    Absolutely loved this place!! Amazing experience with great 3D and 5D imaging!! Called in and was able to have a same day appointment! The owner is very nice and very professional! Would definitely go back with future pregnancy! They also have good prices on the packages offered!

    Thank you for the most amazing experience. I couldn't of asked for a better way to find out the gender of my baby and seeing the joy in Your face made it even more memorable. I will definitely be coming back when i turn 24 weeks. Thank you again heydee

I explained to John my situation and not once did he complaint, I asked John for blind folds, he immediately handed me the blind folds. John made me comfortable and relaxed but the best part was that John came into room and checked on me as he promised to make sure I was doing ok.     I called to make an appointment for X-rays on April 1st. The person who answered said that their…read moreX-ray machine was broken, but that they would call me when it was fixed. They did call, and said I should come right over. I live close by, so I did. Nevertheless, I had to wait about an hour to be called in for the X-rays. In addition, they use a parking lot at which parking cost $3. The worst part is that the X-rays were taken two weeks ago today, and my doctor has still not received the X-rays from NRR. Last week I went to White Plains Hospital's Imaging Center, a few minutes down North Avenue from NRR, but still in New Rochelle, for additional X-rays. I was taken in within ten minutes, even though I had no appointment, and parking was free. I suggest that NRR is not the place to go for X-rays.

At first my appointment was set for the Yonkers…read morelocation but I was called and asked if I could move to the Tuckahoe location because the tech at Yonkers got sick. So needing my CAT scan I opted for the Tuckahoe location. So it's in a nice location: not sure if they have a parking lot or garage for guest but I ended up parking in the street. Which was fine because I was right in front of the building. You call them to let them know you're outside and they let you know when to Come in for COVID reasoning. The lady at the front desk already had my paper work ready. All I had to do was verify my paper work and initial. I was in the waiting room. They had guard shields between all the chairs so you weren't in close contact with anyone. It wasn't a long wait which was nice. And then once I was called in a nice lady who was the tech walked me to the room to get my scans. She was very kind and generous. And then she walked me out and I was done. Overall it was a nice experience. Only thing I would recommend is turning on the lights in the hall and in the waiting room cause it was kind of dark and felt a bit weird.

Receptionist checked my insurance and assured me services were covered. On day of appointment I presented my Rx from primary care physician specifying 2 services (mammogram and ultrasound). Imagine my surprise several weeks later when I received a bill for 3 services, one of which was never performed. I'll be reporting these deceptive practices to NYS Insurance Board. Fortunately I have means to pay the outstanding bill, but it's unconscionable that they bill for services not requested and not provided.

However, what happened today (Friday, April 24) was honestly shocking and very disappointing. I had two MRI appointments scheduled -- one today around 5 PM and another on Sunday (April 26) at around 11 AM. I arrived just 1-2 minutes late. When I walked in, a staff member named Cindy was chatting with coworkers about personal matters and completely ignored me. After signing in, I waited about 5-6 minutes with no acknowledgment, and had to approach her myself. I asked if it would be possible to combine both MRI appointments into today since they were the same type of exam. She responded in an impatient tone, barely making eye contact, and said it wasn't possible, giving vague reasons. The waiting area was almost empty at the time. A couple minutes later, she changed her stance and suggested that I move today's appointment to Sunday instead, saying it would make more sense so I wouldn't have to come twice. That sounded reasonable, so I agreed. However, when I tried to confirm that both exams could definitely be done on Sunday, she suddenly said she was "not sure" and would need to check. This was extremely frustrating. If it wasn't certain, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning -- not after asking me to change my appointment. At that point, I decided to just proceed with today's appointment instead. Then she told me it was "too late" and that I was already 15-20 minutes late, so they couldn't accommodate me anymore -- even though the delay was largely due to her lack of responsiveness and conflicting guidance. Also, there were barely any patients in the office, so it didn't seem like a capacity issue at all. Does she really has right to cancel my appointment because of her conflicting guidance and miscommunication? Is there working practice and guideline for front desk staff? It is worst experience I ever had. The staff was not doing her job correctly. The entire interaction felt disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. Her attitude was impatient and unprofessional throughout, and it seemed like customer care was not a priority. This was by far the worst experience I've had at this location, which is unfortunate given my many prior positive visits. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication and professionalism.
