was not welcoming in any way and I question whether their safety standards are up to par. I recently went to their office in Danbury, Connecticut and it was night and day. It was extremely professional every step of the way. My advice... if you have to use Northeast go to their Danbury location... you will not be disappointed.

I frantically searched to find an ultrasound provider and feel so lucky I stumbled upon A Glimpse of Me. They provided a SAME DAY ultra sound on a Saturday for me! I felt such relief seeing the heartbeat and knowing the measurements were right on track. Words cannot express the relief and joy this experience brought me. I cannot recommend Rose and A Glimpse of Me enough. She was kind, caring, and knew what she was doing.
